Beautiful, peaceful and quiet place in a great area. Perfect for exploring the city and recharging after. Super friendly and helpful host family.

Odor no banheiro. Cesto de lixo do banheiro sem saco. Água do chuveiro fria em dias aleatórios. Toalhas e papel higiênico de péssima qualidade (grosseiros). Recepção atrapalhada, mal conseguem encontrar a chave do quarto. Café da manhã servido atrasado e muito pobre. Banheiro comum sem papel. Barulho de obra cedo pela manhã (4am). Tentativa de cobrar mais caro que valor do booking com a justificativa de pagamento de cartão e taxas locais da cidade. Ofertas de passeio mais caras que agências turísticas. Sensação de estar sendo explorado pelos funcionários da pousada ao invés de estar sendo ajudado pra evitar furadas.

The location was perfect. Close to everything but not too noisy. The shower was hot and the breakfast was yummy. The family that ran it was so friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for more. It was great for a budget!

The staff is super friendly always polite and very helpful . Miriam was always smiling and supportive .. all the staff is friendly and makes you feel home
I guess when the Weather gets cold .. it has to include some heaters to assist … but the location and the peaceful of the place is a plus .. but the staff makes a lot of difference … and the property is under maintenance .. but overall is a good place if you set your expectations for best and friendly customer service … we spent time mostly out of the place but our stay was very pleasant

Quartier superbe. Accueil tres sympathique. Cependant tres decue par la Chambre qui n’etait pas du tout conforme a la description Hotel.com. Chambre de 30m2 s’est avéré etre 12m2 avec des lits de 80cm. Salle de bain rudimentaire mais nous sommes au Perou donc ok. Salle de petit dejeuner en plein air, attention aux frileux.
Hotel was ok. They never change the towels in 5 days. I had to ask for toilet paper and heater. Noisy, you can hear people walking outside and inside. However, people who work there always were kind.
The location is great, right at the San Blas neighborhood. The house where the hotel is, is cute and easy to find. The shower was very warm. And the staff were very friendly.
It was very hard to get in contact with the property before arrival (poor reply via booking and no reply at all via WhatsApp). The bed was extremely hard. Breakfast started being served only at 7-8:00, but all tours in Cusco start at 4:00am. No bottle water was provided for the room, but you could buy it at the reception. If all those points get improved, this hotel will be excellent :)
The staff were so friendly and went out of there way to answer questions and help with taxi's etc, even though there was a language barrier. It was a last minute booking for me and they accommodated a late checkout for a small fee. It made my last couple of days wonderful. PS. the price is great, just know there is no heat in the rooms; but the bedding is super cozy!

Great location, close to many attractions, close to restaurants. The hosts were great and attentive, breakfast was good. The facilities are very traditional and cozy.
We only had an issue with the showers hot water, it was rather warm, perhaps it’s just a cultural shock we experienced.
Cute and quite place! 5 min walk from Place des Armas square
Good value to money, we really enjoyed our stay. A suggestion for avoiding the cold air coming inside the room is to put a draught stopper. The owners were kind and helpful
