Our worst night's stay in Cuzco.
Again and again no hot water in the showers!
Extremely cold - in other places we stayed, the room was much warmer
Muy bien ubicado cerca a la plaza de San Blas, la atención de Mauro 10 de 10 estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo, nos recibió en la madrugada sin problema, otros hoteles cercanos no estaban de acuerdo en recibirnos en ese horario.

Nice view to city from dining room.
I reserve room with day light windows, but gave me room with window to coridor so need to use all the time lamps. In the room was very cold even with 3 blankets. There was hot shower but with weak water pressure. In the breakfeast was hot water and no one tea bag and only bread with 3 slices of cheese.
Good value for money in Cusco. The family are really friendly and helpful. Nice location in San Blas on the hillside.

Very nice staff. They were very kind and wait for us until 11 pm because we were coming from trip. Beds are comfortable.

Hosts are super Kind and supportive. The hotel is in las blas-> very nice Quarter. You would need to walk the last 5 min as Taxi cannot drive directly to the hotel. Pay Attention it is going upstairs

The family are incredibly kind and friendly. The property overlooks the city with fantastic views. Rooms are basic but come with everything you need.

I got hit by severe altitude sickness (none of the fault of the property), the family were extremely accommodating when I was in the hospital and had to rely on them running errands for me. All my warmest wishes and thanks!

Booked this place following the Inca Trail due to reviews of the hot showers, but only one day they were hot and strong; the other day the pressure was low and the hot water shut off partway through. Also, the internet did not work in our room during the whole stay (though staff did try to provide alternatives)
