Personal muy atento y habitación exterior
Pros:

Las dos chicas que nos atendieron fueron super atentas y agradables ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitábamos. Como había varias habitaciones disponibles, nos permitieron elegir cual nos gustaba más, algo que agradecimos muchísimo ya que elegimos una habitación exterior en vez de otras opciones interiores que había. El desayuno también está muy rico y además tienen vistas. Además, nos proporcionaron servicio de lavandería que tanto necesitábamos. La cama era también muy cómoda.

Cons:

La ubicación no me gustó demasiado, comparado con otros que he estado en Cusco tiene un precio un poco más alto considerando la ubicación en la que está. Las habitaciones no son súper amplias.

Die Lage des Hotels war okay. Das Frühstück mit der tollen Aussicht war ein Highlight.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Das Badezimmer hatte ein kleines Fenster, allerdings zu irgendeinem Flur und man konnte alle Geräusche der Nachbarn hören. Auch vom Flur durch die Zimmerer war alles sehr laut. Das Personal hat leider kaum englisch gesprochen.

Cons:

A política de pagamento deve ser mais clara. Só aceitam pagamento em dólar e dinheiro é isso dificulta. Tivemos problemas para fazer o check in. Mas foi resolvido.

Buen hotel a buen precio.
Pros:

El hotel estaba muy bien. El personal magnífico. Tuvimos dos excursiones muy temprano, y te preparaban un desayuno para llevar, detalle que se agradece mucho. Sitio cómodo.

Cons:

El desayuno está rico y abundante pero poca variedad, por destacar algo. Y no está tan cerca del centro como parece. Pero compensa con lo bueno que tiene.
