Pros:

L'atenció del personal és excel·lent. Ajuden a resoldre qualsevol dubte, són molt flexibles i estan molt atents a tot.
Les habitacions estan molt netes i són molt grans. Els llits molt còmodes.

The coolest view of cusco
Pros:

The suite is spacious and the view absolutely amazing. Staff is very friendly, the breakfast is healthy and tasty. The bed was super comfortable. Loved the heavy blankets.
The neighborhood of San blas is beautiful, the Casa is near the market and San blas plaza and only a couple minutes away from plaza de armas.

Cons:

It’s very cold in the rooms!!! The only (very small) heater is directly above the bed and shines a bright orange light … so you can’t use it at night. Also the suite could be cleaner. With a view like this, why not clean the windows? The bath was okay, but there were little black hairs on the walls.

Pros:

The location is very convenient, and it was nice to receive Coca tea upon arrival. The hotel also booked a cab to pick us up from the airport for 30 soles.

Cons:

I had booked an upgraded room and ended up in one with no window, near the noisy hotel entrance. There was hair all over the floor, and the shower was a bit cold. When I asked to move, they stated that the rest of the hotel was full.
