Le petit déjeuner , les chambres propres spacieuses, les valises peuvent être gardées pendant les excursions de plusieurs jours et gratuitement c’est super !!! Le calme environnant super et la vue 😍

Cons:

Que no tiene acceso vehicular hasta la puerta del alojamiento. La única ventana de la habitación daba a una escalera y pasadizo así que no se tenía privacidad al abrir las cortinas. El agua de la ducha estuvo tibia más no caliente.

Es war so nervig jedes Mal wenn man rein wollte in das Hotel musste man klingeln. Für mich die gern unabhängig ist, sehr störend. Auch beim rausgehen musste immer nach einem wieder zugeschlossen werden. Das klingeln hat man zu jeder Tageszeit im Zimmer gehört, auch nachts. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Wenn nachts Leute für eine Ausflug gegangen sind, ist man aufgewacht. Es gab kein Wasser oder Ähnliches zu trinken, nur gegen Bezahlung. Frühstück habe ich nicht zu mir genommen es war nicht einladend. Ich weiß nicht mal ob englisch gesprochen wird vom Personal es gab kaum Interaktion. Dann gab es noch eine komische Nachricht und Änderung meiner Buchung nachdem ich ausgecheckt habe. Meine Buchung wurde online einfach von 6 Nächten auf 1 Nacht geändert angeblich aufgrund eines Systemfehlers.

Pros:

This is not a deluxe facility but it was neat and clean and the staff was excellent. One of our family members was ill from food poisoning and the staff did a great job of changing our room at the last minute so that he could be in a different room than originally planned and have a bed to himself. They provided extra towels and supplies when needed and let us store some food items in their frig.

Cons:

Breakfast was simple: eggs, fruit and bread which was fine with us. Once again if you are expecting luxury, then don't stay here but for the price we got clean rooms and great service with lots of amenities within walking distance.

Pros:

The staff were amazing. Very helpful all the time. The room was clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable.

It was a bit loud. You could hear everyone moving about very easily.

Amazing stay at one of the best places in Cusco!
Pros:

Loved the big suite available. Ideal for small families (it had to bedrooms) and the amazing view. The staff was very friendly and helped us whenever we had any doubt. Breakfast was great as well! Would definitely stay in Casa Encuentro San Blas again!

A better communication between staff members would be great. We asked for breakfast to be served up to the room the first night and it never arrived. Seems it

Great location, great breakfast, helpful staff, clean and nice.

Cons:

Th walls are very thin - if you are on the ground floor you can hear the noise from reception all night. We were woken up at 2am by another guest and reception on loudspeaker on the phone. This was very annoying as we then couldn’t get back to sleep and had the Salkantay trek the next day
