Good location. There may be some problem with the new quality. The staff is good. But they rarely speak English.
No speaking English
Best place in the city
1 mins from center plaza. Very convenient for tour operators pick me up and go around center area. Friendly staff. They clean room every day.
No elevator. You can hear the room next door.
No major issues. The location is very good for a tourist.it was clean, and the staff were OK, but I had little interaction with them to be fair. My biggest grip was no windows in my room, just a skylight. There was no heating in my room, but there were lots of blankets. I did get a bit chilly a times and the plumbing made lots of noise at times. I want a place for opener two nights as a tourist on a budget. It is fine.

The photos when i reserved the room were misleading. I thought I was getting a room with a terrace or “walk in” window.
Nothing special to like
Charge you 5% more if you pay by card. I found this a bit annoying. Other hotels in Cusco didn't put this type of cost on me when I paid by card.
