Akzeptabel für einen Aufenthalt, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches.
Pros:

Gut gelegene Unterkunft, um die Innenstadt zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig. Frühstück war lecker und Eduardo sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider gab es zu Anfang mehrere Vorkommnisse (z.B. kein warmes Wasser ohne Information, defekter Föhn, Safeschlüssel fehlt), die unseren Eindruck der Unterkunft deutlich geschmälert haben. Das Personal am Empfang war leider nicht wirklich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen, wurden die einzelnen Probleme behoben.
Die Ausstattung ist in der Zimmerbeschreibung deutlich großzügiger ausgelegt, da einige Utensilien (z.B. Wasserkocher, Schreibtisch ohne Stuhl) nicht wie beschrieben vorhanden sind.

Flinke kamer met een ruime badkamer. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Veel keus en uitstekende koffie.
Daarbij konden wij gebruik maken van een late check out. Super.

Mir hat die ganze Baustile so gut gefallen der hoff das man draußen sitzen kann die Ruhe und Sonne genießen super gemacht die Einrichtung genauso
Servise war auch super

the most colorful, peaceful and green hotel to stay in when in Cusco

Cons:

lack of coffee in the early morning: i would suggest a coffee station for the early risers who are catching a tour to the different sites around Cusco. breakfast can include more veggies.

Excelente hotel con un extraordinario trato
Pros:

El personal del hotel es EXTRAORDINARIO! yo estaba enferma y me preparaban infusiones calientes para mejorar además me dejaron un brownie de chocolate por mi cumpleaños con una nota muy bonita! se los super recomiendo!

Wonderful and exactly what we needed! :)
Pros:

Location was good, room was nice, staff were lovely and helpful on reception- they even made sure our luggage was waiting for us in our room, when we returned from our trek- and we got the same room again, which we really liked.

Cons:

The only thing was the service was very slow in the restaurant when we went in the evenings- and not very attentive. So not ideal if you're in a rush... or very hungry!
