Pros:

Hotel staff failed to make wake-up calls on two days (causing me to miss my scheduled tours). Also, and worse, I was over-charged for my room. I paid cash ($40) when I walked in and registered for one night. After checking out the next day I decided to go online and book for three nights ($32 per night via Expedia, to be paid directly to hotel upon checkout). When I checked out three days later the desk clerk demanded that I pay $40 per night (the price I had paid for my earlier stay). Avoid this place.....

Pros:

Honestly I never write reviews but this one needed something said. Quite off the beaten path so to get anywhere it requires an Uber or 2km walk with nothing really conveniently close. Advertised hot water, definitely just luke warm. The bathroom had a terrible terrible sewer smell our entire 3 days. The breakfast was subpar, scrambled eggs and a piece of bread.
We wanted to get laundry done, first when we were getting ready to drop it off they said it would be done by 7pm that night then when we brought it down they said 8/9 pm. We had a hike to rainbow mountain with pickup at 3 am which we needed our clothing for and they knew about. At 845pm they said they still didn’t have it and promised it would be outside our room at 2am. Sure enough no clothes, finally after multiple calls they give it to us at 245am SOAKING WET. Non apologetic and completely non transparent with us the entire time just kept saying they didn’t have them.

Ich konnte die Buchung für ein Doppelzimmer nicht stornieren. Der chatbt konnte diese Buchung nicht finden...trotz garantierter Stornierung.
Jetzt bleibt abzuwarten, ob die Kreditkarte belastet wurde.

Pros:

El sistema de agua caliente no es muy amigable y podrías tener sólo agua fría si es que no entiendes las instrucciones al inicio.
No hay enchufe en el baño, no hay secadora de pelo en la habitación, hay que solicitarla a recepción.
