Great place
Pros:

The property was very clean great location so much stuff you can walk to, the staff was so helpful and so friendly

Cons:

It's an older facility so it is a little bit noisey can hear people in the hallways talking very late at night or early in the morning

Excellent location with quite rooms and well tended garden
Pros:

Superb location with beautiful gardens right next to San Pedro Mercado and adjoining church, with a short walk to central square. Very quiet given location.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor with disengaged staff. Some rooms, including ours, have no windows (other than opaque pane by door) so are a bit dark and cannot open window - although does have air conditioning

A localização é incrível! Bem em frente ao Mercado de São Pedro e num ambiente místico, já que está inserido no Mosteiro de São Pedro.

Cons:

Inicialmente deram-nos um quarto sem janelas que não correspondia ao que foi pedido. Depois mudaram-nos para outro, mas que tremia sempre que o comboio passava e não havia água quente. Demorava imenso tempo a ter temperatura aceitável, e não era constante. O quarto também não era cómodo nem prático para um tripo.

Cons:

The restaurant that was 24/7 , we went at 2 o’clock afternoon and the chef “had left” so no service. In Koby they had a coffee station and again, we went to order and the coffee person had left and it’s early morning so not able to order . The room had flies inside when we walked in and bed had bed bugs ;(((((( right ousede at the steps to the left , everyday a group of drink men

Pros:

Me encantó la amabilidad del personal, las instalaciones y el cuidado que el hotel brinda a cada huesped. Para los tours de la madrugada puedes solicitar un desayuno para llevar en la noche anterior y te lo preparan para que no vayas de estomago vacio.

Cons:

Tuvimos que esperar bastante para que el cuarto estuviera ya habilitado (aproximadamente unas 2 horas adicionales a lo establecido), pero como el hotel se encuentra en una zona perfecta, pudimos pasear. Luego nos brindaron un descuento en los masajes por la incomodidad y estuvieron super buenos!

Manque de transparence sur le prix. À mon arrivée, lors du check-in, on m'a demandé de payer un supplément de 10 % qui n'apparaissait pas clairement dans le montant total de la réservation. Même si cette information est indiquée dans les conditions, elle reste peu visible. Il serait préférable d'inclure ce montant directement dans le prix affiché afin d'éviter les mauvaises surprises.

Hotel justo al lado de la estación del tren
Pros:

Nos gustó su ubicación justo al lado de la estación del tren San Pedro que va Machu Picchu. Nos pareció súper que solicitamos cambio de habitación porque en la primera había “una gotera” que no nos dejó dormir y la cambiaron inmediatamente sin problema.
