Atención de hotel a precio de hostel
Pros:

Muy buena atención, parece un hotel de mucha mas categoría tanto por el trato como por las instalaciones. El.desayuno es muy completo y el personal que nos atendió en él era encantador. La cama era muy cómoda.

Cons:

Está un poco retirado de plaza de Armas y la habitación es relativamente pequeña.

Súper cómodo!
Pros:

El personal es súper amable, te tratan muy bien, te preparan desayuno si sales temprano, todo está limpio, buena relación calidad precio. Tiene un café en el primer piso con comida a buen precio y atención 10 de 10.

Desayuno buffet, no es de todos los días(según la indicación del personal es sólo cuando hay mas huéspedes; sin embargo ofrecen en el precio que está incluído el desayuno buffet) y por esa opción hice la reserva.
El primer día, la sabana blanca tenía una mancha grande de color rojo(sabana sucia)
Las toallas están deterioradas(presentan hilachas y un día me dieron una toalla rota).
Me cobraron S/25 soles por servicio de taxi del aeropuerto al hotel; sin embargo cuando me retire del hotel tome un taxi para que me lleve al aeropuerto y este me cobró S./10 soles.

Na primeira e segunda noite não dormi achando que era o mal de altitude, mas foi dificil dormir todos os dias, meu nariz ficava congestionado e não conseguia respirar e como o quarto aparentava estar limpo não imaginava que fosse minha alergia, mas no ultimo dia resolvi olhar debaixo da cama e dentro do guarda roupa, fiquei espantado aquilo não via uma limpeza desde a epoca dos Incas, o guarda roupa tinha muita poeira, mas era muita mesmo, e debaixo da cama não se via o chão só o pó, um tumulo com uma múmia inca tinha menos pó que ali. Era desesperador! Aí sim entendi pq nao conseguia dormir e pq minha companheira teve problema de garganta e nariz congestionado, a limpeza é muito ruim, visualmente quando você chega os lençois limpos, e tudo cheiroso, mas embaixo da cama e sob os moveis, dentro do guarda roupa, tudo é imundo de poeira. Recomendo nao abrir o guarda roupa, e nem toque nas cobertas que estão lá dentro. Uma pena que so me dei conta disso no ultimo dia, depois de 04 noites péssimas sem conseguir dormir por conta da alergia, falta de ar e tudo era por conta da falta de limpeza adequada dos quartos, detalhe minha amiga ficou em outro e no ultimo dia pedi para ela olhar e estava na mesma situação.

Comodidad y calidad de atención

Me gustó todo en general, desde la señorita que nos atendió el primer día en el restaurante, los recepcionistas tenían mucha paciencia, la limpieza, el desayuno incluido... Infraestructura todo el general.

localizacao muito boa, perto da Av El Sol, que leva ao centro de cusco. alem disso a staff foi super receptiva e atenciosa.
