la ubicacion y la limpieza en general

Cons:

tenia detalles feos como en nuestra habitacion habia un tragaluz tapado sucio por la humedad con mala mantencion. La habitacion no tenia buena iluminacion era oscura y el baño era ciego por lo tanto se acumulaba el vapor saliendo a la habitacion

Buena ubicación pero con sorpresas (y gente amable)
Pros:

El desayuno, el estilo del hotel y tenía guarda maletas gratis si necesitabas dejar equipaje. Mención a Ronald por su amabilidad y buen trato. Nos apoyaron con datos sobre el vuelo y gestionaron el taxi

Cons:

Tenía bastantes problemas a veces. Nos alojamos dos veces; la primera vez no hubo problemas, más allá de que la habitación no tenía luz natural. La segunda vez con habitación triple la ducha a veces no tenía agua caliente, la calefacción (radiador) no funcionaba y habían algunos problemas eléctricos con el secador.
Tema a parte: al estar al lado de una iglesia y por costumbre religiosa habían fuegos artificiales constantes y petardos en la noche. Lo entendíamos como algo cultural pero de todas formas alteraba un poco. Por eso la ubicación: bien para caminar al centro, mal por un tema de acústica.
El desayuno muy rico. Pero pedimos comida en el restaurante en la noche y no es lo suyo, no lo recomiendo.

Visita Quechua Hotel Cusco
Pros:

Me gustó que cumplieran lo prometido, llegue muy entusiasmado al Cusco con mi familia y lo pase lindo. Fui atendido por Paul América y Adriana les recomiendo.

Hotel de perfecta estancia para nuestra familia.
Pros:

Me encantó el espacio, la habitación era amplia, las camas y almohadas era muy cómodas.

El aseo de la habitación fue a diario, lo que permitía llegar de los tours, a un espacio limpio y ordenado.

Buen desayuno, variado y rico.

Nada que agregar.

Lo staff è stato davvero gentile e disponibile. Inizialmente l'acqua della vasca non era calda e hanno risolto il problema molto velocemente.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato una stanza con balcone ma non ci avevano avvisati che per un problema di infiltrazioni nessuna stanza con balcone sarebbe stata disponibile.

Pros:

We had a great stay at Quechua. The hotel is very central, the facilities are well maintained, and the room was spotless. It was cleaned and organized every day.

Breakfast was complete, with a wide variety of options for different tastes. We also used the laundry service (paid), which was excellent: from one day to the next, all our clothes were washed, dried, and neatly folded.

A special mention to Paolo, who was extremely kind and helped store our luggage on check-out day so we didn’t have to carry our backpacks around. The entire staff was very attentive. Highly recommended.

El Hotel felicitaciones, se noto demasiado la dedicación en hacer sentir al turista cómodo, el hotel cuenta con ascensor que eso ayuda siempre cuando estas a 3700 metros sobre el nivel del mar, el personal muy atento me ayudaron en todo lo que necesite, me gustaria resaltar a los chicos de recepción, muy simpáticos y alegres fueron clave en mi estancia tenian mucha vibra positiva, sigan asi muchachos al turista eso es clave cuando llega de los tour o simplemente cansado de su viaje.
Gracias Junior y Ronald un abrazo, (ellos son los chicos de la recepcion 🤗).
