I stayed here once with a tour group and paid for my own room which was very good The 2nd time I stayed here was with the tour group and I had a not so nice room We asked to be relocated and they did so the next day

A localização excelente. O ótimo atendimento da colaboradora da recepção NICOLE, sempre prestando um atendimento com presteza e muito atenciosa.

Cons:

De alguns funcionários da recepção que por diversas vezes não resolveram nossas solicitações. O apartamento que fomos alocados apresentou problemas de vazamento de água no banheiros. Depois de muita insistência, conseguimos mudar para um apartamento mais amplo e que oferecia um pouco mais de conforto.

Había mucha bulla por los demás pasajeros que pasaban hasta tarde y desde temprano sin respetar el descanso de los demás.
El desayuno estaba muy reducido. No había fruta picada, el yogurt se acabó, casi no había granola así que muy básico.
