Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo, y ubicado en el casco antiguo sin estar en las calles más concurridas. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas en el hotel varios días mientras visitábamos el Valle Sagrada y Machu Picchu sin ningún coste adicional. Desayuno completo.

Cons:

Estuvimos en dos habitaciones. La primera era más básica, hacía mucho frío, el edificio es antiguo y la habitación no estaba bien aislada. La cama era demasiado pequeña.

Pros:

Nos permitieron dejar la maleta varios días. Esta era la segunda vez en este hotel, y la habitación era algo mejor que la primera. La cama era muy grande y cómoda y la habitación estaba bien aislada, además de que las cortinas sí impedían que entrase la luz por la mañana. El baño es amplio. Desayuno completo.

Cons:

Como posible mejora: el baño no tiene mueble o superficie para dejar cosas, ni tampoco suficientes colgadores para secar las toallas.

Excelente localização, muito confortável e silenciosa. Funcionários muito gentis e solícitos.

Cons:

A única coisa que talvez merecesse um pouco mais de atenção é a reposição do café da manhã quando fica muito cheio.

Apesar do hotel ser mt bonito, o banheiro era mal cheiroso, c mt barulho no entorno.
Pros:

A estrutura da pousada é muito boa, tem restaurante e spa. O atendimento no spa foi excelente. O restaurante é ok.

Cons:

Mt barulho no entorno, o banheiro estava com um cheiro muito ruim, reclamamos e ainda assim não resolveram e não deram nenhuma solução. Fiquei bastante desapontada.

Pros:

La struttura è ben posizionata. Unica nota positiva ahimè.
Quello che fa una struttura è il suo staff, e al Monasterio San Pedro è terribile. Non ho MAI avuto un esprienza così negativa. Alla reception sembra che siano lì ad aspettare il cambio turno per fuggire e disinteressarsi completamente al cliente che paga per avere un servizio pessimo. Nessuno saluta, sembra che stai dando fastidio solo essendo presente lì. Nessuno sorride.

Cons:

Nel mio caso specifico sono arrivata alle ore 6:00 del mattino poichè venivo da Puno e ho preso un bus notturno (dubito di essere la prima cliente nella storia del Monasterio che è arrivata così presto). Sapendo di arrivare così presto, 3 giorni prima contatto la struttura e li avviso se ci fosse stata possibilità di avere una camera quando arrivavo, anche ad un costo extra (poichè il check in era alle ore 12:00). Gli scrivo 3 giorni prima poichè segnalando questa cosa avevano il tempo di poter vedere di spostare o fare qualcosa, insomma di LAVORARE. Ovviamente arrivo e nessuno sapeva nulla, anzi il ragazzo alla reception mi dice "bevi un the e intanto vedo". Passa mezz 'ora e probabilmente fa tutt'altro, cambia il turno e scappa, senza salutare, senza dire "ti lascio alla mia collega" , nulla, zero, io seduta lì ad aspettare il NULLA. La collega che lo sostituisce viene informata e cosa fa? Mi ignora un'altra mezz ora senza proferire parola. Le domando se ha novità poichè vedevo che stava facendo altro e mi dice "no, mi dispiace, forse tra 1ora (erano le 7h30)". Cosa stava aspettando a dirmelo? Bah.
Così decido di andare a fare un giro e torno intorno alle 11:00, davanti a me c' erano circa 4 persone che hanno fatto check in e hanno ricevuto TUTTI la camera, arrivo io e mi dice no, non è pronta . Ok. Mi fa aspettare alle ore 12:02 mi dice " ok è pronta". Mi ha palesemente preso in giro. Mi ha fatto aspettare volutamente l orario preciso del check in, mentre ha dato altre camere a tutti prima.
Spero che il gestore/proprietario legga questa recensione perché il personale che non ha voglia di lavorare, non è chiaro, fa cattiverie ad un cliente che porta i soldi nel tuo paese non fa bene alla struttura

Perfect place to stay in Cusco
Pros:

The hotel’s location is simply excellent - you are right across from San Pedro Market and Cusco train station. The city center is just a 7 minutes walk away. All the main tourist attractions are also nearby, as well as pharmacies, shops, supermarkets, and banks.

The hotel itself is beautiful, located in a historic building that gives it so much charm. The rooms are nice, very clean, and spacious, with comfortable bedding. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower with very hot water, which is quite rare in Cusco, especially in privately run accommodations. The rooms were cleaned daily. There is also heating in every room, which is very pleasant in the evenings when temperatures drop.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they kindly kept our luggage for us after check-out.

The breakfast was varied and delicious. The on-site restaurant is also excellent.

We highly recommend this hotel in Cusco. Our stay was perfect!

חדר נעים ומנהלי המלון נחמדים מאוד . המיטות היו נוחות. המיקום נח, ( אבל לא עם רכב) למרות שעדיין לרב המסעדות צריך ללכת כמעט 15 דקות. זרם מים חמים ( במקלחות המשופצות) .

Cons:

בבוקר הראשון היה עומס בארוחת בוקר. המלון לא עמד בעומד ולא היה מספיק אוכל , אפילו לא מילאו מים לשתייה חמה. לפעמים יכול להיות קצת רועש.

Hervorragende Lage! Eine Ruheoase inmitten einer quirligen Stadt! Sehr freundliches Personal!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig! Wir wurden mehrmals nachts durch Geräusche über uns geweckt!
