Pros:

El personal de recepción fue muy atento
Nos guardaron las maletas hasta que volvimos de Aguascalientes
La ubicación para mí es la mejor, a 2/3 minutos de La Plaza de armas

Cons:

Nos trasladamos para la última noche en Cuzco a este hotel, por el único motivo de que al día siguiente necesitábamos desayunar a las 6 am y nos dijeron que a esa hora comenzaba el desayuno. Pues bien hasta las 6:07 no empezaron a colocar cosas poco a poco , nos tuvimos que ir a las 6:17 am y la mujer encargada de colocarlo seguía poniendo cosas con una absoluta tranquilidad y como si la cosa no fuera con ella.
Estábamos allí más de 10 personas, que no nos levantamos por gusto a esas horas, sino porque nos tenemos que ir .
Creo que hay que ser un poco serios si se indica que el desayuno comienza a las 6am

Friendly, comfy, safe hotel :)
Pros:

Spacious, clean room. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Tea always available. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the main square, and close to cafes, restaurants, mini marts, shops. Laundry service available through the front desk.

Cons:

Shower was not super warm.
A lamp would be great!
My room was close to the dining area so i could hear breakfast being set up in the morning.

Buena relación precio-calidad
Pros:

Para la antigüedad de las instalaciones, la habitación era espaciosa y cómoda.

Cons:

La escalera de acceso a habitaciones: es descubierta y en caso de lluvia puede ser algo complicado.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto que ficamos, 14, tinha um pequeno desnível, mas era amplo e confortável, com uma cama imensa e um chuveiro maravilhoso. O hotel é simples, mas muito aconchegante.

Cons:

Por se tratar de um edifício antigo, o chão no 2o andar range bastante, o que pode incomodar a quem tem o sono leve. O café da manhã é bastante simples.
No quarto, sentimos falta de uma mesa e cadeira.
Nada disso nos atrapalhou, mas merece destaque.

Very much enjoyed our stay, would recommend!
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large and comfortable bed with plenty of blankets for cold nights. Large and modern bathroom with excellent water pressure and warm temperatures. Variety of teas available at all times to help with the altitude sickness. Suffice light breakfast available including fruits, ham & cheese, breads, and eggs & potatoes. Staff held our luggage at the hotel after check out while we went out exploring the town.

Cons:

Can be a bit noisy in the mornings from staff and other patrons moving about.

Hotel pequeno, com instalações simples, mas com ótima localização.
Pros:

Ótima localização, bem próxima da Praça de Armas, que é a principal praça de Cusco.
O café da manhã é simples, mas bom, com diversas frutas, pães e ovos mexidos.

Cons:

Quarto simples, em um prédio velho.
Não havia água quente na pia do banheiro, apenas no chuveiro.

Very comfortable except for horrible checkout
Pros:

Location, size of room, cleanliness. Staff was overall very friendly, except at checkout.

Cons:

Major: due to a system error of Booking.com, we were confronted to being charged more VAT than was communicated at the time of making the reservation. When explaining this to the reception personnel, we were shown no cooperation to resolve this. Only after 30 min of explaining and raising our voices, the staff decided to call Booking.com to resolve this. Based upon the older reviews this has happened before. Cusco Lodge, please resolve this with Booking.com, this leads to unnecessary complaints by your guests, while the hotel is actually quite nice.

Minor: Temperature shower was not consistent, breakfast was very modest and organization of breakfast unhandy.

Bed was huge and very comfy.

Было бы хорошо если бы букинг включал налог сразу в стоимость и показывал это внятно
Pros:

Расположение. Останавливалась дважды, во второй раз дали номер на втором этаже, он был получше, в первый раз доставка номер в полуподвальном помещении, было холодно и сыро

Prima ruime kamer en goed ontbijt

Cons:

Erg gehorig, en omdat er dagelijks mensen vroeg vertrekken voor activiteiten in en rondom Cusco, word je ’s nachts vaak wakker van vertrekkende gasten. Onze kamer had bovendien enkel glas aan de binnenplaats, waardoor geluiden extra doorkwamen. Naar mijn mening kan er actiever worden gevraagd om ’s nachts stiller te zijn.
