Pros:

De locatie was perfect. De meeste leuke plekken waren niet ver. De personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De ontbijt was ook heel lekker.

Pros:

Em geral tudo é muito bom, mas o detalhe deles prepararem o café da manhã para você levar nos passeios (que quase todos saem de madrugada) é muito legal.

Cons:

Um único detalhe (que não chega a incomodar) é que o ralo do chuveiro é pequeno para a vazão da água (que é ótima!). Mas nada que atrapalhe.

Super comfy beds and very clean room. The staff were very kind, and even let us check in early when we arrived off our night bus which was incredible! Great breakfast provided and the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Cusco. Highly recommend

Las instalaciones son lindas y muy limpias pero no tienen calefactor que caliente bien. Me enfermé y me dieron la info de un hospital con dervicios a domicilio que me atendió, me formuló medicamentos y pude descansar bien. Tenía agua caliente con excelente temperatura y presión. Personal amable.

Cons:

El calefactor no calentaba bien y la chica dijo que a las 10 llegaba la persona que arreglaría y munca llegó esa persona.

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr sauber, super Lage - klare Empfehlung!!
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und angenehm. Das Hotel und auch das Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Bad/WC war sehr sauber und modern. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde nach meinen Wünschen frisch zubereitet. Die Lage ist wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Das W-LAN hat super schnell funktioniert und ich konnte jederzeit ohne Problem am Laptop arbeiten.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war, dass das Personal Englisch spricht, da ich leider (noch) kein Spanisch spreche.
Alle hier sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten und kann dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen.
