Excelente localização, o melhor custo benefício em Cusco
Pros:

A localização da pousada é ótima, apenas alguns metros da Plaza Mayor. Pertinho de vários restaurantes, cafés, lojas, ATM, feirinhas e pontos turísticos, como o museu inca, que fica na rua ao lado. Cama muito confortável e roupa de cama suficiente para aguentar o frio de Cusco. O quarto tem uma vista espetacular da cidade. Mas o principal é a hospitalidade e gentileza do anfitrião, sempre disponível a ajudar e preocupado que tudo esteja bem.

Cons:

A temperatura do chuveiro é um pouco difícil de regular, ou é muito quente ou é gelada, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia.

Lovely stay
Pros:

The room was beautiful and located in a building that was really cosy and full of charm. It offered an extremely beautiful view of the city with incredible natural light throughout the day. The room had all the facilities I needed, and everything was perfect.

The hosts were really helpful and kind. I left some of my belongings there while I went on a trip, and they were very accommodating. They also provided excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended.

Close to the centre and with a lot of character.
Pros:

A place with a lot of character and close to the centre but little to no hot water, especially in the evening. (Seems to be a Cusco problem)
No breakfast.
Staff friendly.

Cons:

No water when I arrived, late, not even to clean teeth.
Cold, and no heating (plenty of covers on the bed).

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, very clean, 100 m from main plaza. City views, comfortable places to sit. Comfy beds. Luna, the dog, was an added bonus. Quiet at night

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

We had a lovely one night stay at Korilazos. Ruth and the other staff were very friendly and helpful and their beautiful dog Luna was such a treat. They let us store our big bags while we went to Machu Picchu and were up to let us in to collect them even though our bus was late getting back. The room was comfy and there was hot water, great central location too.

Pros:

The ower Victor was very kind and helpful. It is on uphill but very close to the main square. He always helped me to be comfortable. He carried my luggage and walked to the main square with me to meet my tour guide in the early morning. He was always attentive.

Cons:

Sometimes, the hot shower wasn't consistent.

Pros:

The room seemed clean and fairly priced. The location is good. Although at night I would not recommend to walk further up the hill but only down towards the main square.

Cons:

Overall we were not happy with our stay. First, once you enter the property the owners dog is quite annoying and even jumped up at me once. It is a very big dog.
Also, the communication was tough. The lady at the property wasn’t able to answer any questions and the owner was very unresponsive via chat.
We were missing toilet paper the whole time we were there and the hot water in the shower didn’t work.

Amazing
Pros:

Very comfortable stay. Clean, spacious room. Victorio was a great host! Lovely house and dogs :) Plenty of hot water in the showers. Wifi was pretty good. Amazing location just 300m from Plaza de Armas. I could leave my extra luggage during the Salkantay trek.

Cons:

The room didn't get sun any time of the day, so it is very cold. There were plenty of blankets though so sleeping was not a problem. Perhaps put a kettle and tea / instant coffee to rooms so guests can enjoy even more?
