Pros:

My Husband and I stayed there because it was convenient for us to get to the town and visit. We were also doing some purchases for our business in cusco and the staff was very helpful and super nice to allow us to store our things till we left the hotel, there were tree of the staff that worked in reception was supper nice! the breakfast excellent choices, i would definetely recomend any body to stay there rooms were clean and comfortable too!!

Cons:

That our room really didnt have window to the exterior of the building but that was ok.

Gran primera experiencia, segunda muy decepcionante.

Tuve una primera experiencia muy buena en este hotel: habitación amplia y bonita, excelente atención, desayuno a la carta destacable y hasta me ofrecieron custodia de equipaje. Todo fue perfecto, por lo que decidí volver sin dudarlo.

Lamentablemente, esta segunda estadía fue completamente distinta. La habitación que me ofrecieron era muy pequeña, con solo una cama, sin ventana y con mala ventilación. Solicité un cambio, pero no recibí ninguna solución por parte del personal. Lo más difícil de entender es que se trataba del mismo precio que la reserva anterior.

Finalmente decidí cancelar e irme a otro lugar.

Una pena la inconsistencia en el estándar, porque mi primera experiencia había sido excelente.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es que, si el hotel cuenta con habitaciones de distinto estándar, deberían también existir diferencias claras en el precio. Resulta engañoso que se ofrezca un tipo de habitación y que, al llegar, la realidad sea completamente distinta, manteniendo el mismo valor.

Felizmente pude cambiarme a otro alojamiento, pero fue una situación innecesaria que empañó la experiencia.

Great rooms, amazing breakfast.
Pros:

We had an internal room, so we didn’t hear any street noise. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is the best part by far! Everything made fresh to order and so many different options. We even returned to have breakfast here after returning from Machu Picchu.
It is a 10-15 minute walk to the central square, but it’s a lovely walk and still in a safe area.

The staff are extremely kind and always greet you with a warm smile. The breakfast is very well prepared, with a great variety, and they are happy to accommodate special requests. The room is very spacious and clean, and the bathroom is also spotless.

While we were hospitalized in Cusco, they were very thoughtful and considerate toward us, which we truly appreciated. They also offer luggage storage, which is very convenient.

If I stay in Cusco again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Cons:

The only small downside is that it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the main street. However, it is very close to the Inca Trail starting point, which makes it very convenient when traveling to Machu Picchu.
