Tuvimos una excelente experiencia
Pros:

Todo perfecto! El staff es muy amable y tienen mucha predisposición para ayudar. El desayuno nos gustó mucho. El cuarto y los servicios muy buenos también. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí.

We loved it, we would definetely stay there again, they are in a quiet and very convenient area
Pros:

The workers are super nice and friendly, William is great such a hard working and kind person, we totally loved him.

Cons:

The fire alarm makes ary strong light, we saw someone else tried to cover its light before but they couldnt do it completely, and the courtains dont block the light from outside completele at night.

Fomos em 02 famílias. Fiz as reservas pela booking, Qd chegamos ao hotel fui informada que não tinham quarto triplo com cama de casal e que teríamos que ficar num quarto com 03 camas de solteiro, mas que no segundo dia de estadia iriam mudar. Qd retornei de machupichu, me colocaram no mesmo quarto e apenas juntaram as camas. O quarto da outra família que estava conosco tinha carpetes, pois o chão e muito gelado e o quarto que nos ofereceram não. Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro que não saia água e nem água quente. Informaram que estavam arrumando um problema na água e o que posso relatar é que foi muito transtorno. O banheiro e muito apertado, vc não consegue usar a pia e fechar a porta.

Do atendimento, da presteza e da gentileza de TODOS os funcionários! A localização também é EXCELENTE, assim como a cama, o chuveiro, as roupas de banho e as roupas de cama!! O sabor do café e especialmente do atendimento da funcionária LUZ que o servia.

Cons:

A limpeza do carpete e dos móveis e utensílios poderia ser mais detalhada. Um frigobar também seria muito bom. E, apesar das opções de cardápio de café da manhã serem muito saborosas, para uma estadia mais longa, pode ser repetitivo.

Zeer aangenaam bed, vriendelijk personeel dat altijd klaar stond om je te helpen. Zelfs als je een tour had om 3h30 maakte ze een ontbijtje klaar om mee te nemen. Wandelafstand van het centrum, plaza de armas. Prijs kwaliteit zeer goed!

Pros:

Great location, 20 min walk to the city center and 10 min to Wanchaq (with suitcases).
It was possible to leave the luggage before check-in while we were in Machu Picchu.
Good quality breakfast, but the main course could be chosen from 4 options only.
Air condition works as heater as well.
Room was very spacious.
In this hotel it was the fisrt time in Peru when my back did't hurt after sleeping on a mattrass.

Cons:

Hot water unstable, we had to wait and could not properly adjust temperature.
Doorbell at reception was very loud and could be heard on 2nd floor when someone got picked for a tour at night.
No place to hand things in the bathroom.
Bathroom ventilation was not good.
