Cons:

Uma das piores experiências que pude ter. Na verdade, o hotel cancelou minha reserva na hora que chegamos na instalação, afirmando que houve um erro no sistema e o booking não tinha passado a reserva para eles, sendo que menos de 8 horas antes, o hotel enviou mensagem e conversou comigo (não era mensagem automática) confirmando, inclusive, a hora que eu chegaria. Meu nome estava lá no sistema, mas eles não fizeram nada para corrigir a situação.

Bien situado, las recepcionistas son muy amables y atentas, nos sirvieron te y pudimos dejar las mochilas durante los 4 días del trek sin problemas. Las habitaciones son grandes, las camas gigantes, todo nuevo y con radiadores para el frío. El desayuno es buffet y muy bueno. Un 10!

Me encantó las vistas desde la terraza donde sirven el desayuno buffet, fue disfrutar de un buen desayuno con unas excelentes vistas a la ciudad del Cusco. La habitación no tenía salida a la calle pero era muy espaciosa, no tengo ninguna pega.

Cons:

Quizás la única pega sería la comisión que te sacan por pagar con tarjeta de crédito, al parecer es normal en todos los hoteles del perú, en cambio, en otros servicios como en restaurantes no cobraban comisiones. No te cobran comisiones si pagas en efectivo o con YAPE.

Os quartos não são os mais limpos que já ficamos. Tem muita claridade no quarto, o banheiro nao esquenta e se esquenta é pouca água quente pra um banho. O café muito bom com vista pra cidade.
Teve um quarto com cheiro muito ruim.

Cons:

Chuveiro ruim pouca água e nao esquenta e se esquenta quase queima a pele. Sai pouca água.

Nice stay in San Blas, Cusco!
Pros:

It was a great room with a fantastic view for breakfast over Cusco city. The location is excellent in the middle of San Blas, one of my favourite areas of Cusco, and is within very short walking distance to many great restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Our room needed a couple of minor fixtures, but nothing major.

Funcional y práctico
Pros:

Buen desayuno. Hotel bien ubicado y buena atención del equipo. Está súper cerca de todo lo que es San Blas y ayuda a mirar Cusco desde ahí. A unos 15 minutos a pie a la plaza de armas de Cusco.

Cons:

La habitación en la que estuvimos 301 tiene un tragaluz que da directo a la cama, a las 5:30 am ya entraba luz al cuarto complicando el descanso.
