Quarto muito limpo, os funcionários muito educados e atenciosos, cama muito confortável, chuveiro sempre quente, toalhas foram.trocadas todos os dias, e as camas arrumadas, o café da manhã é numa padaria que funciona no primeiro andar do prédio, é um excelente café, alguns dias foi bufet e outros dias foi servido na mesa, os funcionários da padaria são muito atensiosos, há água quente e varios tipos de chá na recepção pra você tomar a hora que quiser... ahh a padaria serve comida e ainda levam no quarto. Espetacular!!!

The room was consistent with the photos, but the furniture is quite old and the room generally needs some refurbishment.
The location is a plus – close to the city center, with many shops and restaurants nearby. WiFi worked fine, and the staff was okay. Breakfast was average, nothing special.
Unfortunately, a major downside was the cleanliness issue. There were likely bedbugs in the bedding, as we were bitten during our stay. This is unacceptable, and the hotel should take proper care of hygiene and guest safety.

I really liked very helpful staff and the location is great. Cafe below, supermarket and bakery opposite the street and the centre about 10minutes
Unfortunately window view was a neighbouring wall. It was not a problem because the views are everywhere else :)

J'ai tout aimé de cet Hôtel, très propre et très bien placé, à 10mn à pied du centre historique et des collectivos pour Pisac! Excellent déjeuner !
Le personnel du restaurant, du menage et de la réception est exceptionnel, ils font tout pour vous rendre votre séjour agréable ! Une mention spéciale à Dany à la Réception! Un vrai rayon de soleil! Je n'ai pas de mot pour la remercier assez!
