La atención del joven Amadeo estuvo impecable. Siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a atender y resolver cualquier inquietud.
La habitación donde nos hospedamos también estuvo cómoda y bonita.

Cons:

Hay mucha bulla proveniente de la calle durante todo el día y la noche, además se escuchaba todo lo de las habitaciones y baños continuos y de igual manera cuando alguien subía o bajaba las escaleras.
El desayuno fue lo más decepcionante. Todos los días lo mismo, sin variedad, nada rico. Un desayuno básico y pobre.
Y el baño era muy pequeño, parece ser que para construir el baño lo hicieron pensando en un baño para niños.
La ubicación también es pesima, alrededor no hay ni tiendas.

A hospedagem superou todas as expectativas. O quarto é completo, com cama confortável e roupas de cama sempre muito limpas. O banheiro também se destacou pela organização: as toalhas eram trocadas diariamente e a limpeza era feita com todo cuidado.

As funcionárias são excepcionais e fizeram toda a diferença na experiência. Sempre atenciosas e prestativas, ofereceram todo o suporte necessário e ainda deram ótimas dicas sobre a cidade — um atendimento realmente impecável.

A localização também é um ponto positivo, a cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada da praça central. Sem dúvida, se eu voltar a Cusco, me hospedarei lá novamente.
