Pros:

O quarto é grande , cama boa e boa localização. Porém , não volto . Sentíamos mais frio dentro do hotel que na rua . Não ter aquecedor torna a estadia muito desagradável .

Large room (101) but really bad location as was woken up at 3.30am by either the arrival or departure of a group. There was lots of noise for around half an hour. I though I was giving myself a bit of a treat but turned out to not be the case.

Pros:

A localização do hotel é ótima e o atendimento também. O café segue o padrão peruano e atende a necessidade. Apenas a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Não tinha sabonete e alguns cabelos no meu quarto. Ainda assim voltei a me hospedar no final da viagem d tive uma experiência melhor de limpeza

Es un Hotel básico que no ofrece muchas comodidades, las ventanas y puertas no ofrecen protección contra el sonido, así que se escucha cuando las personas entran y salen al hotel.

En cuanto al personal todos son muy amables y la atención es excelente.

Para se sentir em casa em Cusco
Pros:

É um hotel para chamar de casa... Os anfitriões são imbatíveis em simpatia e dedicação ao bem-estar dos hóspedes. O local é uma extensão da cidade. Sua arquitetura combina perfeitamente com as belezas e originalidade da cidade histórica. Recomendo muito a experiência de ficar hospedado no hotel Montecristo Cusco.
