O atendimento é maravilhoso! A atendente Gladis é sempre sorridente e acolhedora. Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos, têm calefação, amenidades de higiene, televisão, Wi-Fi incluído na diária, frigobar, colchas quentinhas, chuveiro elétrico muito bom e a pousada fica em uma excelente localização. Ao lado tem um restaurante com preços ótimos. E quando há passeios cedinho eles ainda preparam um lanche pra gente levar. Adorei tudo! A pousada também oferece opções de passeio, mas eu já havia contratado todo roteiro da viagem com a agência Guru Explorers, que também são excelentes!
Não gostei que fiquei apenas uma semana. Eu ficaria mais!

We washed our clothes and hanged it on top floor, we were worried about the rains and running back home, surprisingly hotel people have put them indoor already.

El Personal muy amable, las habitaciones son grabdes y cómodas. Los dias que tuvimos paseos, saliendo de madrugada nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar. Gracias!

I had to ask some guests at the hotel to be quiet as they were making a racket on the ground floor breakfast room at midnight but they did comply and you can hardly hold the hotel responsible for that.

Lo que más me gustó fueron las habitaciones y el precio, fueron las más amplias en las que estuve en todo el viaje por el menor precio que pagué en todo mi viaje por Perú. Las habitaciones son interiores pero al ser tan grandes, no notas que estás en una habitación interior.
Además, nos brindaron servicio de lavandería y fueron super flexibles con nuestras necesidades.
Para mi, fue el mejor sitio en el que estuve calidad-precio y me arrepentí de haber reservado en otros lugares.
El lunch box era un poco simple pero no puedo comparar con otros lugares ya que fue el único lugar que al irnos a las 5 am no pudimos desayunar. Era un sandwich de jamon y queso, una pieza de fruta y una botella de agua.
Otro punto malo es que no tienes llaves de la puerta de entrada del hostel ni ningún código por lo que para entrar tienes que llamar al timbre.
Por último hay que tener en cuenta que al encontrarse en una calle medio peatonal de San Blas muchas excursiones no pueden pasar a buscarte directamente por la puerta y te esperan en una calle por debajo o alguna plaza.
