Decent for one night. I would not necessarily have stayed longer.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and the staff super friendly.

Un hôtel central et calme mais service perfectible
Pros:

Emplacement idéal et calme malgré la proximité du centre historique.

Cons:

La chambre était un peu vieillissante et mal ventilée. Pour dormir à 4 dans un emplacement qui reste assez exigu un système de ventilation eut été adapté.
Le personnel pas spécialement sympathique. Les heures d’ouverture du petit déjeuner pas respectées ce qui est gênant si vous avez un avion à prendre.
La dimension de la salle de petit déjeuner inadaptée et le personnel insuffisant en nombre pour accueillir les visiteurs de l hôtel. A l heure de pointe, plus d assiettes, plus d eau, on se marche dessus…bref tout sauf apaisant.
Ils réclament 5 % si vous payez par carte. Cela n’était pas communiqué au moment de passer la réservation…

If it wasn’t for the breakfast and breakfast staff, probably wouldn’t stay here.
Pros:

The breakfast and the staff that works were absolutely wonderful.

Cons:

The rooms were not very nice and there is zero sound proofing for rooms next to the road.

They would not leave me a lone to transfer me to this hotel vs the location I booked stating that it was an upgrade…didn’t seem like an upgrade at all :/

Buena opción, recomendable si se puede caminar apenas un poquito de más.
Pros:

Lo grande y cómoda de la habitación. Las camas muy bien y el baño también. La habitación tenía calefacción y si bien hubo un día que no funcionó, nos dieron un calefactor eléctrico y la habitación se mantuvo muy bien calefaccionada las tres noches, muy bien ese punto que era mi mayor preocupación ya que en Cusco baja mucho la temperatura x las noches. Desayuno bastante bien, con varias opciones (sobre todo saladas, sugerencia: podrían ver de agregar más opciones dulces)

Cons:

Hacía frío en el desayunador.
La ubicación no es la mejor, pero está bastante cerca de todo, no es gran problema si se está dispuesto a caminar un par de cuadras promedio extra en comparación a hoteles en los alrededores de la plaza mayor.
Los precios de las excursiones eran más caros que los que encontramos por calle Plateros.

Good place to stay for your homebase exploring Cusco and surrounding areas.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. They had oxygen to use in the lobby and free coca tea to help with elvation sickness. The hotel had a funky vibe that was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Location wise it was just off the main plaza area so it was a bit quieter but not too far away that you couldn't walk to the fun.

Cons:

I got a room with a Jacuzzi tub but the faucent wasn't long enough so it would splash on the edge of the tub and get water everywhere. So I didn't end up getting to use it. I didn't particularly like the breakfast spread and ended up just eatting toast but my partner liked it.. so it is a toss up I guess.

Highly recommend the hotel. The hotel is close to the city center. The breakfast is excellent and the hot water in the shower was great. The hotel team was courteous Ronald, Margarita and Jesus was very nice to as.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, schön im Zentrum, direkt an einem Marktplatz. Warmes Wasser, und eine Heizung! Superfreundliches Personal, top Frühstück!
Besonders freundlich und an der Rezeption jederzeit ansprechbar. Ronald, Juan und Adonis!

Os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos, educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável. O café da manhã também foi excelente, com grande variedade de opções.

Cons:

Infelizmente, fiquei em um quarto de frente para a rua, o que tornou muito difícil descansar. A região é bastante movimentada e o barulho durante a noite foi intenso. Passei as quatro noites da hospedagem sem conseguir dormir tranquilamente.
