The most lovely family run this lodging. We arrived late after a trek and they provide a 24 hour reception desk so it was super easy to check in. Showers were hot and breakfast was good. They tried to book us a taco when we needed to leave but there were none available so they kindly drove us themselves!! Anything we needed they had answers to. I highly recommend.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is simple but really delicious - I especially appreciated the homemade jam! They also arranged an airport transfer for me and everything went very smoothly. I felt so comfortable and at home there. A really great place to rest and rejuvenate!

We stayed here for about a week and had a great experience overall. The hotel isn’t directly in the city center, but it’s about a 10-minute walk downhill to the historic area. Getting back up can be a bit more challenging, and taxis aren’t always immediately available, but it’s manageable.

The owners were incredibly responsive and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. One detail we really appreciated was that if we let them know ahead of time, they would prepare a snack box for us when we had early tours. That level of thoughtfulness made a big difference.

Our room appeared to be recently renovated and was in excellent condition. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The shower had consistent hot water with good pressure, which is always a plus. It is a cold place so there's no air conditioning because it's always colder than 60°F but they have a great deal of warm blankets and heaters upon request (at an additional cost).

Overall, it’s a very pleasant place to stay with attentive service. The location may require a bit of planning for transportation, but the quality of the stay and hospitality more than make up for it.

Estuvimos muy cómodos, la habitación cómoda con lo necesario y tuvimos buen descanso y ayuda del personal, el desayuno muy bueno.

Possui boas acomodações, hotel espaçoso e quarto amplo. Funcionários são prestativos e esforçados em ajudar!
Problema que o hotel é um pouco desorganizado: No primeiro dia não teve café da manhã, acordamos às 6:00 esperamos e não havia café, nem ninguém na recepção para nos informar de nada.
Ele não fica muito próximo do centro (mas passa um transporte público na porta - Batman - que custa um sole e te deixa no centro). Durante dois dias a água do chuveiro tbm não esquentou e tivemos que tomar banho frio.
Todos esses problemas não estragaram a experiência, mas causaram certa chateação.

Spokojna lokalizacja, autobus do i z centrum za 1 sola bezpośrednio przed wejściem a także bardzo przyjaźni i pomocni właściciele. Na miejscu można też poprosić o szybkie pranie w dobrej cenie.
