Decoração do hotel e quarto lindas e excelentes. Localização excelente. Equipe boa. Café da manhã gostoso. Tamanho do quarto bom. Limpeza ótima.
Café da manhã é fraco e à la carte só. Falta frigobar no quarto. Quarto barulhento e com vista devassada. Faltavam 4 minutos ainda pro meu check-out quando um infeliz foi me cobrar no próprio quarto falando pra eu me lembrar de sair. AFFFFFFF
This place has great coffee and breakfast options. If you need to leave before breakfast they will pack you an alternate meal for you to take with you. This location is a very short walk to the historic district.
The staff was amazing. The breakfast was included and was very good and a nice bright reception area. These guys even held our luggage after we checked out to do the four-day classic Inca Trail hike
The only thing we have to complain about is that the picture I’m booking.com had a beautiful window and balcony and the room that we received was not like this. Yes it was still a nice room, but we always look for a balcony because we prefer one
The staff go above and beyond for the guests - they are true credit to the hotel. Especially Ashley helping me find alternative accommodation when I made a booking error and they had no room. Breakfast was great, some nice choices from the menu and very fresh.
The rooms don't go completely dark - some lights are on when switched off, central rooms have windows which open into corridors.

Staff went out of their way for us everyday. Ashley was a brilliant member of staff thanks so much.
Beautiful hotel at a very real able price great staff and excellent array of food for free breakfast. Very helpful staff especially as we had some medical issues and staff were there to help. Lovely pool and sauna rooftop. Doormen made you feel special and welcomed with their big smiles. Area has many shops, cafes,restaurants and large artesian markets nearby. Try Siete Sopas Restaurant as seems the entire locals in the city likes it swell as tourists.

Staff were excellent. Enjoyed the large open public and breakfast space on entry to hotel. Interesting decor and furniture. Breakfast hot and a la carte served by your selection and to your table, was amazing! Fairly close th Plaza de Armas and Quarichanca.
Located on busy corner and narrow sidewalks, but that is Peru!
