Pros:

No breakfast. Location was good

Cons:

No hot water to shower. Everything else was good but the water was so cold, not even a bit warm.

Very comfortable rooms!!
Pros:

Very comfortable room, bed was comfy, lots of space, bathroom was clean and big, Tv worked well and had Netflix ect.
Most staff were very helpful and friendly !

Cons:

Wifi is really bad, we asked for a breakfast bag to take with us as we had an early start for a trip, the lady said yes all good, when we went to get it, there was nothing there and they didn’t know what we was talking about, we had seen other people have them and saw them ready on other days so think it was bad communication with the one lady. Rest of the staff seemed on it.

La decoración, ambiente, el desayuno y la ubicación.

Cons:

Las toallas, no parecían bien cuidadas. La tv de la hab. no tenía cable, la tv de la sala común no funcionaba.
La habitación era chica.

Está localizada en un área segura y bonita, cerca a la plaza de armas y otros museos incluidos en el pase general de 10 días. El staff 10/10, muy amables y colaboradores. Desayuno delicioso.

Cons:

Las habitaciones y todo el pasillo tienen alfombras limpias, pero que pueden afectar personas con alergias crónicas.

El lugar está perfecto para descansar! La habitación que tomamos era súper amplia tal cual las fotos. El personal en el desayuno súper amable, en general todos.

Todo súper bien! Solo la distancia a la plaza si no es tan cerca, pero tampoco es súper lejos.

Très bon hôtel proche des centres d’intérêts à pied dans une rue calme

Recomendadísimo lugar
Pros:

Excelente lugar, buena ubicación, muy buena atención, honestidad y amabilidad del personal. Regresaré en mi próxima estancia al Cusco y sin duda lo recomendaré.
