El barrio es comercial pero tiene bueno que está muy cerca de plaza de armas y no tenés que caminar por calles con subida

Cost efficient well located B&B
Pros:

Well located, everything is one step away. Although outside there are many shops, you can rest. The place is Clean. Atenas is kind and very accommodating of your needs. Her experience as a local tourist guide is certainly a valuable asset. The free breakfast was of the best meals I have ever had in a B&B.

Excelente lugar a tres cuadras de la plaza de armas y centro histórico del Cuzco

La atención del personal es excelente; puntuales, cordiales y atentos a los requerimientos.

Cons:

El ingreso podría ser mejor, es un poco difícil de ubicar la numeración en la calle, pero una vez resuelto esto... Es solo disfrutar.

Great location. Greats host. Great house.
Pros:

The hotel was located in the middle of the old town of Cuzco, which made all distance walkable. The rooms were nice and clean and also very modern furnished. Athenas, who was my host was the greatest person I’ve met in Cuzco. She was so kind and took care of my luggage while I was traveling for two days to Machu Picchu so I could travel light. Highly recommended.

Muy buena ubicación!!
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a solo 3 cuadras de la plaza de Cusco. Está en una calle con mucho comercio y se escucha ruido pero cuando entras a Solara es todo silencio y descanso.

Atenas, la encargada del lugar, es muy servicial y está disponible a ayudar en lo que necesites. Nosotros dejamos nuestras maletas aquí mientras íbamos a Machu Picchu y a nuestro regreso Atenas las llevo hasta nuestro siguiente hospedaje.

El desayuno muy completo. Además, hay infusiones (muña, coca, manzanilla) disponibles en la cocina para prepararte cuando quieras en caso de que te haya afectado la altura.

Muy recomendado!!!!

Very clean and bright accomodation with nice shared kitchen very near to the center of Cusco. Very nice graphic pictures
Pros:

Our host Athena was very helpful, she made us the best breakfast that tasted awsome!!! Eggs and ham with avocado and toast, good strong coffee. Athena providedus eith a lot of teas that helped us to adjust to the altitude. She was very easy and pleasant to talk to and the communication using whatsup was fast and efficient.

Great value for the money!
Pros:

The beds were super comfy too! Usually I do not sleep great in hotel beds, but this one may be one of the best I've slept in. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the main historical plaza. Came with a decent breakfast in the morning that consisted of eggs, toast, coffee, and fruit.

Cons:

The street is very busy and noisy, which dies down late at night, but if you are a light sleeper I suggest bringing ear plugs. The other guests however were very quiet. Also, if you are use to using hair conditioner I recommend bringing your own as none is provided (not uncommon in Cusco).
