Excelente localização e o hotel e o quarto estavam impecável

חדר נעים ומנהלי המלון נחמדים מאוד . המיטות היו נוחות. המיקום נח, ( אבל לא עם רכב) למרות שעדיין לרב המסעדות צריך ללכת כמעט 15 דקות. זרם מים חמים ( במקלחות המשופצות) .
בבוקר הראשון היה עומס בארוחת בוקר. המלון לא עמד בעומד ולא היה מספיק אוכל , אפילו לא מילאו מים לשתייה חמה. לפעמים יכול להיות קצת רועש.
The hotel’s location is simply excellent - you are right across from San Pedro Market and Cusco train station. The city center is just a 7 minutes walk away. All the main tourist attractions are also nearby, as well as pharmacies, shops, supermarkets, and banks.
The hotel itself is beautiful, located in a historic building that gives it so much charm. The rooms are nice, very clean, and spacious, with comfortable bedding. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower with very hot water, which is quite rare in Cusco, especially in privately run accommodations. The rooms were cleaned daily. There is also heating in every room, which is very pleasant in the evenings when temperatures drop.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they kindly kept our luggage for us after check-out.
The breakfast was varied and delicious. The on-site restaurant is also excellent.
We highly recommend this hotel in Cusco. Our stay was perfect!

Its a beautiful monastery, still used in some parts, in a perfect location. The cumin areas are beautiful maintained and it's a calm oasis in busy cuzco.
The room was very basic and the furniture needed an update. The lightning, the sofa, the bathroom, I expected a more beautiful design here, a missed opportunity. The breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional. They rationed the avocado because it was "too expensive".
I really missed a fridge (list some food because of it) and some water heater or coffee maker.
Struttura grande con bellissimi cortili interni. Camera molto spaziosa, bagno nuovo ben rifinito. Colazione con buona varietà di scelta.
Bra läge och rummet var stor; hotelet har ett mycket trevligt fin och lugn gård.
Inte så rent i rummet, personalen litet svårt att nå, t. ex om matten var slut i buffé vid frukost. Inget internet i rummet första kvällen men det löste sig och fungerade mycket bra därefter.

o café da manhã tinha poucas opções e acabava logo sem ter reposição. o horário limite é 9:30 porém qdo fui tomar café as 8:45 muitos itens (queijo, presunto, pães..) tinhas acabado e não houve reposição...
o banheiro não tem prateleiras ou apoios para colocar utensilios e cremes, por exemplo, o que é bem desconfortável.
