Siempre feliz de regresar :)
Pros:

Es la tercera vez que regreso y siempre quedo feliz con mi estancia. El personal es muy amable y atento. El desayuno como siempre delicioso, se siente muy casero y eso le da un plus.

Cons:

En una ocasión no había agua caliente en la ducha, podrían mejorar en ese aspecto.

It was a great time in Cusco

Pros:

El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones muy lindas, grandes, limpias, está muy bien ubicada y a penas se escuchaba el ruido de afuera, el desayuno muy rico y abundante. Buen detalle para uno como mujer que tenga secador de pelo y plancha.

מיקום מצוין ליד פלאזה דה ארמס, מרכזי מאוד אבל ברחוב צדדי ובטוח שאין הרבה עליות, יש מסעדות וחנויות רבות. \
אווירה טובה, מיטות נוחות, ארוחת בוקר טובה.
עיצוב מיוחד, ייחודי למקום וצוות נחמד שמשתדל לעזור ולסייע.
פינה לשימוש עצמי של תה ועלי קוקה לאורך כל היום.
צריך לקחת בחשבון שיש מדרגות.

לגוון את ארוחת הבוקר, לטפל בזרם המים במקלחת.
קצת רעש בלילה בעיקר בסופ"ש מהמועדון ליד.

We liked the proximity with the main square and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The reception is not open 24/7, the pictures don't match with what is really the lobby and there was no heating in the bedroom, we were cold for our whole stay. They provided a small portable heater but it was not enough. The WiFi was not working properly and the bedroom is so small that we can't open the suitcases... Bathroom is a bit old

Expérience typique au centre de Cuzco
Pros:

Super emplacement à 2 minutes de la Plaza de Armas et pourtant dans une rue calme. Le petit balcon de notre chambre (3) et le patio pour l’accueil et le petit déjeuner étaient des expériences à part entière. Cet hôtel nous a permis de passer une semaine avec toutes les commodites à maximum 25’ de marche dont les collectivos pour aller à Pisac ou Ollantaytambo. Le petit déjeuner était somptueux : un maximum mets péruviens pour satisfaire nos papilles. Pour finir, profitez de l’emplacement idéal de l’hôtel pour monter les marches juste au-dessus et se retrouver à San Cristobal et même Sacsayhuaman + Cristo Blanco avant tout le monde.

Pros:

Très bien placé en plein centre ville
Grande chambre avec eau chaude et chauffage d appoint si besoin
Très bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Étant donné que beaucoup d excursions commencent tôt, le petit déjeuner ne commence qu à 7h.

Estadia incrível, apaixonante!
Pros:

Quartos com camas largas, muitas cobertas, oferecem bolsas de água quente para aquecer os lençóis. Café da manhã simples, mas muito bom. Bem centralizado, perto de tudo. As funcionárias todas muito fofas, cuidadosas , atenciosas e prestativas conosco.

Cons:

Tivemos um pequeno probleminha no chuveiro, pós a água demorava um pouco pra esquentar, às vezes o chuveiro ficava fraco, mas nada que não tivessem solucionado

Hotel tranquilo
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta si quieres estar cerca del centro de Cusco.
El personal es super amable, no cuentan con calefacción en los cuartos, pero si solicitas te brindan uno.

Cons:

El Internet se iba y venia, aunque entiendo que esto se debe a que la red en cusco no es muy alta, fuera de eso todo muy bien, volvería a hospedarme ahí.

O espaço é bem lúdico. A decoração do quarto é legal. As pessoas do hotel são bem atenciosas.

Pros:

This was a nice place, with closeness to the Central Plaza - 5min walk. Great service - Good food for a morning start, and close to the Central Plaza, and we were near party central if you like touring the local bars!!

Cons:

The only two things that were of concern is that it did get cold at night and woke up to 30 degrees in my room. Bring your Pajamas & Slippers!! It was that cold.

Also, couldn't figure out how to work the TV to watch the World Cup. Oh well, it was fine, used my laptop.

La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la plaza y de camino al mirador de San Cristóbal. El personal muy atento y amable.

Cons:

Al encontrarse cerca de una zona de bares y discotecas (1/2 cuadra) puede haber un poco de ruido en las noches.
