Room with no windows!
Pros:

Great location directly opposite San Pedro markets and train station
The gardens were pretty

Cons:

I didn’t get the room I was expecting from booking. There was NO window and it felt like a prison cell, I get claustrophobic so slept with the door open. My booking said garden view/ courtyard view with pictures of rooms with windows. It was my last night in Cuzco and thought this place was going to be wonderful but it was very disappointing . The first night they changed my room and that was great, as I’d hoped for but the second night they moved me back to a room with no window. They should tell you on the booking if this is the case and I wouldn’t have bothered .

Great hotel and location
Pros:

Amazing experience here. The location was great. Staff is very kind and flexible. We enjoyed the spa, breakfast, dinner, etc. The room was very comfortable and clean. We loved having coca tea available in reception at all times.

Cons:

When you book excursions and pick up time is before 6 am, the lunch boxes are very poor.

Lindo y confortable lugar.
Pros:

Las instalaciones eran muy bonitas, sobre todo los jardines. El personal del hotel y el restaurante muy amables, siempre dispuestos ayudar. En cuanto a la ubicación, se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando al centro histórico y se encuentra frete a un mercado muy popular, El Mercado de San Andrés, donde puedes tomar sus famosos jugos.

Cons:

Tal vez al desayuno podrían agregarle algunas masas dulces (kuchen, queque o galletas, etc.)

Adorei tudo, mas o atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente o restaurante do hotel, é sensacional. Me ajudaram bastante com orientações sobre o mal da altitude e como prevenir. Agradeço demais o cuidado.

最高のロケーションと素敵なお庭があるホテル
Pros:

２度目の宿泊です。マチュピチュに行っている間に荷物を預かってくださり、助かりました。
以前にも書きましたが、サンペドロ駅の隣り、メルカドの向かいとロケーションは最高でした。お風呂のお湯もしっかりと出て、バスタブがあるのも身体が温まり、良かったです。ホテルのレストランを利用しましたが、とても美味しかったです。

Cons:

今回のお部屋は、入り口に20センチ位の段差があり、入室時に気をつけないと、捻挫の恐れがあった事です。夫が高齢なため、注意を要しました。

Fijn en mooi verblijf!
Pros:

Heel fijn en meedenkend personeel. Nadat ik mijn verloofde ten huwelijk had gevraagd hebben ze meegedacht om de kamer romantisch te versieren. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker! De ligging is goed bij San Pedro mercado en nét buiten het stadscentrum waardoor je alles op loopafstand kan doen maar niet in de drukte zit.

Cons:

Het water in de douche is niet heel warm.

Er was erg veel rumoer, je hoorde het personeel erg vroeg tegen elkaar schreeuwen en savonds na half 11 nog steeds.

Très bien placé par rapport au centre ville

Le chauffage est plus ou moins fonctionnel, une nuit très froide , pas d'autres chauffage disponible.
