Cons:

El personal de recepción y administración del hotel no atendieron a tiempo mi solicitud de extravío de maleta con equipaje. En primera instancia me aseguraron que mi maleta no estaba olvidada en el hotel, sin embargo y luego de insistir, apareció mi maleta en las instalaciones del hotel a los 3 días después de mi check out. La administración no realizó ningún intento para enviar mi equipaje al lugar en el que yo me encontraba, si no que, tuve que ir nuevamente en 2 oportunidades a retirar mi equipaje olvidado. En resumen, si yo no insisto, mi equipaje habría quedado en el hotel sin que me lo devolvieran.

Great value! Great staff. Stayed extra nights because it was cozy, hot showers and a clean nice place to stay.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff went above and beyond to support us and make sure we had everything we needed

Cons:

The halls were a little noisy at night and the windows in the rooms opened up to hallways .

Pros:

Muy central, buena ubicación para los que no estamos acostumbrados a la altura… no tienes que subir y bajar todo el tiempo, es una ubicación plana, todo queda muy cerca, el hotel cuenta con agua caliente, ascensor, TV, internet 🛜 es bastante cómodo y el desayuno es exquisito ❤️
El personal es muy amable 💛

Tal vez el wifi es algo débil.

Me encantó el mejor hotel que he estado 100%. Si vuelvo a Cusco de nuevo volvería al hotel INKALAM cusco. Limpio, buen trato, el desayuno riquísimo y sobre todo muy amables.

Muy amables todos. Nos ayudaron mucho en muestra estadía..
La gente del comedor nos atendieron muy bien.
Y la señora que vende artesanías muy amable y muy lindas cosas tiene.

Not a good stay.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The breakfast and staff were good. Location was good.

Cons:

The room was very small and it smelled very bad. We notified staff but nothing changed. We were unable to stay in the room the last 3 nights. TV was not working.

I had a disappointing experience at Inka Lam Hotel in Cusco. There was a significant issue of overbooking on their part, which they overlooked in the system. As a result, I was transferred to the Empire Hotel, located a few blocks away, on my first day. This was very tiring, especially since I had a tour scheduled the next day and had to transfer again.

This overbooking and the resulting transfer caused unnecessary inconvenience and negatively impacted my overall comfort and experience. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the situation was beyond their control. It seems the hotel might overbook to maximize occupancy and revenue, but this practice can lead to significant dissatisfaction for guests.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you value your time and convenience. Such issues can be quite stressful, and I hope others will reconsider booking here to avoid similar problems.
