Buena relación calidad precio
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y el lugar es céntrico

Cons:

Las habitaciones no estuvieron a tiempo, pero demoraron unos 30 min más nomás en tenerla lista y el agua caliente no se encendía

Pros:

Buena ubicacion, lindo edificio y amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Habitaciones frías sin calefacción y el agua caliente deja de salir a los pocos minutos. Falta de variedad en el.desayuno.

Frigul din camere.
Lipsa ferestrei la camere.
Check out-ul la ora 9.00. La ora 8.30 am fost sunați in camera sa ni se ceara sa o eliberam pana la ora 9.00.
Lipsa realizării curățeniei.
Micul dejun formal/minimalist.

La vista de la terraza

Cons:

La habitación no tenía todo lo ofrecido, no había tina con hidromasaje, no renovaron el shampoo ni el jabon, el desayuno no estuvo abierto desde las 6am como ofrecieron , el tv era muy pequeño y no tenía tv por cable y la señal era pésima

Habitaciones muy frías, como solución te ofrecen por 20 soles un radiador pequeño que no sirve de mucho. También problemas con el agua caliente.

I would stay again
Pros:

The location is excellent and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, but overall it met all the essentials — there was hot water (which is very important), and the bed was comfortable with good blankets.

Cons:

The only suggestion I would make is to replace the light bulbs with warmer (yellow) lighting, as the current white lighting feels a bit too harsh and clinical.

I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

I would suggest is switching to warmer lighting, as the current white lights feel quite harsh and not very cozy at all.

Breakfast could also be improved. The toaster was not working, and the fruit did not seem very fresh.

La ubicación es maravillosa, pudimos visitar el centro a nuestro ritmo y sin desplazarnos enormemente.
La Sra. Vilma y su equipo que se encargaron de llevarnos a Macchupicchu, fue una gran experiencia, muy organizados y puntuales. Realmente lo apreciamos enormemente, muy recomendable.

No había agua caliente en nuestra habitación. No hubo nadie para el desayuno, lo tomamos solos, no hubo quien nos prepare los huevos, el microondas estaba desconectado en consecuencia el café frío, eran las 08H30 de la mañana.
La hora del check out, realmente 09h00 es muy justo en la mañana, podrían reconsiderarlo y hacerlo como en el 100% de hoteles del mundo, a las 11h00-

El desayuno estuvo bien,la ubicación si está buena para pasear por el centro historico

Cons:

La cama no era cómoda, estaba hundida en el medio, el hotel se veía descuidado, viejo, no como en las fotos. Al personal le faltó ser más servicial, hay varias escaleras para llegar y mi madre mal de la rodilla, nadie ayudó con las maletas ni para llegar ni salir.
