Muy recomendable
Pros:

La atención, la ubicación y el estilo de decoración. Un hotel pequeño pero acogedor. Muy limpio y con habitaciones espaciosas. Las dos señoras recepcionistas del hotel son sumamente atentas y siempre bien predispuestas con una sonrisa.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien.

Basic facilities. Not best value for money in Cusco.
Cons:

No toilet paper. No English. Charged 5% extra for paying with card. Fine but very basic facilities for the price. Breakfast was very short and no flexibility of you had to leave early. Noisy street. Another Hostal that I stayed in Cusco had far superior facilities and hospitality.

The toilet did not have the lid, you do not have keys to the building door and the door is closed at 10pm.

Pros:

A localização é boa, bem próximo a praça das armas. Apesar do café simples, vc pode pedir que seja feito ovo frito ou mexido na hora.

Cons:

O café da manhã é bem simples, suco que não era natural, iogurte, pão de forma, pão típico, queijo, fruta, café e chá de coca. O local parece antigo e tem mofo no quarto e banheiro, a pia estava caída e parece que foi segura com uma madeira, o chuveiro pra ser quente tem pouco fluxo de água, o hotel fica localizado em uma rua bem movimentada, ou seja, o barulho de buzina é a todo momento. Se vc quer um hotel com boa localização, que de fato seja apenas pra dormir, ok.

Great location, but wasn't very comfortable in the room
Pros:

The location is beautiful, very close to the historic centre. The staff is very attentive. Water pressure is high with quick hot water. There is daily housekeeping, although I feel that's a bit unnecessary.

Cons:

It is very loud, the staff will play music all day and also in the evening. If you want to take a nap or go to bed early it literally isn't possible, even with earplugs. It can get quite cold in the rooms without heating. The beds are really short and my feet stuck out. My room didn't have proper ventilation.

Me gustó la ubicación, esta en el centro historico, cerca a la plaza de armas, mercado san pedro y demás. La habitación limpia, agua caliente muy importante, la atención maravillosa, y el desayuno muy rico.
