Os funcionários muito simpáticos.
O quarto não tem circulação de ar, sempre falta algo no café da manhã.

La vista del hotel al momento de tomar desayuno es impresionante y hermosa, también el desayuno es rico y tienen variedad para ofrecer entre huevos revueltos y cereal con yougurt
Se acabó el agua caliente y tuve que bañarme con jarrita, fueron muy amables al aceptar mi petición y resolverlo para poder bañarme
Merci au personnel de cet hôtel notamment Mirian pour sa gentillesse et son accueil chaleureux elle a rendu notre séjour très agréable
Toujours au petits soins et nous demandant si notre séjour et nos journées avaient été agréable
Les petits déjeuner en terrasse haute avec vue sur la ville et préparer avec soin par Mirian ou sa jeune collègue ont été d excellents moments pour commencer la journée

One night the hot water didn’t work and it was solved until next day.
The breakfast was everyday the same, i think they could implement yogurt and cereals, even if it involves paying little more i will be happy to see some variety like ham and cheese, etc
The noise from the outside and other rooms was very obvious, so i recommend bringing earplugs.
La atención del personal muy buena, todos amables y habitación limpia y cómoda.
La ubicación del hotel está cerca a calles que por la noche está gente de mal vivir.
El desayuno fue completo incluye jugo de frutas, proteína y panes de Cuzco, me encanto tener disponibilidad todo el dia de café y aromáticas en especial el mate de coca. El servicio de recepción muy buenos y carismáticos siempre dispuestos a brindar consejos de lugares turísticos muy cercanos ( caminando llegas a la plaza de armas )
me gustó el trato del dueño, amable gentil y atento a mis comenttarios. Cama muy comoda y abrigadora, almohadas limpias
La señorita que servia el desayuno muy seria y parca no habia musica en el comedor a pesar de gozar de una excelente vista. Quise comprar jaboncillo y no tenian para la venta. Se oia las conversaciones de las otras habitaciones.
