Gostei da atenção e cordialidade dos funcionários, do cuidado com o café da manhã, sempre nos perguntando qual horário íamos sair para deixar o lanche preparado para levar.
As tomadas são de difícil encaixe, até mesmo com o adaptador que eles fornecem é difícil de conectar

Me gusto la disponibilidad de ,té, cuando llegábamos podíamos tomar, e ir a nuestra habitación abrigados .
En el primer piso hay cafeteria disponible .
Nos dieron habitación en 4to piso y no hay asensor. Me hubiera gustado que me den los primeros pisos, los primeros dias era cansado subir mientras nos aclimatábamos.
Por la ubicación me gustaría que no este en avenida pero se pudo manejar, esta cercano todo.

Der Ausblick auf die Stadt aus dem Zimmer war schön.
Trotz Deluxe Buchung war das Zimmer winzig klein. Die Fenster extrem dünn, sodass man den Lärm der Stadt hört. Das Personal teilweise sehr unflexibel was das Frühstück anging: Frühstück ab 6.30, wir wurden für unsere tour um 6.30 abgeholt und wir durften keine 10 Minuten früher zum Buffet. To go gabs auch nicht.
The staff were really friendly and messaged us each day to check if we wanted a packed breakfast. Given the number of tours we did, this was super helpful.

Staff were helpful and the hotel breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and had daily housekeeping which was nice.
Some of the facilities were not great; our sink had a leak and our shower would start to run out of hot water. There is no heat in the room which is typical of hotels in Cusco but a space heater would have been nice as it gets quite cold at night.
