Os quartos são bem apertados, porém, como não iriamos ficar muitos dias, não atrapalhou em nada em nossa viagem.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la plaza de armas, a menos de 10 minutos caminando .
Las instalaciones son muy agradables, es cómodo, la cama ely las almohadas son muy buenas, puedes descansar perfectamente, la limpieza cada día en la habitación fue excelente y el personal siempre muy atento .
El desayuno en el hotel tiene varias opciones, muy bueno y con excelente presentación. Como los tours en cusco salen de madrugada, te empacan lonchera para llevar, eso me pareció un buen detalle, ya que solo pudimos desayunar un día presencial en el hotel. También Te guardan las maletas el tiempo necesario cuando haces el check out ... Lo recomendaría sin duda

Quizás, de ser posible, variar un poco la lonchera que te empacan ( lo que reemplaza el desayuno ) cuando tienes que salir de madrugada al tour

Everything was wonderful!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, staff was so friendly and helpful. They pack a to go breakfast for you if you're leaving early in the morning, they cleaned our room so well every day. We also used the laundry service and it was so affordable and convenient! Everything was so good here, definitely recommend!

Cons:

The shower did leak onto the floor a lot, and there is not an elevator only stairs, but those are the only things that weren't perfect.

Das Personal wsr sehr zuvorkommend. Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich. Das Frühstück war echt hervorragend, gute Auswahl. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Ich hätte gerne noch eine Nacht dort verbracht, musste aber leider weiter 😀.

Quarto confortável, cama muito boa, banheiro bom, chuveiro bom e tudo muito limpo. Hotel com instalações novas. Equipe de atendentes todos muito gentis e simpáticos.Café da manhã muito bom. Nós passeios que saímos muito cedo antes das 7 horas, nos prepararam um lanche para levarmos.
Próximo ao centro.

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo.
Sugestões de melhoria: mais suporte para toalha e/ou roupa que vai vestir após o banho.

Absolut weiterzuempfehlen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, dieses konnte man aus einer Karte auswählen. Wenn man früher los musste, bekam man eine Box. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, die Fenster haben aber eine super Schallisolierung, deshalb ist es ruhig. Die Lage ist super und auch sonst ist das Hotel sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Cons:

Das Warmwasser riecht etwas nach Schwefel, was aber nicht schlimm ist.
