San Francisco Pardo Hotel

Where do I start? Our room had no ventilation, no fans, and was hot. My biggest scrape was the noise. Even though we were on the third floor we could hear everything downstairs. Staff members came in at four or 5 o’clock in the morning and even speaking in normal voices, they would wake me up. They played music in the hallways until 10 o’clock at night and left hallway lights on with no way to completely block the light from coming into our room. On top of that, on our first day the hot water had broken and though we were trying to get some sleep from our jet lag, there was lots of loud banging trying to fix the hot water issue. And finally, the towel supply was subpar, we had no shower mat, no washcloths, and we were instructed not to use the towels provided to wipe off our makeup or we would be charged extra for those towels if they were stained.

Where should I start? First of all, we arrived too early at 9 AM, and unfortunately our room wasn’t ready so we could not check in until noon. We were exhausted from travel and tried to go to sleep but then realized that there was no hot water and they were banging and hammering all afternoon as they were trying to fix the water situation. That night it was very noisy with music playing until at least 10 PM and lights in the hallways on until 10 PM as well. Our curtains did not close all the way to block the light. By 4 o’clock in the morning I was awoken by the voices of staff members on the first floor even though I was on the third floor. There is no insulation in the walls. Also, we did not have any windows to the exterior and no ventilation. The room was extremely hot. Every single morning was like a repeat of the day before. I was awoken to voices in the lobby by 5 AM. We only had two towels, a small hand towel, and no floor mat. We had a different room on our subsequent stay and it was a giant hole in the floor with exposed concrete. Though it was nice to have breakfast included, the pickings were slim and overall I would’ve rather spent money on a more fulfilling breakfast. I will not be staying here again.

Mucho ruido en el lobby, no se podía dormir temprano por el mismo. El restaurante no estaba disponible a partir de las 7:30 pm y el único día que lo utilicé, la cena estuvo incompleta y no hubo la mayoría de lo que pedí.

El olor del baño y el desayuno no tenía mucha variedad.

O sabonete e o shampoo que tem disponível no quarto são praticamente impossíveis de abrir sem uma tesoura ou alguma faca. Tentá-los abrir enquanto você já tiver molhado e no banho é um exercício transcendental de paciência e tentativas 😂

EL PERSONAL NADA SERVICIAL Y SIEMPRE DE MALA GANA. DOS VECES ME PREGUNTARON SI YA ME IBA Y MI RESERVA TODAVÍA ESTABA ACTIVA. SACARON MIS SANDALOAS DE LA HABITACION SIN NI SIQUIERA SER LA FECHA DE CHECK OUT. HORRIBLE EXIJO DEVOLUCION

Assim como na maioria dos lugares em Cusco, há bastante barulho de buzinas em horários de pico.

Teníamos una habitación doble pero solo nos dejaron una toalla todos los días aun cuando repetimos en varias ocasiones que éramos dos y por ende necesitábamos dos toallas, como recomendación podrían intentar variar un poco el desayuno y la cobertura del Wifi, es muy mala. También seria agradable encontrar TV SMART
