Everything was great.
To go sandwiches were low grade.
We had a very nicely appointed three bedroom, two bath apartment. The breakfast is good and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We liked being just outside of El Centro, maybe 15 minutes walking, mostly level. Walking home, you have to walk up two short blocks, which is not too bad for Cusco.
The wifi signal was marginal. With such a nice place, we wondered why they have not improved this relatively easy amenity.
Nous avons absolument tout adoré. Le personnel est au top : très accueillant, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et très varié, avec beaucoup de choix chaque matin.
La vue sur Cusco depuis l’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique et rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un endroit chaleureux où l’on se sent bien dès l’arrivée. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

O hotel é bem limpo. O quarto e o banheiro estavam muito limpos, e as instalações aparentam ser bem cuidadas.
A equipe de limpeza é muito atenciosa.
A cama é bem confortável, o quarto possui janelas grandes e é possível deixar bem arejado.
Eles disponibilizam um aquecedor que ajudou muito a noite!
O café da manhã também é dentro do padrão da região de Cusco: simples, mas suficiente.
O hotel é longe do centro e da praça principal, então é necessário pegar Uber/táxi praticamente o tempo todo.
O atendimento também deixou muito a desejar. Os funcionários, no geral, não são receptivos.
A água do chuveiro não esquenta de verdade, fica apenas morna, o que é péssimo em uma cidade onde à noite faz cerca de 5 °C. Você espera chegar cansado ao hotel e tomar um banho quente, mas acaba passando frio.
Reclamamos na recepção e disseram que “estava normal”, mas claramente não estava. Sinceramente, considero isso um desrespeito com o cliente. Parece até que economizam gás reduzindo a temperatura da água, enquanto o hóspede precisa tomar banho passando frio.
Outro problema é o ralo do banheiro: a vazão é horrível. Durante o banho, a água se acumula e os pés ficam literalmente em uma piscina. Mesmo diminuindo o fluxo do chuveiro, a água não escoa corretamente.
Pelo valor pago, o mínimo esperado era ter água realmente quente e um banheiro funcionando adequadamente.
We were a group of three staying in Cusco for a few days. It was great to have the apartment to stay in. We each had our own room and bed. The breakfast was great and the staff were so helpful.
The hotel is a little out of the way, but not horribly far from main tourist attractions.

Amazing view over the city from the terrace. The room was big and very comfortable. We had a great stay and the place was perfect to rest while acclimatizing.
Location is a bit outside the busy city center which makes it a perfect place to avoid crowds and cars.
There is no heating system and we had a hard time drying our ponchos and rain jackets in the room.

El alojamiento estaba limpio y personal muy atento.
Zona tranquila sin ruidos externos.
Insonorización entre baños de diferentes pisos, ventanas conectadas que no evitaban oír conversaciones.
En cuanto a distancia, se puede ir andando a la plaza de armas, pero si no apetece andar, coger un Uber por poco dinero, no es problema en Cuzco

Close taxiride to the train, but otherwise location is really Off and in an odd area.
NONE of the rooms have terraces! It’s false advertisement on Booking to say This double room with ”private bathroom as well as a terrace with city views.” The only terrace is from the top floor bar. I booked a double room for 1 person and was put in a tiny room with a window to the inside of the hotel. When mentioning terrace and city views, and double room size, I was moved to a top floor room; also with a window to the inside of the hotel, and instructed to go to the same floor bar for the terrace views.
The rooms smelled very strong of chemical cleaning.
I have never experienced such wonderful hospitality in my life. Genuine care and concern and help from Salim, night reception, was unbelievable. He was always making sure everything was fine with me. Katy, went out of her way to help me change my ticket. They were so kind and gracious. Yonathen, day reception also went out of his way to help me and advise me as a solo traveller. I felt safe and secure as a single woman travelling. I cannot rate the breakfasts enough! Yobanny is an incredible cook! This hotel is amazing and I cannot rate it enough! Such amazing value. Please patronise this amazing small hotel.

Super clean, staff were lovely, view from the terrace was gorgeous, free breakfast was quite good. Great value.
