Muito bem localizado com ótimo café da manhã, o quarto é amplo com cama king size e banheira. Na recepção se oferece continuamente mates e, caso necessite, há um tanque de oxigênio disponível. O café da manhã inicia às 4h o que é importante pois os passeios saem bem cedo. Pessoal da recepção é simpático !

Cuando llegué al Hotel, estaba en Mantenimiento y me cambiaron al Hotel San Agustín Dorado.
Pésimo Hotel, una chica de recepción que estaba en turno noche no era nada amable, no tenía empata.
Desafortunadamente tuvimos que quedarnos forzosamente ahí a pesar de no estar a gusto.
El baño del Lobby no tenia jabón
La habitación era demasiada pequeña
La cama no era King, sino eran 2 camas de plaza y media juntas cuyas cabeceras estaban en mal estado.
Definitivamente el Hotel no califica ni para 3 estrellas.

Centrally located and clean and comfortable.
The AC didn’t work. Lima being so humid needed air on but the air con wouldn’t work. When complained they said the AC is not working for the entire hotel and gave us a fan which barely did anything. Keeping windows open brought in a lot of noise from the streets
