Pros:

Tudo muito bom! Ângela foi muito carinhosa e gentil conosco, muito solícita e simpática. O quarto muito bem limpo, todos os dias. Quarto com aquecedor. Todos os dias a noite, a Ângela distribui bolsas de água quente nos quartos pra esquentar no frio de Cusco. Café da manhã gostoso, embora simples, mas vimos que é o padrão dos hotéis do Peru.

Pros:

Este hotel si que era lo que habiamos pedido. Nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar al dia siguiente. La cama muy comoda.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no estan insonorizadas, se oia el ruido de la calle. El agua no salia caliente. En la habitacion se pasa frio.

Hotel a medio construir
Pros:

La ubicacion.

Cons:

Teniamos un hotel y horas antes de llegar nos enviaron a otro. El problema fue que este hotel estaba a MEDIO CONSTRUIR. El baño no estaba terminado, las ventanas estaban abiertas, hacia mucho frio, el calefactor que nos dieron fue inservible. Se oia todo desde nuestra habitacion, o sea no estaba insonorizado. La chica del hotel nos fio como solucion al frio unos termos con agua caliente. La verdad es que no repetiria. Pagamos un precio por unas comodidades superiores y nos dieron gato por liebre. Una vergüenza!!!!😡

Good location, good breakfast. Price can vary widely
Pros:

It’s conveniently located and the breakfast is great and has a nice view.

Cons:

We had previously stayed here for 4 nights and when we came back they gave us a windowless room on the ground floor, that was less clean than other ones we’d stayed in. This was a bit upsetting because it felt like they didn’t value the fact that we were loyal to them. Also the price for this specific room was pretty high for the type of room it was. It feels like they charge the same rate even some rooms are much better than others.

Great location and comfy beds. Loved the breakfast and the hot water bottles they provide at night.

Cons:

It’s a bit noisy so if the noise bothers you you won’t have a peaceful night. Also some of the rooms that face the corridor are extremely bright at night because the light filters in through the door.

Habitación acogedora, el personal super agradable y servicial, todas las noches nos subía una bolsa de agua caliente y nos las ponía debajo de las sábanas. El desayuno muy bueno y variado

Personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura accogliente e pulita. Colazione buona con succo di frutta fresco e uova cotte al momento. Presente acqua e calda e stufetta. La sera ti portano anche la borsa dell'acqua calda per scaldare il letto. Hotel molto vicino al bel quartiere di San Blas.

Cons:

Stanze non grandissime. Di per sè l'hotel non è lontano dal centro, ma per raggiungerlo bisogna percorrere una strada molto stretta con passaggio auto che richiede una certa attenzione.

A good choice in Cusco
Pros:

A very good hotel! It's quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There's a heater in the room, so there's no problem with hot water. Additional comfort is provided by hot water bottles brought out by the staff each evening. A very good breakfast is served on the top floor, from where there's a beautiful view of the city.

Hotel asukoht väga hea. Kesklinn jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Toad olid puhtad. Tuba oli külm. Õnneks oli seal elektriradiaator ja administraator pakkus meile lisaks soojavee kotte kaissu võtmiseks. Üllatavalt soojaks läks teki all. Hommikusöök on tagasihoidlik (omlett, sai, puuviljad, jogurt). Voodid mugavad. Abivalmis töötajad.

The position is 10 mins away from the main square.
The stuff is super efficient and pay attention to details. Every evening they provide a bag with hot water to keep you warm!
Other services we loved: breakfast (with a lot of fruits, pancakes and eggs), laundry and luggage storage.
I really suggest it if you’re searching something reliable and efficient
