Pros:

Really comfortable bed and bedding. Lovely and helpful staff

Cons:

Building shakes when buses go by. Quite noisy until 10pm
Carrying luggage up to a third floor

Pros:

Nice room, good location

Cons:

Breakfast was not great. We had better breakfast in cheaper hotels. Noisy streets.
The shower sprays water everywhere on the bathroom floor

Em geral gostamos muito principalmente pela
Pros:

A cama muito confortável, roupas de camas e toalhas sempre bem limpas e cheirosas. Atenas responde bem rápido no whats app e nos recebeu muito bem.

Cons:

O chuveiro teve momentos que ficou frio e não esquentava, acredito que desligaram o gás algo nesse sentido.
O café da manhã também não nos agradou, o sistema de servirem acaba que fica demorado quando chega mais de um hóspede, outro ponto é que percebemos que o café é requentado no microondas.

Felt homely and staff were flexible and helpful
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff. Atenas Diaz helped us when we were feeling unwell and was very accommodating throughout. We actually stayed twice because of her hospitality. Beds were really comfy too and they make you breakfast individually and personally.

Cons:

In the centre so expect noise - quite enjoyed the atmosphere though. Careful of pickpocketers in the area.

Pros:

Estupenda estancia. Limpio y cómodo
Pros:

Cama cómoda, agua caliente en la ducha, desayuno completo (infusión, jugo, café, huevos, tostadas con mermelada, …), el personal (Atenas) súper amable y dispuesta a ayudar. Todo genial.

Cons:

Por poner algo voy a decir que la madera del suelo hace ruido cuando caminas, y que la pared tiembla cuando pasa un bus por la calle y se siente desde la cama, igualmente, nada incómodo que no te permita dormir.

Small but lovely stay in the center of Cusco.
Pros:

Very small but lovely boutique hotel in the center of Cusco. Facilities were very nice and everything one would need. Great communication via WhatsApp with staff. They kindly offered water and snacks when I got in.

Cons:

There is no 24/7 staff at the facility. This was not a problem for me, but something other keep in mind if an emergency were to occur or if you lost service and couldn't communicate via WhatsApp.

We had a wonderful stay there
Pros:

We really enjoyed the breakfast the best we have had since arriving in Peru a month ago. We also really enjoyed a dinner.
Michael was super helpful and provided us with a very helpful map when we arrived and suggestions of where to go and where to eat.

Cons:

It was slightly too far out of town

Parfait !
Pros:

Merci beaucoup pour ce super séjour. L’emplacement est central (centre historique à 2 pas de la place des armes) ! L’hôtel est propre et confortable ! Le petit déjeuner est fait maison et plutôt copieux ! Le personnel est attentionné, disponible et arrangeant ! Je recommande à 100%!

Sehr zentral aber trotzdem war es im Zimmer ruhig . Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker.

Das Bett war etwas hart aber für 2 Nächte ausreichend
