If you can’t find anything else it’s ok
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

It’s so cold in this hotel, I thought this was normal then we moved across the street to the Prisma and it was not cold at all. The windows are single pane and the walls are thin you hear everything happening everywhere. The shower had black mold on the ceiling, not that we used it much it was too cold in the room. The breakfast has lights but they barely turn any on, it’s very dark.

Hotel inaffidabile e non conforme ai criteri di Booking.com.
Cons:

Camera prenotata e conferma di prenotazione attraverso Booking. Dopo alcune ore l’hotel mi invia un messaggio in cui mi dice che non c’è disponibilità di camere. Rispondo facendo presente che la prenotazione era confermata e chiedendo che mi trovino una soluzione alternativa, anche perché è quasi sera.
Nessuna risposta. Mai successa una cosa simile…

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat die Tür direkt gegenüber vom Bett, über der Tür ist ein Fenster und die ganze Nacht geht draußen im Flur ein Licht mit lautem Klicken an und wieder aus. Dies lässt sich nicht abschalten und treibt einen in den Wahnsinn.

Die Heizung ist auch eine Lichtquelle für sich, immerhin konstant und nicht halb so nervig aber trotzdem gibt es keine Dunkelheit.

Die Bettdecke ist nichtmal in ein Laken eingeschlagen, es liegt nur eines darunter als Zwischenschicht. Ich will nicht wissen wie viele hier also schon unter einer Decke geschlafen haben, hygienisch kann es auf jeden Fall nicht sein.

Unser Zimmer hat direkt zur Straße geguckt, was den Geräuschpegel ebenfalls konstant hochgehalten hat.

Achja, das Bad war auch komplett voll mit Schimmel.

Wir hatten eigentlich 3 Nächte gebucht, haben aber direkt nach einer direkt wieder ausgecheckt.
Kann ich definitiv nur von abraten!

Buen servicio
Pros:

Estuvimos por 4 días seguidos. Luego Fuimos a aguas calientes y dejamos nuestras cosas encargadas en el Hotel, que amablemente nos las cuidó. Al volver nos hospedamos nuevamente para regresar a Chile. Tanto Jack que suele estar a cargo durante la mayor parte del tiempo como el resto del personal fue muy amable. El desayuno completo, hay fruta, yogurt, cereal, queso, huevitos preparados en el momento. Los dias que tuvimos tour muy temprano nos prepararon un box con snacks. Les recomiendo confirmar con el hotel el valor en soles de la estancia, dado que se incluye una comisión. El valor en relación a otros hoteles es barato y además está cerca de todo y el barrio es seguro.

Una opción muy buena y completa.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, precio accesible, la atención de Jack y Charles fue un plus, instalaciones cómodas y con lo necesario, tenían calentador que ayudaba para las noches frías de cuzco. El desayuno estaba bien. Ya saben si algún día van a Guatemala serán mas que bienvenidos. Exitos!

Vacaciones en familia
Pros:

Viajamos con mis hijas. Nos encantó el lugar, agradable, limpio, unas camas cómodas y calentitas para descansar después de las largas caminatas recorriendo Cusco.
El personal de recepción está día y noche, siempre dispuestos a solucionar cualquier duda, nos preparaban una cajita para los tours.
El desayuno muy rico y variado. Preparan un café exquisito.
Sin duda volveremos. Mil gracias 😊

Quizás agregar en las habitaciones un espacio para guardar o colgar la ropa.
