Location os good, if is a good value if you want to keep your league for a few days and sleep ...
... but the breakfast is terrible. Over the bred has a swarm of flies. There in the room were ants. I don't have food in my bagpack, but the ants had even enter it. Low level of higiene. Electricity cables are in boxes infront of the walls. Some of contracts don't work.
Sinceramente, nada!! Mal tinha agua quente para banho!
Tudo!
Nunca abrieron la puerta del hotel
La atención
Sin ascensor

Sini respuestas malas
The breakfast was good. The location was close to downtown, about a 15-minute walk. There is an elevator that is good if you have a lot of luggage. The hotel is close to a market where you can buy food and other things.
Breakfast was 7am to 9 am. It should have an early time.
Ubicación y personal atento
Costaba mucho que saliera el agua caliente en la bañera...

V congested & didn’t feel it was clean enough. Both my friends and I were scratching ourselves when we got up. Unsure what it was.
When my friend showered all the water came out of the tub. Unfortunately, we had to ask the guy for more towels. He was nice enough to clean it and put the carpet. The hot water also takes awhile to come and it’s not even hot enough. They didn’t have shampoo, conditioner at all. The guy is nice but the facilities & hotel itself is just awful.
Great location, good value. No real complaints with the bedroom itself.
Hot water is only active from 7am to 10pm, and even then takes 5+ minutes to warm up. Given Cusco is a city where many tours start before 6am, this restriction was terrible.
The bathroom would often burp out sewer gas, filling the room with a bad smell. This happened every day more than hourly. I had to keep the bathroom closed, matches to combat the smell, and had to air out the room every time I came back. My clothes also ended up smelling badly due to the smell.
I recommend bringing your own towels, the ones from the hotel were either very old or they weren't getting washer every well, they had a certain funk.
