Pros:

The location was perfect, close to everything but located on a quieter street. It was great value and spacious.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about and we slept perfectly well but you could sometimes hear others conversations in the hallway.

Cons:

Fuimos dos veces en el mismo viaje. La primera nos tocó una habitación sin ventana al exterior y en el primer piso muy ruidosa.

Pros:

We loved the location of this hotel, tucked away in the San Blas area, away from traffic. Hugo was very kind when we struggled with the altitude & Yjeguel (who speaks excellent English) helped us reorganise our itinerary, at short notice.
The view from our bedroom was amazing.
Restaurants & market are steps away from the hotel door, which remains under constant supervision (locked) 24/7. We felt very safe here.

Cons:

I was surprised by the 5% surcharge on credit card payment on arrival. I can't see anything on Booking.com about this (but I could be wrong).
The hot water supply in the shower wasn't always reliable - it would fade & return at intervals.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Great location in San Blas - right on a very cute street of shops and cafes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Simple but tasty breakfast.

Cons:

It would be good to have a key to the front door - you currently have to ring a bell to get the staff’s attention.

Excellent value for money in San Blas!
Pros:

We very much enjoyed our stay! The staff are so lovely and helpful, the rooms are nice and the bed was really comfortable, and the breakfast was good! The location is also excellent.
