Muy bien hotel en Cusco
Pros:

Me gustó mucho sus instalaciones, hotel pequeño y tranquilo, excelente atención del personal, todos muy amables, el desayuno estuvo exquisito, habían distintas opciones para elegir, la habitación amplia y comida, el baño también. A minutos en uber de la plaza Mayor de Cusco. Me gustó lo moderno que es.

Cons:

Faltó que tuviera calefacción central, teníamos estufa pero hubiera sido mejor calefacción, más cómodo, la esquina donde está ubicado es muy ruidosa. Lo demás todo perfecto.

Lekker bedden, ruime kamer en een goed ontbijt.

Cons:

De bediening bij het ontbijt mag wat vrolijker zijn. Het is iets verder lopen vanaf het centrum, maar dit hindert niet enorm.

Pros:

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, el staff fue súper amable. Adicionalmente, ofrecen breakfast box para llevar a los tours, lo cual me parece excelente idea, y fue muy útil para nosotros.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos a la habitación, las sábanas estaban sucias y tenían manchas, obviamente informamos de inmediato al staff y fue corregido, lo cual agradecemos. Sin embargo, la limpieza nos generó dudas..

Las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado. Aunque Cusco es una ciudad de clima frío, la temperatura no se refleja dentro de las habitaciones, por lo que estas tienden a calentarse bastante. La situación se vuelve incómoda, ya que, al abrir las ventanas para ventilar, el ruido de la calle es excesivo y dificulta el descanso.

Traslado al aeropuerto 30-35 soles
Buena atención del personal.

Cons:

Está a 5-10 minutos del centro andando.
Reservamos una habitación interior para evitar ruido y daba a la parte de atrás del hotel y se escuchaba mucho la calle.

Our stay was ok but the hotel was overrated in my opinion
Pros:

The breakfast was really nice, you could choose from a list of items or there was a daily special. The Lobby was nicely decorated. We had a triple room and there were three double beds which were comfortable. The hotel provided free potato chip packets, chocolate and bottled water. The bathroom was large and there was plenty of hot water which was great.

Cons:

The location wasn't the best, far from the main square (15 mins walk) and right in the middle of a busy intersection. I also didn't like that the windows of the room overlooked inside walls of the hotel. In a place at altitude like Cusco, having a window that opened to the sky would have been nice to get some fresh air. The hotel also quoted three times the normal fare for taxis. For the price we paid I was expecting a better hotel.

excellent hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

Breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent - including taking an order the night beofe when we had limited time one morning and they also arranged for us to have a packed breakfast on the day we had to leave well before the restaurant opened. The hotel is a very short walk from historic centre and quite close to the railway station we used to go to Machu Pichu.

Cons:

The hotel does not have a large sign on the road outside and our driver for the sacred valley tour had a little trouble locating us (as did the taxi driver when we were dropped off on or first arrival).

Lovely place to stay in Cusco!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here in Cusco. The staff are all lovely, rooms are spacious and very clean. A great choice for breakfast each morning from the menu in the café. Good location just 10 minutes walk from the main square where you can also go on to explore the historic San Blas area of the city. Lots of bars, cafés and restaurants here as well.

Pros:

Breakfast is delicious and sufficient. Staff are very nice and this is a hiker-friendly hotel.

Cons:

Our room was very cold. There is an electric heater but when you turn it on, it is not possible to sleep at night; it is loud and dries the air. Bathroom, was the same.

Ubicacion , desayuno a la carta muy bueno ( sslvo el café) y relacion calidad-precio.

Cons:

Ausencia de ascensor, no hay caja fuerte ni minibar ( es un 3 estrellas), escaso jabon.
