Amazing stay at one of the best places in Cusco!
Pros:

Loved the big suite available. Ideal for small families (it had to bedrooms) and the amazing view. The staff was very friendly and helped us whenever we had any doubt. Breakfast was great as well! Would definitely stay in Casa Encuentro San Blas again!

Cons:

A better communication between staff members would be great. We asked for breakfast to be served up to the room the first night and it never arrived. Seems it

Great location, great breakfast, helpful staff, clean and nice.

Cons:

Th walls are very thin - if you are on the ground floor you can hear the noise from reception all night. We were woken up at 2am by another guest and reception on loudspeaker on the phone. This was very annoying as we then couldn’t get back to sleep and had the Salkantay trek the next day

A very pleasant experience!
Pros:

The property was beautiful and right in the middle of the city. Our place had a nice view of the city. Very clean and spacious.

Cons:

It was really really cold and the heaters would not heat up very much. There was also issues with the water and we had to shower with really cold water a couple times.

Pros:

We loved our stay at Casa Encuentro San Blas. It's a gorgeous boutique hostel in the prettiest part of Cusco. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower was a good size and plenty of warm water which is important as we travel! We had a pretty view of Cusco from our bedroom and the owners who staff this place are so lovely, they serve you breakfast in the morning like it's a little cafe, the attention and care here really makes this place like a home away from home.

Pros:

Excellent location close to many good restaraunts and bars.
We did actually enjoy our stay here despite the negatives. Cusco is damp and cold not the hotel owners fault.

Cons:

Room was never warm even with the heater. The shower temperature kept changing but was never fully hot.
Many people mentioned the breakfast. I think that a bread roll, eggs, jam and butter do not count as an exceptional breakfast.

Instalaciones comodas
Pros:

El departamento es amplio, adecuado para familias grandes. Es centrico pero existen otros con mejor ubicación. Sin embarego el lugar en el que se encuentra es muy lindo y tradicional.

Cons:

Al llegar encontramos 3 arañas y muchas moscas dentro del departamente, fue una mala experiencia ya que volviamos de machupichu con multiples picadas de insectos. El desayuno es lo justo, falta alguna alternativa dulce. Los taxis no llegan hasta la puerta deben dejarte en la plaza que queda a pocos metros.
