Amazing spot.
Pros:

The location of the hotel it’s next to a busy road however, at night you don’t hear the cars or people. It’s right across a Plaza Vea which you can do some of your grocery shopping (e.g. water, hygiene stuff etc). Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was good even though not too many options but can’t complaint since it was included. All fruits were fresh and the juices were exceptional. One bonus from this hotel is that you are able to leave your bags after checkout and come back for them when you need to head out of town. The place has 5 floors which the breakfast area is located on the fifth floor and does not have elevator, not an issue for me but others with smaller kids or disability. Small issue is the WiFi, passing the second floor the signal gets weak, but if you don’t rely on WiFi it’s not a big deal. Overall amazing stay, friendly staff would definitely stay again!

Desde luego lo mejor del hotel fue el personal, en particular la chica de reservas que esa semana estaba haciendo los desayunos y el chico joven de la recepcion que lleva una gorra hacia atras. Ellos se encargaron de que estuvieramos comodos al 100%
Por lo demas las habitacion son espaciosas, la ubicacion esta muy bien, unos 10 minutos andando del centro historico, con muchos restaurantes alrededor. El desayuno fue generoso

Habitacion con jacuzzi
Pros:

La atencion del personal siempre muy atento, al llegar nos recibe la srta linda quien fue muy amable y siempre atendió nuestras peticiones, nos entregaron informacion para nuestros tour y la srta nelly nos hizo una guia completa para hacer city tour por nuestra cuenta, quedamos muy conformes y felices de haber escogido ese lugar para quedarnos, la ubicacion excelente!

La bañera nunca funciono, y pague por ese servicio

La bañera nunca funciono, le faltaba una perilla, no lo repararon y recién en la noche del ultimo dia cuando regresamos casados dijeron que debíamos cambiarnos de habitacion, a lo que no accedimos
