A welcoming, comfortable, and perfectly located stay, with staff who went above and beyond.
Pros:

What a great place to stay! Miluska made me feel so welcome after returning from Machu Picchu and kept in touch via WhatsApp, making check-in really easy.

The room was immaculate, with a large, comfortable double bed, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to recommend places to eat and things to do nearby. Kieke's excellent English was especially helpful and made communication effortless.

The room was a little chilly at times, but the team promptly provided an electric heater which solved the issue. The location couldn't be better, right by the Main Plaza in a secure courtyard, yet peaceful with no noise from the surrounding streets. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Nothing significant to dislike during my stay. The only minor improvement would be slightly warmer water temperature in the shower, but this did not detract from an otherwise excellent experience.

Pros:

The view of the establishment was great, the owner/staff were extremely hospitable and overall very caring. The breakfast was always nice and fresh unlike US hotels that have watered down eggs and stale toast. The TV was a Smart TV that allowed for YouTube and Netflix. The cafe downstairs was also great and super friendly.

Ubicación, es muy económico

Cons:

Las habitaciones son fríos y la calefacción ofrecida no ayuda. La ducha tiene un sistema para calentar el agua muy básico que impide una ducha caliente con buen caudal de agua. Si bien es muy económico, por un precio algo mayor se pueden encontrar alojamientos que cubran estas cosas básicas. Tenés que hacerte cargo de llevar tres llaves y a la noche las puertas comunes se cierran y no hay personal.

It’s located in town, the room and bed is spacious. it wasn’t too cold.

Cons:

the management. she said i could store my stuff there till 2pm and i made sure multiple times the night before, then morning of said i couldn’t. this completely ruined my whole itinerary and was a major inconvenience - i just wish she shouldve told me the night before so i could have planned accordingly.

Pros:

El lugar era colonial, muy bien ubicado y con una vista interior muy linda. El desayuno era muy bueno y la atención de Miluska fue excelente, me permitieron hacer check-in antes.

Cons:

No me funcionó el agua caliente, las personas arriba de la habitación hacían ruido y todo se escuchaba

Good convenient room
Pros:

Host was really sweet and accommodating even though we had to talk through google translate. Room was a good size and clean. There's a shared kitchen available and breakfast was simple and fresh. Location is convenient.
