El excelente trato al facilitarnos los datos para hacer los paseos. Muy amables todos, sobre todo la señora que prepara el desayuno.
Que no tuviera un perchero o espacio para poner la ropa.
Very big room and quiet, super clean and nice bathroom (with bidet!!). Hot water always present and very good breakfast. comfortable bed and we enjoyed the good restaurant in the area (cheaper than in the main Plaza)
A couple of times the staff entered by mistake in our room while we were there without knocking.

Comfortable beds and nice bathroom / shower facilities. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Netflix a nice to have too. Packed lunch for our inka trail morning was a bonus.

Me gustó más la cercanía a la plaza y que había lugares que podíamos comprar si nos faltaba algo. Lo recomiendo la ubicación, el hospejae, sino nos faltaba algo de aseo, secadora, papel o toallas. Siempre dispuestos a entregarlo a tiempo. Muy buena atención.
El desayuno pudo haber sido más variado.

El hotel era muy muy ruidoso, uno por la ubicación de las ventanas (cerradas) y otro por la construcción del hotel en general.
Se escuchaba todo movimiento de cualquier persona subiendo o bajando escalera, hablando en la sala de estar, abriendo y cerrando puertas o simplemente bañándose.
Fueron amables, cuarto limpio, regadera muy buena con agua caliente, todo muy cômodo y limpio.
El precio comprado por el app salió muchisimo mas caro que las diarias del hotel, que eran 40 soles.

Perfect stay ! Very good place.
The location was ok. The room was basic and very cold. We got a heater when we asked for it. Same was with the hair dryer. There are thick blankets on the beds. There were no table, chairs, headrest or closets in the room, just the two night stands and three shelves to put everything. The breakfast ends at 8.30, which I consider too early, as all people who come there come on vacation, but I guess the owners have some rationale behind it. The whole hotel is super clean and when you get to the last floor, it seems it’s not finished yet. The staff was kind, especially the man who was there most of our days, don’t know his name.
I was charged the tax for Peruvians when we got there, although I’m not Peruvian. I figured it out afterwards and I was refunded the overcharged amount when I pointed it out. The breakfast was basic, we only had it once in 6 days. For a person who is always cold- the room temperature, even with a heater was an issue for me.
The hotel is very nice! Very nice owner, who works a bit too much. He's really trying and one can see the results! He's also nice to his employees, not only to the guests.
The only complaint I have is that the blanket was a bit dirty and that there are a bit annoying taxi drivers close to the hotel. But one can simply ignore them. It's a super nice hotel, one of the best we've been to!

We had a good stay overall! The staff was super friendly—especially Alejandro, who was always available and even offered to move us to a quieter room when there was a concert next door. Really appreciated that.
The location is great—close to transport and a short walk to the main square. The room was clean and comfy, and breakfast was simple but good.
Overall, it’s a cozy, friendly place that did the job. We’d stay again!
Only downside: the pictures online made it look a bit nicer than it actually is—but that’s pretty common. Nothing terrible, just don’t expect luxury.

Rooms were not soundproof, with some loud guests making it difficult to sleep at times.
