Excelente localização e custo-benefício
Pros:

A localização é excelente, a poucos metros da Plaza de Armas. A recepção funciona 24hs. Funcionários simpáticos e ambiente seguro.

Cons:

A principal insatisfação é o fato de não disponibilizarem o box de café da manhã para levarmos (prática comum em Cusco), já que muitos passeios saem às 3h, 4h da manhã. De 3 diárias só pudemos usufruir do café da manhã um dia.
Durante minha estadia a televisão não sintonizava nenhum canal. Pedi auxílio na primeira noite, verificaram, mas não resolveram. Depois disso ninguém apresentou uma solução.
Não há frigobar no quarto.

Muy buen hospedaje cerca del centro de Cusco
Pros:

El personal fue muy atento y nos ayudó en los problemas que tuvimos durante nuestra estancia. La recepcionista Katherine fue muy amable y me dio sugerencias con respecto a donde comprar un celular debido a que había perdido el mío. También nos guardaron las maletas sin costo mientras no estuvimos en la ciudad.

Cons:

El desayuno está bien, aunque es diferente a la idea que tengo de un desayuno buffete. Ofrecen bastante fruta y algunas carnes frías, pero no tanta variedad de platillos.

Quarto não estava conforme a descrição. Tive que solicitar a mudança na recepção.

Personal amable y atento, permiten consigna. Buen desayuno, cerca de la plaza de armas, piedra 12 ángulos, etc Hotel bonito con patio interior para desayuno y tomarse te.

Pros:

It was central, comfortable and clean.

Cons:

We stayed there twice and our first room was downstairs facing the courtyard. It was then noisy unfortunately with phone calls from the reception and early breakfast preparation. But for our second stay we were on the third floor and it was quiet. Much better.
