Tive que comprar um adaptador pq todas as tomadas do quarto estavam frouxas e o adaptador do hotel tb não funcionou e não senti q houve uma proatividade do hotel para resolver
Muy limpio y bien ubicado
Hacia frio en las habitaciones.
Ademas, en recepción tuvieron un gesto un poco feo, ya que nos hicieron pagar una botella de agua el dia que la habiamos cogido debido a que no nos habian dejado preparado el desayuno para la excursion
La habitación es muy grande, además el desayuno estuvo increíble. El personal fue muy amable.
El hotel se veía como añejo. Cogimos la suite con jacuzzi y este era bastante pequeño, cabíamos dos justitos.
El techo del baño estaba lleno de moho, deberían de pegarle una pintada.
En la habitación había muy poca luz, cambiar los focos por unos más potentes ayudaría a dar otra imagen

No me gustó el hotel, habia dias que no funcionaba el agua caliente que te pedían que tu les dijeras si querías la limpieza o no (siendo un hotel se asume que diario la hagan) pero si tu viaje es para hacer trekk olvídate de este hotel llegas sucio del tour y el hotel te recibe sin estar limpio creeme que llegar a hacer la cama despues de un tour asi no es nada satisfactorio, al igual te ofrecen un desayuno todos los dias en el hotel que si te vas a tour es por lo regular a las 3 am y te ponen un box Lunch que solo es medio sandwich un jugo y una barra energética la verdad no es equivalente a lo que ofrecen en el desayuno buffet al menos deberían poner el sandwich completo, por ultimo las calderas para calentar el agua estan dentro del hotel por lo que tu habitación huele a gas.

The breakfast was good, the fact that it has a restaurant just below the hotel is the best part about the hotel.
The room was a lot smaller than spected and made it difficult to move around. The tv is old and small for modern times. Plus the hotel is starting to show its age.
As camas são grandes, confortáveis, tudo muito limpo, e muito cheiroso.

The property was well maintained and near all travel pickup points and supermarkets. The staff were very helpful and provided us with a packed breakfast in the morning.
