El personal es muy atento y te preparan un box lunch en los días que sales a tours temprano, resuelven tus dudas y te recomiendan lugares locales. Además te apoyan a llamar taxis de traslado al aeropuerto.
En mi experiencia, el agua “caliente” no fue lo suficientemente caliente para el clima de Cusco; más bien era tibia. Después de regresar de los tours, donde el frío es intenso, esperaba el confort de una ducha realmente cálida. Comenté esta situación y aunque se intentó ajustar la temperatura del calentador, el agua nunca llegó a salir caliente. Para mí, este punto fue una desventaja importante y aunque todo lo demás estuvo muy bien, por ese motivo no volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Só vale pela localização e se você for de avião para Cusco.
Viajamos de carro para o Peru e não me atentei no momento da reserva que não tinha estacionamento. O engraçado é que eu mandei mensagem semanas antes avisando que iríamos de carro e em nenhum momento eles avisaram que não tinham isso, pois cancelaria no mesmo momento. Chegamos umas 9 horas da noite, muito cansados e descobrimos que não tinha aonde estacionar. Nem na rua da frente pode estacionar, pois é proibido. Tivemos que deixar o carro longe e um estacionamento privativo (a maioria fecha as 10 da noite, imaginem a nossa preocupação nesse momento). Fora isso, o quarto não tem aquecedor, passamos muito frio, chuveiro não esquentava e o café da manhã é muito fraco, com pouquíssimas opções.

Localização boa, agua quente, bem limpo, todos os funcionários bem solícitos e atenciosos. Tem um mercado bem em frente e uma garagem numa rua logo após o hotel para quem vem de carro.

El agua no llegaba caliente a la ducha, no tenía ascensor y el desayuno era bastante mejorable
El trato
Solo brindan leche a los niños como desayuno a parte de jugo o yogurt. En el caso de mi hijo la leche la toma con Milo o chocolate tipo choca latada. Tuve que comprar mi sobre de ello. Le ? a los que atendían y me dijeron que solo ofrecen leche. No podía darle el café pasado a ofrecen a mi hijo.

El personal es muy amable y esta atento a las necesidades 24 horas al día. La ubicación del lugar cercana a las oficinas de Inca Rail y Peru Rail. Frente al hotel hay un comercial, lo cual facilita las compras de cualquier tipo.
Encontre un par de cabellos en las sabanas y la alfombra del baño estaba sucia.
O café foi bem bem e a localização também estava dentro das expectativas. Em baixo no hotel havia uma cafeteira bem legal. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e gentis, eu voltaria a ficar nesse hotel.
