Próximo ao centro, limpeza diária, água quente 24 hs para chá com folhas de coca para evitar o mal de altitude e dicas para passeio na recepção.
Quarto ao lado da escada com barulho pois os passeios começam a partir das três da manhã.

El ambiente está bien para descansar, aunque mucho ruido de las personas alrededor
El agua caliente tarda en iniciar, mala confección de internet, mucho ruido de los hospedados, al subir las escaleras, not friendly para personas con discapacidad fosica
Quarto confortável e espaçoso. O funcionário Antoni muito simpático e sempre pronto a ajudar. Localização excelente: perto da Plaza de Armas. Calle 7 Borreguitos fica no final da rua do hotel.
Café da manhã com pouca variedade. O café estava quase sempre frio, sendo necessário requentar no microondas.
The location in the only positive thing
Its cold, like really cold. Iknow that it is not the warmest place on earth but before my arrival they left al the doors en windows open so it could “breeze out a little”. The north pole is even warmer. The bed is as hard as a rock an the pillows are as flat as possible so it screams backpain. The bathroom is full of dead insects and the water is hot for 5 minutes and after that there is water that comes straight from the glacier. I would strongly advise to not book at this hotel.

En general habitación está aceptable e incluso por el frío junio daban la opción de prestar un equipo calefacción, por ello excelente
Alles war super
La habitación es muy oscura a pesar de la iluminación. De noche cuando uno regresa tarde los pasillos sin luz o muy baja, tenía que usar la linterna del celular para transitar por las escaleras y colocar la llave en la puerta de mi habitación. No renuevan rollo de papel higiénico. No hay secador de cabello en el baño, uno tiene que solicitarlo.
Olvidé un polo para lo cual escribí al hotel por este medio y nunca recibí respuesta formal.

O hotel estava muito frio porque não possui aquecedores e visitei Cusco numa época em que a temperatura cai a 1° à noite.

Instalaciones en general pesimo estado… las camas antiguas suenan, la ropa de cama antigua,el baño con moho sin confort ni cortina de baño ademas el wc con filtraciones, el aseo asqueroso en habitaciones,comedor, sala de estar, desuyo horrible los vasos sucios, las tazas con salpicaduras ademas poca variedad solo 1 tipo de pan la recepcion pauperrima todo terrible
