Gostei dos funcionários que nos receberam no check in, também dos funcionários e funcionárias que atendem no restaurante e café da manhã. também do ambiente interno do Hotel.

Não gostei do Chuveiro que demora uma eternidade para esquentar, o quarto também não contava com frigobar, e o ar condicionado também não funcionou. A pior parte da estadia, foi no momento do Check out, quando na entrega da chave o funcionário, informou que eu devia uma pizza. Pizza esta que não foi pedida ou consumida por nós. Disse a ele que havia um engano, que não consumimos nenhuma pizza, inclusive nos últimos dois dias havíamos estado fora (águas calientes), mas, não satisfeito, continuou a insistir na cobrança. Como eu tinha horário no aeroporto, perdi a paciência e elevei o tom de voz. Ele de forma áspera. disse: Pode chamar o seu uber.
