Pros:

Très bonne localisation. Personnel très réactif et serviable. Atenas a accepté qu'on laisse plusieurs bagages lors de notre excursion aux Machu Picchu, ce qui nous a bien arrangé!

Estancia cómoda y tranquila si tu prioridad es estar fuera del hotel
Pros:

En general, todo estuvo bien. La ubicación es buena, cercana a la Plaza de Armas y el Mercado San Pedro. Está ubicado en una zona bastante comercial, con bastante movimiento (cuenta con ventanas termoacústicas así que no es un problema el ruido). Las habitaciones son amplias, las camas cómodas y grandes y el agua caliente no fue para nada un problema.

Cons:

No me gustó el desayuno, diría que es algo básico y una vez se demoraron una eternidad en prepararlo (creo que la persona encargada faltó y su reemplazo, la verdad que se demoró muchísimo). El hotel es bastante básico, no tiene muchas áreas comunes para usar. Si vas a estar mucho tiempo fuera y sólo vas a ir a descansar y dormir, esto no debería ser un problema.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - NOT A HOTEL
Pros:

The beds are comfortable

Cons:

Probably the worst customer service I have ever witnessed:
- the room (Deluxe double room) I have booked is not the one we have been given. Our room was not on the last floor and had the bathroom sink next to the bed.
- when confronted with this, the person in charge just lied explaining that 1. there were no other rooms available on the last floor, 2. all the rooms have the same layout (which was obviously wrong when you look at the pictures)
- after pushing many times, finally a room on the third floor "appeared" free...
- we finally managed to get our room changed after hours of discussion on WhatsApp, even though it was still not the one I booked.
Just the fact that a person working in the service industry could lie many times to get out of a problematic situation is enough for me.

It is worth nothing that they call themselves a hotel but it is not : there was no reception when we arrived at 3pm, and we are speaking about a family or group of people who are renting apartments in a building shared with a lingerie shop and a dentist practice.
Also worth noting that despite the beds being confortable, the rooms have molds in the bathrooms, the painting is coming off and it is on one of the busiest streets of Cusco so very noisy.

Don't be fooled like us with their marketing strategy of showing a crazy expensive initial price and a huge discount: nobody would pay 100$ for this and certainty you can find much better alternatives closer to the center for 40-60$ (trust me I spent more than a week in Cusco on several occasions)

Pros:

Gostamos muito do conforto, limpeza e localização (estratégico para acesso ao comércio popular e ao comércio turístico); o chuveiro e a torneira com água quentinha e a cama muito confortável! Também recebemos água mineral sempre que pedimos. Athena foi muito simpática e acolhedora.

Cons:

Senti falta de uma recepção 24h mas logo me acostumei.

La comodidad de la habitacion y las camas, el desayuno y la atencion personalizada de Atenea

Cons:

La Ubicacion no era mala, pero esta en una calle con muchos comercios locales y por consiguiente hay mucho bullicio todo el dia

Todo. Está ubicado en un lugar muy central de Cuzco, es limpio, ordenado, silencioso y cómodo.

Mención especial a Atenas. Su amabilidad, disposición para ayudar y su calidad humana son excelentes.

Cerca del centro
Pros:

Muy bien situado, en una calle cerca del centro pero a la vez el hotel es tranquilo y sin ruidos.
Cama amplia y habitacion pequeña pero suficiente para estar unos dias en Cusco

Cons:

La ducha no tenia puerta y salia el agua, un poco engorroso

A cama é boa, chuveiro com esquenta bem e o atendimento da Atenas foi o melhor, nossa ida para o aeroporto era só às 16h e ela permitiu que deixássemos as malas no hotel.

Nice room, but the location and safety concerns affected our stay.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The location did not feel very safe, especially at night. I was robbed nearby during my stay, which obviously affected my experience. The area is very commercial and noisy, and the stairs are quite steep, making the hotel difficult for anyone with mobility or hip problems. Reception is not available at all times, and access is through a code, which made us feel less secure.
