La ubicación,pero creo que cualquier hotel está bien ubicado porque cusco es pasear..no hay nada lejos
El hotel estaba bastante sucio,los cabezales de la habitación estaban llenos de polvo,las toallas no estaban blancas y estaban rotas,nunca olían a jabón,los almuadones de la cama tuve que decir que me los cambiarán por que a mí parecer no los habían cambiado de los otros huéspedes,olían a sudor y estaban sucios,por no hablar de la cocina que está el armariado que da pena verlo porque una cosa es que esté viejo y la otra sucio y descuidado

El personal es maravilloso. Atienden muy bien.
Al hotel le faltan comodidades básicas. Entiendo que se está remodelando
Mandamos la ropa a lavar, fuimos a retirarla a la hora que nos habían dicho (9pm) y no estaba lista, se habían olvidado y tuvimos que esperar hasta las 11pm para que nos la den, al otro día tenemos excursión re temprano.

El personal muy amable, lo mejor de la estadía fue la comodidad de la cama.
Habitación muy fría llena de humedad, la ducha no se podía regular el agua, o fría o muy caliente. No hay secador de pelo, papel higiénico tenía que estar pidiendo porque no había y no reponían, las toallas lo mismo, no las cambiaron, quedaron mojadas y no se secan. El desayuno dice 7:30 y a esa hora recién están empezando a prepararlo, el café estaba frío, tardaron un montón, nos teníamos que ir a las 8 y recién nos sirvieron 7:50.

The location was extremely ideal. It was located right by the market and downtown. When we went it was the month of Cusco’s annual celebration so there was a lot of people and noise. If you are into the nightlife in June this is an ideal location. We were also given keys to the front door to come and go as needed. We left extremely early and the host were very flexible with check out and even packed is a to go breakfast. Very kind and accommodating hosts.
The room was a bit cold and heaters were available but for a rented price. There were also no dry towels when we arrived. When we showed there was also no hot water. I would probably not stay again due to the hot water situation.

On the positive side, the staff was attentive and spoke English very well. Due to the problems, I left immediately, and they offered me a full refund.
Avoid this hotel: it looks nothing like the pictures. It doesn’t even seem like a proper hotel, it is labeled as a hostel and does not have any star rating.
The rooms have no heating, and in Cusco the temperature drops to around 2–4°C at night. If you want heat, you have to pay extra to rent a heater.
The staff did not even offer the option of renting a heater, even though I asked about heating. I only found out about it later.
The room was also extremely noisy. You can hear noise from a bar located a street away.
