Solo lo staff

Cons:

Camera e bagno molto piccoli. Presente muffa sul soffitto del bagno e capelli sparsi vicino al cestino del bagno.

Un buen lugar para ir a cusco
Pros:

Estaba bien ubicado lo que permitía que las vans de turismo nos fueran a buscar directamente.

Cons:

Se escuchaba algo de ruido por las mañanas, pero es normal ya que todos los turistas se levantan muy temprano para ir a los tours

Atendimento, qualidade do café da manhã e localização.

Cons:

Não há frigobar, o banheiro é muito simples, dificuldades para esquentar a água, não tem elevador, isolamento acústico e de iluminação do quarto em relação ao corredor.

Le personnel est très à l’écoute ! Et la 24/24
Prévoient à la demande les petits déjeuners en box si départ avant l’heure du petit déjeuner à l’hôtel.

Cons:

Nous y avons séjourné à 3 reprises seul petit bémol la dernière fois l’eau de la douche était tiède.

Pros:

The property was in a great location and the staff were really friendly. The balcony was nice on the top floor for views of Cusco.

Cons:

The hotel was quite nosy in the mornings. The bathroom had like a blinded that was open towards the top to let air out. This meant that you could easily hear others in the hotel and did not feel quite private. The bathroom also had a funny smell to it too. Breakfast was poor which was a shame as the restaurant had excellent views of Cusco.

Las instalaciones en general limpias, muy bien cuidado, camas suaves y cómodas, el lugar donde se sirve el desayuno es lo mejor y no hace frío
