Nicely decorated rooms, clean and modern. Short 10 min walk to the main square. Fabiola welcomed us and was very friendly. They also coordinated with our tour company that our luggage was there once we returned from our hike. Many thanks again and recommended!
Just be aware that you need to coordinate your Check in via booking or WhatsApp with the owner - there is no front desk.
An excellent host, comfortable and well-ventilated rooms, and a very convenient location. All the city’s main attractions are within walking distance.
It was a little cold in the mornings, and sometimes we missed having a heater.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.
The most notable/positive experience was with Atenas, the owner. I became violent ill on my first day and Atenas went above and beyond to help me. She got me medicine and soup since I could barely even stand. She was so understanding and I felt so cared for. She also accommodated my late check-in and then was there in the morning to make breakfast! She was a star! Thank you Atenas!:)

The room was nice and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Shower was good with warm water. Athena (the host) was very nice and welcoming. She prepared a good breakfast everyday and helped us book tours. Location is great in the center, everything was in walking distance.
There was a bit of noise from the street, or sometimes other rooms, but nothing too bad and we could easily sleep through it.
The property is located just 2 1/2 blocks from Mercado San Pedro (where you can shop for souvenirs, clothing, etc) and a 10-min walk to Plaza de Armas. Atenas was super sweet and accessible at all times when we had a questions. She even packed water and snacks for us when we missed the breakfast due to an early tour pick up, just let her know. Our room was clean and comfortable with a private bathroom. Water pressure amazing! Atenas also prepared a hearty breakfast so you can start your day touring the City. I honestly think staying closer to Plaza de Armas is over priced, when walking a few blocks more gives you the opportunity to explore and learn from locals. You spend most of your time in tours anyways, therefore a clean and comfortable stay, with someone who was just a text away was perfect for us. Thank you Atenas for making us feel like home!! :)

Amazing room! Incredibly comfortable bed with nice linens! Great WiFi and hot shower.
Breakfast was always late… 20-45 minutes after our requested time every morning. Also, the demeanor of the staff was not very happy.. they seemed sad or mad most of the time though their emotions were never directed at us. Maybe they just had a bad week.
