The room could use some improvements to make it even better.
Pros:

I don’t usually give such high ratings, because the room is almost never perfect.
However, even though it wasn’t perfect in this case either, the ladies at the front desk are five-star.

They go above and beyond what they’re supposed to do.
They let me leave my suitcase at the hotel at no extra cost for a few days while I went on a tour after checking out.

Good breakfast in the morning.
And when I had to leave early, they’d prepare a packed lunch for me to take with me—I just had to let them know the day before. Wonderful.

Cons:

The curtains could block out light and, more importantly, sound more effectively.

I asked to be put on a higher floor to block out the noise coming from the windows, but since there’s no elevator, you have to get some exercise.

If only the windows and curtains were better...
Pros:

After leaving my suitcase at the hotel a few days after checking out, when I returned for one more night, my belongings were already in the room ready for my new check-in. 👌

Due to an unexpected issue at Machu Picchu, I had to change a reservation with them, and even though the booking platform’s change window had already closed, the hotel changed the reservation itself at no extra cost.
Excellent customer service.

That’s why they deserve this rating. 👍

Cómodo y cerca de la estación Wanchaq
Pros:

Está ubicado cerca de la estación Wanchaq que era lo que necesitaba, habitación cómoda y espaciosa con ventilación y desayuno cumple con lo prometido. El personal muy amable y servicial, al ir de tour temprano te dejan un desayuno para llevar.

Cons:

Por estar tan cerca de la estación de tren y bus se siente bastante el ruido de los vehículos y el tren, pero es parte de la ubicación.

Pros:

El personal muy muy amable y la habitación es amplia.
Te facilitan desayuno si lo necesitas y están las 24/7. Es lo mejor que tiene el hotel, el personal.

Cons:

La ubicación no es buena, está en la periferia. El baño tenía moho en el techo y las toallas se notaban que estaban bastante usadas. Respecto al desayuno, muy escueto. Si hacéis free tour siempre va a ser la primera parada, que por una parte bien, pero supone levantarse casi una hora antes de lo previsto

Pros:

Clean good sized room with a hot and strong shower. Staff were lovely and even though we weren’t there for breakfast as we were leaving early they packed us a little take away bag which was really appreciated.

A comfortable and welcoming stay with great staff, slightly let down by the basic breakfast.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, a spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, and reliable hot water in the shower. I also liked the option to swap breakfast for lunch, which was very tasty and good value, although an additional tip is expected when choosing this option.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite limited in both quantity and quality, and not very filling. Also, the rooms are close to the restaurant area, so there can be some noise from midday to the afternoon.

Enorm aan te raden!
Pros:

Het uitzicht is prachtig, de kamer is heel schoon, het bed is zacht en warm en de hostess is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Het ontbijt was ook heel gevarieerd en lekker
