Instalações novas e limpas, funcionários muito atentos!
O nosso quarto numero 102 ficava no andar próximo ao hall de entrada, e as paredes/janela não eram grossas, ou seja a gente ouvia todo o barulho dos outros hospedes conversando e a campainha da porta tocando, além de que a luz do hall passava por cima da porta iluminando o quarto.
Após passeios cansativos sentimos dificuldade para descansar pois havia barulho quando tentávamos dormir cedo e barulho muito cedo também
Location was excellent, staff were very friendly and gave good advice on where to eat and what attractions to see in the city.

our shower leaked. hot water didnt work. two out of three nights we need to ask staff to fix our shower. when we check in, toilet and shower area were not clean. there was hair on the floor. and on the second night, we come after macchu pichu trip exhausted, and the floor was not cleaned, as i knew i drop some of my powder on the floor at 4am before leaving for macchu pichu trip.
Acomodação super confortável! café da manhã muito gostoso e completo. A equipe é muito atenciosa. Também adorei que quando você tem passeios que saem muito cedo, pode pedir para deixar o café da manhã pronto para levar.
A cama é muito confortável, tinha armários e espaço suficiente para guardar as coisas, tinha aquecedor no quarto e o chuveiro esquentava bem. Tudo maravilhoso! Ah, e limpavam o quarto e trocavam toalhas todos os dias, tudo bem certinho :)
Não é um ponto negativo, mas de atenção: o hotel fica em um bairro muito alto em uma rua que não passam carros, então não recomendo para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida - pois tem que caminhar, subir e descer ruas.
Location was great. Stuff very helpful. Great communication prior to arrival especially with directions for taxi drop off.
Liked the spacious Junior suite even though it appears to be still in process of renovations. Breakfast though simple was great. Loved the fresh fruit salad.
Staff helped us secure transport for departure with set price! Staff again helped us with luggage to taxi given accord on a pedestrian only street!

Our experience at casa encuentro was not the best.
We arrived in the evening after many hours of flying and nothing in the bathroom in our room worked, neither the hand basin, nor the shower, nor the toilet. No one spoke English at the accommodation so we could not find a solution to our problem and there was also no other room available to transfer us to. There was also a pair of socks from previous guests in the sheets. After our request, the situation in the bathroom was corrected, however
In the five days we stayed there, there was no hot water in the shower and the breakfast was poor.
Most of the staff were very helpful and really tried to help us.
I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war einfach bombastisch, und die Lage mitten in San Blas ist ideal. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Viele sprechen zwar kein Englisch, aber mit dem DeepL-Übersetzer hat die Kommunikation problemlos funktioniert. Das Frühstück wird nicht in Buffetform angeboten , man bekommt Kaffee, Saft und Brot und kann zusätzlich zwischen Spiegelei und Rührei wählen. Der gesamte Ablauf ist dennoch sehr charmant und persönlich.
