Pros:

Acomodações limpas, bem organizadas e novas. Os funcionários são super atenciosos e nos atenderam em tudo, tivemos alguns problemas com o aquecedor, toalhas e nossas malas, mas eles sempre deram suporte e resolveram. A localização é ótima!

Cons:

Tivemos alguns problemas de comunicação entre a equipe do hotel, nossas malas foram guardadas e o recepcionista da noite não encontrava ela, mas isso foi solucionado! Nada que estragou nossa estadia.

Luego del trajín de un día en Cusco, lo que uno más desea es tener una cómoda cama donde descansar. La ropa de cama, la comodidad de la cama y la habitación hicieron que tuviéramos un descanso estupendo.
Incluso en el primer piso, donde había una cafetería, pudimos tener una deliciosa experiencia con café y chocolate.

Los muchachos de la recepción pienso que les falta un poquito de amabilidad y entender bien los requerimientos que un huésped pueda hacer.

It was kind of clean.

Cons:

The staff did not speak English and didn’t make any effort to communicate or use a translator—they just kept speaking Spanish. The room was very cold; although two heaters were provided, they didn’t heat the room and were very noisy. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell in the room. The staff said it was air freshener, but I doubt it, as it didn’t smell like one. Fortunately, I only stayed for half a night, so it was bearable.

Localização excelente, instalações muito confortáveis e ótimo café da manhã. Funcionários cordiais e inclusive prepararam café da manhã para levar quando os passeios era bem cedo.
