UBICACIÓN Y COMODIDAD.

La ubicación y el desayuno.
Que cuando llegamos la habitación que salía en las fotos no correspondía se lo dijimos y nos cambió a otra pero que tampoco se correspondía el baño.
La ubicación, instalaciones, agua caliente, la comida del restaurante muy rica y lo amplio de la habitación que para tres personas.
El personal de la recepción nocturna poco amables.
O hotel tem uma localização excelente, muito próximo à Praça de Armas. O quarto era aconchegante, amplo e bem limpo. O café da manhã é satisfatório. Nos dias de passeio, sentimos falta de um box de café da manhã melhor preparado, entregam apenas uma bolacha água e sal, barrinha e suco. O hotel também tem restaurante para almoço e jantar e a comida é ok.

Could hear other guest, thinner walls
The hotel services were outstanding in terms of consistency, cleanliness, breakfast quality and variety, and reception responses. Particularly we would like to appreciate Mr. Paul for his polite and eager stance towards us, his troubleshooting abilities, his good English, and the arrangement he did on our room, to have the best services possible. Also he helped us with the luggage, and any other information we needed in Cusco.
In general the value for money in that hotel is excellent.
It was a bit difficult to communicate in English with the rest of the stuff, but when using a translator, it was fine. Everybody was very polite and helpful.
Βρισκόταν σε ωραία τοποθεσία. Οι υπάλληλοι ήταν εξυπηρετικοί αλλά δεν μιλούσαν καλά αγγλικά.
Το πιστολάκι που είχε το δωμάτιο ζέστενε κάθε ένα λεπτό ζητήσαμε να μας το αλλάξουν αλλά γινόταν πάλι το ίδιο δυστυχώς δυσκολεύτηκα πάρα πολύ σε αυτό το κομμάτι η τουαλέτα επίσης είχε μία περίεργη μυρωδιά.

O pessoal super atenciosos.
Fica ao lado da estação ferroviária e do mercado central. Os funcionários sao muito educados e atenciosos.
Quando cheguei, fiquei num quarto praticamente sem janela, horrivel, me senti sufocada nele. No dia seguinte pedi que me trocassem de quarto, pois nao tinha condições ficar ali. O funcionário arrumou outra acomodação, que também não era das melhores, mas era melhor que a anterior. Do quarto da para ouvir todo o barulho da rua e não havia geladeira. Um dos dias, encontrei meu pijama embolado dentro da escrivaninha que fica ao lado da cama. No dia que cheguei, havia uma fronha de travesseiro suja em cima da mesa disponível no quarto. Nao indico ficarem no quarto econômico.

No window in my single room
All the staff was super friendly and nice. I stayed for one night, the I went out trekking and came back 5 days later.
They texted me to make sure I was ok to see my time of arrival, and they let not only keep my extra staff stored but also luggage from some other friends as well.
They allowed me to do a late checkout free of charge and breakfast was amazing!
