La persona del front desk muy respetuosa! La persona del front desk muy amable, atento a todo
Pros:

Las habitaciones muy limpias, no tuvimos fríos, las camas muy confortables

Cons:

Salimos a las 6 am para un tuors, la persona encargada del desayuno no quiso colaborar para darnos algún jugo o snacks para comer con mis hijos ya que a las 7 am habría la sala de comida ! Muy mal !

Pros:

Breakfast was superb! Staff was super welcoming and heartwarming. Very accommodating and hospitable. Rate was very affordable especially since we were so close to centre of Cusco and walking distance to many attractions. Highly recommend the quadruple rooms. The view was amazing on the third floor. If we ever get back to Cusco, we will be staying here!! (This also coming from a picky person.)

La professionalità del Concierge Will, ci ha aiutato in tutto, e si è dimostrata una persona molto in gamba.

Cons:

Il resto del personale, decisamente meno prepararti di Will a risolvere problemi semplici. Ex. Lavare un asciugamano. Grazie al lavoro di Will siamo comunque riusciti a farci capire.

Cons:

Davor haben wir 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Zimmer war gut, Personal freundlich, alles war gut. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt für nur eine Nacht ( bei gleicher Buchung ) haben wir das schlechteste Zimmer bekommen. Klein, kein Fenster, stickige Luft. Auf Anfrage wegen gleichen Zimmers, wie beim ersten Aufenthalt hat man von uns zusätzlich für gleiches Zimmer 20 USD verlangt. Unverschämt.
