Vacaciones en familia
Pros:

Viajamos con mis hijas. Nos encantó el lugar, agradable, limpio, unas camas cómodas y calentitas para descansar después de las largas caminatas recorriendo Cusco.
El personal de recepción está día y noche, siempre dispuestos a solucionar cualquier duda, nos preparaban una cajita para los tours.
El desayuno muy rico y variado. Preparan un café exquisito.
Sin duda volveremos. Mil gracias 😊

Quizás agregar en las habitaciones un espacio para guardar o colgar la ropa.

Good deal for the price, but could be more comfortable.
Pros:

Staff was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was surprisingly good with good variety, and the bread was exceptional. Beds were comfortable, well-sized, and warm considering the climate. Space heater in the room was very effective. Located not far from the city center whatsoever, but not in a very touristy area. Staff cleaned the rooms on demand. Lobby was charming. For the price, the accommodation was generally a good deal. WiFi was tricky to setup, as there are multiple networks depending on the floor of the hotel, but was reliable when we did manage to set it up.

Cons:

Shower heat was inconsistent at best, but that may be common throughout the city. Sink did not have hot water. The setup of the shower would lead to major leaks onto the bathroom floor, despite there being a drain on the bathroom floor. This would cause issues when using the toilet or the sink. While the location was generally fine, it was located next to an elementary school, which would be extremely loud from the early morning hours—it would not be a problem if you wake up before 7:30-8 AM on weekdays. Additionally, the rooms were not soundproofed, so you can clearly hear activity in the hallways and even in adjacent rooms. The noise was perhaps the biggest inconvenience.

Estupenda Esstancia 100% recomendada
Pros:

Las 5 camas que contaba el cuarto estaban estupendas ademas de que contaba con una cocina donde preparamos algunos alimentos. Se encuentra a unas tres calles del la Plaza de Armas, practicamente en el centro del area principal de Cusco, la mayoria de los sitios interesantes que recomiendan los youtubers puede llegar camininado desde ahi.

Cons:

La ducha dio numerosos problemas que hablamos y nos decían que estaba bien. Solo un día salió caliente de verdad el agua por el tipo de ducha que es (ver foto). 4a planta sin ascensor. Ni una percha ni nada que facilite la estancia 8 días. El desayuno era tarde en una ciudad donde hay muchas excursiones que salen muy temprano, aunque daban el pack de desayuno que era un zumo, galletas saladas y una fruta. Servicio caro de lavandería.

La couche-tard en face à fermé en début de soirée. Nous n'avions pas l'information. Donc acced a la voiture impossible jusqu'au lendemain matin.

Cons:

No quarto e banheiro não tem ganchos para pendurar toalhas, casacos, roupas em geral. No banheiro existe apenas um suporte para pendurar toalhas e a capacidade de hóspedes é para 3 pessoas... a conta não fecha, Acho necessária a instalação de uma barra de segurança no box do banho, pois o piso é um pouco escorregadio.
