Highly recommended for the friendly stuff and the location
Pros:

The stuff was really nice and helpful, they offered us coca tea directly when we arrived. They were caring about our acclimation. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The room was humid and cold during the night. The breakfast was bit poor with only one option.

Really enjoy staying here
Pros:

We stayed a total of five days—three before the Salkantay trek and two afterward. The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind. Breakfast was enjoyable, although we only had it once in the cafeteria; on the other four days, they provided takeout sandwiches due to our early departures before 7 a.m.
The staff went above and beyond by preparing lunch boxes in the middle of the night (around 3–4 a.m.), with 24-hour support available to assist with early check-out.

Cons:

Room was a bit cold.
