Smart TV, good WiFi, big rooms
Not great ventilation in the rooms so can feel damp
La atención la cama y desayuno
Saul and his team’s hospitality was truly top-notch. Although the property itself did not meet my expectations, they made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The property is kind of located on the edge of the city, but we actually liked as it was quiet yet still within walking distance of the city centre. Breakfast was fine—though it would have been nicer if it varied each day, but it wasn’t a big deal.
Hot water! Cusco was very cold at night and in the early morning, and we never had enough hot water for showers. One day, we didn’t get any hot water at all—even at only 8 p.m.—despite having reported it to the staff.

O café da manhã era bem simples, sempre o mesmo servido todos os dias, só variava qual era o suco. O café estava sempre frio.
A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Proprietari molto simpatici e pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Colazione buona.
Camere non riscaldate ma coperte molto calde, una volta sotto le coperte si sta caldi. In alcune camere non ci sono posti per attaccare gli asciugamani e prese elettriche nel bagno.

La atención de Saul fue muy buena, el desayuno contundente, las habitaciones son cómodas, es alejado del bullicio de la ciudad.
El dueño del hotel se muestra muy dispuesto a atender las solicitudes y dudas de los huéspedes.
Parece que se necesita más ayuda de parte del resto del staff (excepto el dueño), pues se mostraron poco serviciales o interesados en resolver inconvenientes o solicitudes (mantas extras, que en un principio había poca agua caliente, configurar la televisión)
Las puertas tienen un sistema de cerrado que "obliga" a los huéspedes a cerrar fuertemente, lo que genera ruido a todas horas, sobre todo pensando que es muy común que los viajeros salgan a excursiones muy temprano (3, 4, 5am)
Nuestra habitación sólo tenía una ventana hacia el pasillo, por lo que hay que elegir entre privacidad o ventilación.
Very nice host and big rooms with enough space for our stuff. Cute interior and rather good breakfast. Laundry service was also good.
Place was a bit outside the busy area, so we had to walk a lot. Rooms could become a bit cold and shower was hard to regulate
The room was very clean and quite spacious, the WiFi worked very well and we had hot in the shower. The staff is very friendly and they kept our luggage for few days while going on a hike. The breakfast in the morning in abundant and very good. Really good value for the money, recommended!
The window is not on the outside but on an internal corridor (as in the pictures), that wouldn’t be my personal preference in general but is a small detail.
