Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. La camera potrebbe essere migliorata con qualche accorgimento.

Io non ho potuto godere della colazione completa perchè avevo il tour troppo presto ma sono staati gentili a farci trovare diverse cose prima della nostra dipartita per il tour

Cons:

Non c'erano prese per la ricarica del cellulare vicino alla testiera del letto o meglio, c'erano ma non funzionanti, e non c'era nessun comodino. La Presa era ai piedi di un letto, Cellulare a terra, bottiglie a terra. Inoltre, non essendoci finestre, ed essendo freddo, facendo la doccia, tutta l'umidità rimaneva in camera e pure gli odori.

Excelente lugar.
Pros:

Fue una estancia cómoda, casi no tuvimos relación con el personal. Sin embargo, cada vez que los necesitamos estaban a disposición. El desayuno excelente, la ubicación buena, ya que podíamos ir y volver a pie desde la zona turística.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó, fue que habían turistas que llegaban o salían de madrugada y tocaban el timbre o metian mucha bulla.

I gestori di questo hotel sono delle bravissime persone molto giovani, sempre sorridenti e pronti a dare risposte, consigli e suggerimenti.

Cons:

Premetto che noi Italiani siamo abituati molto bene...purtroppo a Cusco gli hotel non hanno il riscaldamento, come in Italia. Utilizzano stufette e termosifoni portatili, quindi le camere inizialmente non sono così calde, ma poi si scaldano man mano che si tiene accesa la stufetta. E neppure l''acqua calda é così immediata...ecco questo é l'unico appunto che posso fare, in generale, agli hotel di Cusco...ma per il resto Munay Nusta é perfetto!
