El desayuno la ubicación y que se dieron el tiempo de prepararnos un box de comida para un tour que teníamos muy temprano

El espacio de la habitación para ser delux era muy pequeño y había una construcción frente a la ventana por lo que la privacidad era nula había que estar con cortinas cerradas

Lugar agradable, cerca del centro histórico de Cusco
Pros:

Está bien ubicado y aunque da a la avenida, no se escucha nada desde las habitaciones. El desayuno es rico, el personal amable y atento.

Cons:

No me gustó que tiene muchas escaleras, ya que la recepción está en el tercer piso. (El segundo piso es corto) Para mí no había inconveniente pero para la persona que iba conmigo sí, porque no podía caminar mucho por temas de salud.

Ero al quarto piano senza ascensore, la stanza era proprio sulla strada quindi rumore a ogni ora. Credo sotto ci fosse una discoteca perché c’era musica fino alle 6 del mattino rendendo impossibile dormire, il che in Perú é indispensabile visto che ogni giorno si é in giro anche in posti dove l’altitudine gioca brutti scherzi! Sono andata a letto con i capelli bagnati perché non avevano nessun asciugacapelli disponibile, il che mi ha provocato mal di testa. Letto e cuscini personalmente molto scomodi. Nel bagno c’erano capelli.

Boa no geral, mas poderia ser melhor
Pros:

O hotel em geral e os quartos tem um aspecto de madeira e da um ar de conforto e acolhimento. Bem calmo e confortável. Fica em cima de uma padaria que é ótimo lugar para jantar, super prático

Cons:

O chuveiro não esquentava a noite, acredito que a maioria dos hospedes chegavam a noite e tomavam banho e a agua quente devia acabar. Um dos atendentes era meio preguiçoso e o café preto servido no café da manhã era horrível

La habitación tenía cama y almohadas muy cómodas, una vista hermosa, solo había un olor extraño a veces, no supimos si era producto de la humedad pero igual no nos afectó. El desayuno era muy rico, bastante completo, huevos revueltos que te los hacían en el momento, verduras, salchichas, guacamole, frutas, cereales, yogur, leche, infusiones, waffles, dulces, panes. El personal muy amable también. Y excelente ubicación

Très bonne adresse proche de la gare
Pros:

Pour notre 3eme nuit dans cet hôtel, nous avons changé de chambre pour passer de la chambre double classique à la « suite jacuzzi » pour mon anniversaire. C’était très agréable de profiter de la baignoire et ses jets. Le petit déjeuner est toujours très bien. Le personnel, très attentionné, m’a offert un petit gâteau d’anniversaire, c’était super gentil. Ils ont gardé nos sacs pendant nos randonnées, c’était propre.

Cons:

La chambre « suite » était beaucoup plus froide (gros problème d’isolation ) et bruyante que la chambre classique. Il y avait de bonnes couvertures, mais c’est dommage. Et elle donnait sur le haut de la rue et il y a beaucoup de passage.

Bien pero prepárate, el lugar estuvo bien, sin embargo, la privacidad y a la hora de pagar genera un problema si lo hace

Pros:

el desayuno es delicioso cuando es en el hotel, para llevar cambia mucho, sin embargo se agradece la atencion. la ubicacion es buena, aunque no es el centro turistico esta a 10 -15 minutos a pie de plaza de armas, al frente tiene un plaza vea. abajo del hotel una cafeteria muy rica. entonces excelente

las habitacion con camas dobles se siente pequeñas, con poco espacio. pero tuve la oportunidad de probar otras habitaciones del mismo hotel entonces recomendaria cama matimonial y la vista del cuarto de noche es linda ojala soliciten del piso 4. el tema del agua fria que demora un poco en calentar pero si sale bastante caliente, toca tener paciencia pero nada malo. todo muy buen y muy economico.

recomendado, pida cama matrimonial y bañeras para relajarse luego de cada tour.
Pros:

desayuno excelente en la cafeteria, ubicacion muy buena. las camas matrimoniales, las bañeras relajantes todo fue muy muy bonito, agradezco al hotel por recibirme y cuidar mis cosas y atender o resolver mis solicitudes. lo recomiendo.

Cons:

el agua caliente demora un poco en salir, pero es solo tener paciencia.
