Como en casa, en casi todos los aspectos
Pros:

Con independencia de las instalaciones en sí, lo mejor de este hotel es el personal. Nos dieron facilidades para todo, early checkin, late checkout, desayuno muy rico y todas las indicaciones precisas para nuestra estancia. Situado cerca del centro de Cusco pero no en el cogollo. Ello lo hacía muy tranquilo. Cama super cómoda y grande.

Cons:

No podernos quedar más tiempo... (modo irónico ON)

A acomodação é bem limpa, organizada, as funcionárias são bem atenciosas. O café da manhã é simples, mas tem o necessário e é super gostoso, quando não podíamos tomar o cafe por conta dos passeios, elas preparavam um lanche.

Nos recibieron muy bien, nos dieron recomendaciones para no sufrir el mal de altura. A la noche pasaban a dejar bolsitas de agua caliente para la cama. Las instalaciones comodas, limpio. El desayuno excelente, 8 variedades de frutas además de huevos, jamón, queso, pan, tostadas, mantequilla, mermelada, café, leche, té y yogurt con cereales. La atención un 11. Ah y tambien es buena la ubicación, a pocas cuadras de plaza de armas por unas callecitas muy bellas de transitar.

Super nice place to stay in Cusco
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable, and located on a very quiet street.
The breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh fruit, pancakes, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
When we had early starts for hikes and tours, they kindly offered to make us a lunch box.
The staff were very friendly, provided us with lots of helpful information, helped us with laundry, and even brought us hot water bags in the evening to keep us warm.
There was also tea and hot water on our floor all the time.
Thank you for a great stay!

Cons:

The hotel is a little bit worn out, but we didn’t mind.
There is also a lamp in the corridor that might be bothersome at night, but we just switched it off before going to sleep.

Sehr gute Lage
Für den Preis ist das Zimmer tiptop, es gab sogar Wärmflaschen für die kühleren Nächte
Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und es wird ein tiptop Laundry Service angeboten
Frühstückszeiten sind angepasst an alle Unternehmungen in der Gegend

Cons:

Es gab leider keinen schönen Aufenthaltsraum oder eine Dachterassensitzplatz
Es hätte im Zimmer ein Fenster zum Innenflur, dadurch war es nicht richtig dunkel in der Nacht

Andato tutto alla perfezione.

Una mattina che avevo un escursione alle 3h30 di mattina , la signora della reception mi aspettava giù con la colazione nel sacchetto da portare con me visto che l’avrei saltata nel loro orario.

Sono state molto disponibili per ogni mia domanda posta a loro, lo consiglio vivamente e lo rifarei altre infinite volte

Overall a great experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel across 3 nights. The breakfast was quaint and delicious with a generous selection of fresh fruit. The rooms weren’t fancy, but were very clean, with the towels changed out daily.

There were multiple small touches that made this hotel stand out:

- Each evening a hot water bottle was delivered to be put between the top sheet and duvet to warm your bed
- There was hot tea available at stations on each floor
- Angela, the host was funny and kind, teaching us Spanish along our stay and providing amazing restaurant recommendations

The TVs have Netflix and the wifi was fast. You cannot beat it for the price.

Cons:

There was a small shower leak and rooms weren’t always well insulated from noise (hearing people in the hallways)
