Pros:

Desayuno basico .

Cons:

Sabanas con pelo , duvet manchado ,toallas con machas. La ducha estuvo con agua y no hubo toallas grandes de cuerpo.

Habitacion con jacuzzi
Pros:

La atencion del personal siempre muy atento, al llegar nos recibe la srta linda quien fue muy amable y siempre atendió nuestras peticiones, nos entregaron informacion para nuestros tour y la srta nelly nos hizo una guia completa para hacer city tour por nuestra cuenta, quedamos muy conformes y felices de haber escogido ese lugar para quedarnos, la ubicacion excelente!

En general todo bien, alomejor mas variedad en el desayuno.

La bañera nunca funciono, le faltaba una perilla, no lo repararon y recién en la noche del ultimo dia cuando regresamos casados dijeron que debíamos cambiarnos de habitacion, a lo que no accedimos

Pros:

La ubicación nos parece ideal para conocer Cusco. Esta cerca del centro, de varias tiendas, supermercados, etc. Y además tienes mas opciones (y menos turísticas) de bares o comida alrededor. La habitación era correcta y las zonas comunes también. En relación con su precio.

Cons:

El baño era un poco (bastante) antiguo y el hecho de no tener ascensor en un hotel de 5 plantas en Cusco es un error garrafal.Por suerte no tuvimos mal de altura pero llegar los primeros dias ahogado por la altura y tener que subir 4 plantas para cualquier cosa...

Una estadía muy agradable y limpia, falta mejorar detalles.
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, la calidad del personal es muy agradable, realmente no tendrás ningún problema en subir las escaleras si eres una persona que está acostumbrada a la actividad física, el desayuno muy completo y muy rico.

Cons:

Lo único que no me agradó es que el secador de mi habitación se sobrecalentaba y dejaba de funcionar y había que esperar para volver a ocuparlo, al menos para las personas de pelo largo que quieren descansar con el pelo seco puede ser un problema, tienen que mejorar eso, fuera de eso todo lo demás está súper bien, todo muy limpio y agradable.
