Pros:

Pros:

Muito confortável, bem limpo, bom café da manhã. Atende bem!

Cons:

Ficamos no quarto no segundo andar virado pra rua e o hotel não possui qualquer isolamento acústico, então pra quem tem sono leve pode ter dificuldades por estar localizado em uma avenida bem movimentada (e o Peru tem um trânsito bem confuso e barulhento rs).

Exceptional customer service. Special shoutout to Ashley who was at the front desk on 2nd September and her colleague who was on duty third September morning. Between the two of them, they ensured that we had a hot breakfast boxed and ready to go at 5 AM and the taxi service booked. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros:

camere belle e spaziose con doccia grande e acqua calda. Staff cordiale sempre pronto ad aiutarti. Colazione buonissima.

Es lindo, es tipo hotel boutique, pero el olor a agua estancada es HORRIBLE. Falta de mantenimiento a las tuberías. Sin embargo, su personal súper amable. Fueron muy lindos con nosotros.

Pleasant stay close to the city center
Pros:

We had a very good stay at the hotel, which is very close to the city center. They have great breakfast and services, also, the staff is very helpful and helped us keeping our main luggage for some days while we where traveling

Cons:

Our room was quite small but overall I believe was in line with the price paid

Gute solide Basis für Cusco-Aufenthalt
Pros:

Liegt weniger als 800m vom zentralen Platz. Das Wesentliche ist daher fußläufig erreichbar.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gepäck wird während eines Ollantaytambo/Machupicchu-Ausflugs aufbewahrt.

Cons:

Keine rostfreien Winkel an der Duschtrennwand verwendet.
