Una semana antes del comienzo del alojamiento nos cambiaron de hotel por refacciones de Paqarina, al llegar alojamiento otro hotel no nos tenían registrados por lo que nos mandaron a un 3er hotel que también estaban pintando. Pedimos que nos manden de vuelta alojamiento otro hotel segundo hotel donde finalizamos la estadía.

It was a pleasant stay and it was definitely worth the money.
Pros:

There was a heater in the room, warm water and shampoo in the shower, and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The next room was very close and I could hear their conversations.

Uma das piores experiências que pude ter. Na verdade, o hotel cancelou minha reserva na hora que chegamos na instalação, afirmando que houve um erro no sistema e o booking não tinha passado a reserva para eles, sendo que menos de 8 horas antes, o hotel enviou mensagem e conversou comigo (não era mensagem automática) confirmando, inclusive, a hora que eu chegaria. Meu nome estava lá no sistema, mas eles não fizeram nada para corrigir a situação.

Bien situado, las recepcionistas son muy amables y atentas, nos sirvieron te y pudimos dejar las mochilas durante los 4 días del trek sin problemas. Las habitaciones son grandes, las camas gigantes, todo nuevo y con radiadores para el frío. El desayuno es buffet y muy bueno. Un 10!
