Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia neste hotel. A localização é excelente, bem próxima das principais atrações, o que facilitou muito nossos passeios e otimizou o tempo na cidade.

O atendimento foi outro ponto de destaque: a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, principalmente a Zenayda que nos atendeu. Eles deixam disponível chá de coca o tempo todo e também guardam suas malas se precisam ir a Machu Picchu.

Os quartos são confortáveis, bem cuidados, há água quente na torneira e chuveiro.
Recomendamos sem dúvidas para quem busca praticidade, conforto e um bom atendimento.

We booked this to have a chilled stay before our early flight. But where disappointed

There was loud music in the evening.
The reception called our room late at night when we where already sleeping, to sort things that reception forgot to arrange earlier… could also be done at check out.
Finally, the hotelroom was not very clean.

Tolle Lage (viele Touren starten/enden in der Nähe), gutes Frühstück, kaum Straßenlärm zu hören, schöner Innenhof, 24h-Check-in, günstig

Cons:

Ich kam um kurz nach Mitternacht an. Das 1. Zimmer war direkt neben dem Raum mit der Warmwasserpumpe, die sich um diese Zeit alle 3 Minuten einschaltete und laut brummte - schlafen unmöglich. Nach längerer Diskussion bekam ich ein anderes, ruhigeres Zimmer. Dieses war kalt (vermutlich weil im Erdgeschoss?) ohne Heizmöglichkeit. 4 Tage lang abends kein warmes Wasser. Kein Föhn im Zimmer. Erst später habe ich in einer anderen Bewertung gelesen, dass man sich anscheinend einen Heizkörper an der Rezeption ausleihen hätte können. Hätte mir gewünscht diese Info direkt im Hotel zu erhalten. Zimmer sind leider hellhörig: Personen, die ab 4 Uhr morgens zu einer Tour aufbrechen, reden rücksichtslos laut im Innenhof. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

The breakfast and the lady that served it was wonderful. The front desk was mostly helpful. The location is just a few blocks from the city center. All on all a good place.

Cons:

There are sitting areas, which are nice but can be quite noisy. The rooms aren't well insulted for sound.
