Pros:

El sector es muy bonito, las habitaciones son limpias y el personal muy amable

Cons:

Queda sobre una calle peatonal y como a 5 cuadras de la Plaza de armas. Sin embargo, reconozco que el sector es muy tranquilo y el trayecto es agradable, pero para una persona con problemas de movilidad no es amigable.

Cons:

The room was dark only window out to shared landing so no natural light and curtain needed to be drawn all the time. No hot water despite running it for several minutes in the sink and shower only tepid.
The room was very cold despite using the inadequate heater. We were booked in for 3 nights, stayed only one and moved to another hotel in Cusco. The staff were not surprised at us leaving. Do not book this hotel.

Great location in the san blas area close to restaurants and pretty streets and only a short walk (10 minutes) from the main plaza. Clean and quiet room. Basic but good value for money.

Todo ok, muchas gracias al personal de recepción. En especial al señor que nos sirvió el desayuno. No recuerdo su nombre pero excepcional.
