It was clean. The staff very friendly and helpful
Breakfast was very little, monotone, no big choice. Scrambled eggs, bun, marmalade, a glass of juice, instant coffee or tea
It was extremely clean and modern. Staff were extremely friendly.
Minor detail: it's up a steep hill. The Batman colectivo does however go up to the hotel which you can get board from Plaza de San Francisco.

The bed was big and very comfortable. The room was clean and modern, we had a nice hot shower. The staff were very kind.
It’s an uphill walk back to the property from the main plaza which can be a little difficult if you are still getting used to the altitude.

De aseo solo suministran papel higiénico, nada más. El desayuno es algo muy básico...dos panes, un jugo y un huevo tortilla. No hay variedad siempre es lo mismo. Se demoran en contestar el teléfono para avisarles que uno está timbrando al llegar.
Positivo: la amabilidad de Don César, es una persona muy servicial y atenta.
La limpieza de la habitación e instalaciones, además de la amabilidad de la familia. La locomoción pasaba por fuera para llegar a diferentes lugares de Cusco lo que hacía fácil el traslado.

O café da manhã é razoável, tem limitações, porém pelo preço está honesto, nosso chuveiro ficou algumas horas sem esquentar, então isso é um ponto negativo, porém logo foi solucionado
