Great location, kind staff, good breakfast.
Pros:

Good location near San Blas Plaza where there are many cute shops and cafes. Kind staff. Smooth check in and out. Booked taxi for us. Good breakfast.

Pros:

I was very pleased with the location, staff, and cleanliness of the building. I got in late around midnight my first night and they were able to help accommodate me and made sure I found my room easily. On the last day I was supposed to check out, I had an atv tour that the pick up arrived earlier than what they stated so I was rushing out of my room, in doing so I forgot my cash envelope in my room. Once I noticed I messaged the building’s what’s app and they immediately checked the room and kept the money safe until my trip was over. They even allowed me to pay a bit more to get one more shower in before hopping on my plane. I also enjoyed waking up every morning to a wide assortment of fruits for breakfast and the chef greeting me every morning and asking me if I wanted eggs with onions and cheese. Unmatched hospitality and I will definitely be back!

There was barely any service and there was no WiFi so communication from the hotel wasn’t the best

Pros:

Muy buena ubicacion, a 10 min. caminando se llega a la plaza de cusco y Av El Sol. Excelente la atencion del personal, me dieron recomendaciones a donde ir y que hacer, afrecian bolsas de agua para pasar el frio. Sin preguntarles, me ofrecieron una bolsa de snaks para llevar ya que mis tours eran temprano, solo desayuné un dia y era muy completo, Pan, infuciones, queso, jamon variedad de frutas y hasta 3 variedades de preparacion de huevos. La habitacion estaba impecable super comoda baño amplio y bien equipada, Recomendado!! :)

Nice place to stay
Pros:

It’s close to downtown and it’s easy to find or navigate. The place is clean and the staffs were really nice and accommodating. The breakfast area is on the rooftop on the fifth floor without elevator, but it’s worth it because the view is very nice and the food is very light and healthy.

Top Lage mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage und wir konnten eine Tour über sie buchen. Das Frühstück mit toller Aussicht war frisch und reichhaltig. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass das Team uns ungefragt jeden Abend eine Wärmflasche gebracht hat.

Cons:

Steckdosen sind ausgeleiert und funktionieren nicht immer. Besonders das Zimmer zur Straße ist extrem laut, da die Fenster nicht richtig schließen. Das WLAN ist nicht immer stabil und schnell. Bei unserem Abreisetag haben wir leider keine Lunchbox erhalten, was bei Touren aber der Fall war.
