Pros:

Lovely hotel in great location, in walking distance to qorikancha and plaza mayor de cusco. The staff were very kind, the breakfast was very nutricious. It was also very easy to call uber and for the tour van to pick us up, since the hotel is located in a wider street which is not that busy.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was very nice with a very good shower. Very close to the station and some nice restaurants.

Cons:

There was very loud music from nearby Friday-Sunday making it impossible to sleep all night as it only seemed to end around 5am. We got a room just was just off the reception which was also very annoying as we heard people coming in and out and it also gave an impression they could hear us.

Pros:

O quarto era confortável e o ambiente era bem limpo.

Cons:

Não gostei da pressão que recebi para efetuar o pagamento da estadia em dinheiro. Eu não queria ficar andando sozinha, em um cidade desconhecida, com uma soma muito grande de dinheiro. Ele chegou a sugerir que fizesse uma manobra para acertamos os valores por fora do Booking, o que não concordei. Como eu decidi pagar com cartão, ele aplicou uma taxa que não achei justa, mas, estando sozinha, não quis discutir e paguei. O café da manhã é razoável. O estabelecimento está mais para pousada do que para hotel. Mas quando fiz a busca no Booking eu cliquei para aparecer somente hotel. Vocês do Booking precisam melhorar esta busca.
