Hotel cómodo pero con muchas mejoras por hacer.
Pros:

Los puntos a destacar son:

1. Su excelente ubicación a solo dos cuadras de la Plaza de Armas.
2. Sus zonas comunes son muy bonitas y con muchas comodidades como para trabajar, reunirse o pasar el rato.
3. El personal es muy atento y presto a solucionar los requerimientos que uno le hace. Están 24 horas y siempre fueron muy amables.

Cons:

Hay varios puntos a mejorar y que no son menores, los menciono de manera constructiva esperando puedan mejorarlos pronto:

1. Las habitaciones son MUY frías, pedí insistentemente una calefaccion portátil y cuando nos consiguieron una, nos la dieron malograda.
2. Los baños son antiguos y descuidados, el agua sale blanca (sarro de las tuberías) y tuvimos que comprar agua embotellada para lavarnos. Las toallas son viejas y percudidas, lo mismo con los edredones.
3. El desayuno es menos que cumplidor. Solo lo usamos un día, tuvimos que elegir desayunar fuera.

Llegue unos dias antes de la reserva porque iba a otra zona de Cuzco y nos guardaron las maletas por el día.

Bonita locación, pero falta entrenar a su personal en atencion.
Cons:

Pedi secadora de pelo un día y esperé por casi 1 hora, hasta que ya tuve que salir, nunca me la dieron, a pesar que insistí llamando a recepción. Luego, el día del check out, una hora antes del límite, una señora de limpieza abrió nuestra puerta de habitación con su llave, sin tocar ni nada! Solo se disculpó y dijo “ah, perdona es que como ya es hora de check out” le pregunto: no es a las 10? (Eran las 9) Me dice: sí, sí perdón…

Frühstück war gut. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Fliesen im Bad waren gesprungen. Und es hab Flecken an der Decke. Im Zimmer hat ein Fußbodenelement gefehlt (es war halb verdeckt vom Bett). Das Bett selber hat geknarzt. Einmal musste man das Personal fragen, was mit dem warmen Wasser in der Dusche Abends um 19 Uhr los ist.

Kleines Zimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof. Wenn dort noch jemand gesessen hat konnte man jedes Wort verstehen. Frühstück wie überall in Peru. Frühstücksraum nicht sehr einladend (im Keller)
