El personal muy atento y amable en todo momento, todos los días hicieron limpieza en la habitación también me prestaron una manta polar para cubrirme por la noche ya que hacía frío, el agua caliente excelente no tuve problemas, el desayuno muy rico tal cual a como me ofrecieron, la vista panorámica en el desayuno es maravilloso ! Quedé encantada ! El día que realicé mi check out el personal me ayudó con mis maletas y me despacharon al aeropuerto, quedó muy agradecida con todo el personal por el buen servicio! Mi estancia fue muy acogedora lo recomiendo !!!

Gostei da cama, dos travesseiros, do quarto e principalmente da água quente.

A localização não é muito boa. Apesar de ser relativamente perto da praça de armas, é uma rua extremamente barulhenta! E o banheiro tem muito cheiro de esgoto! Não tem box de vidro no banheiro…

We wanted a hotel that was neither cheap nor overly expensive and located in the historic area, so we chose this one based on the photos, breakfast offering, and amenities.
Unfortunately, the reality did not match the hotel's advertised description:
- The photos posted by the hotel were misleading.
-- The rooms were very small, and none of our rooms had windows like those shown in the photos. When we asked, we were told that the rooms with windows were even smaller and not suitable for a couple.
-- The water was lukewarm at best, and on two days the boiler was broken, leaving us with no hot water at all.
-- The sink had only one faucet, which provided cold water only.
-- Upon arrival, we had to carry six pieces of luggage up one flight of stairs because the lobby was located on the second floor. There were no photos of the entrance, so we were unaware of this beforehand.
-- Breakfast was not a buffet and was very limited, unlike what was shown in the photos.
- The room and bathroom were not very clean when we arrived, and housekeeping standards remained poor throughout our 7-day stay. On some days, soap and/or towels were not replenished.
- On several occasions, the bathroom smelled awful.
- When we asked for paper towels or something to dry and clean our hands (such as Kleenex or tissues), we were given only toilet paper.

Se escuchaba algo de ruido por las mañanas, pero es normal ya que todos los turistas se levantan muy temprano para ir a los tours
