Bien pero esperaba otra cosa
Pros:

El alojamiento estaba limpio y el servicio fue extremadamente amable y en todo momento nos ofreció ayuda y cortesías.
Muy limpio.

Cons:

En las fotos se ve bastante mejor a la realidad al menos la parte de las habitaciones.
Era bastante ruidoso.

Cómodo, bien ubicado y con muy buena atención
Pros:

El desayuno del hotel es bueno. Uno de sus puntos fuertes fue la atención del personal: cuando teníamos que salir temprano para algún tour, nos preparaban un desayuno para llevar, lo cual nos resultó muy práctico.
También ofrecen gratuitamente té de coca y de muña, que nos ayudó bastante con los efectos de la altitud y nos resultó muy agradable durante la estancia.
El agua que venden en el hotel es incluso más barata que en las pequeñas tiendas de la calle.
La habitación era cómoda, tenía calefacción y buen espacio para el equipaje. La ubicación también nos pareció buena. No nos molestaba caminar hasta el centro y hacíamos el trayecto a pie sin problemas.

Cons:

Como el desayuno se sirve en la habitación, la variedad de opciones es más limitada que en los hoteles que ofrecen desayuno tipo bufé.
Aunque para nosotros la distancia hasta el centro no fue un problema, quienes tengan alguna limitación de movilidad probablemente necesiten usar taxi.

Ottimo soggiorno a Cusco
Pros:

La posizione è ottima a soli 15 minuti dal centro a piedi. Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Offrono servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito. La colazione è abbondante e molto buona. Le camere pulite! Consiglio questa struttura.

Friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely staff who were really kind. They offered breakfast to the room which was great.

Cons:

It’s a very noisy hotel. Our room must have backed into a residential building and school as we could hear people at 12am but then kids around 8am. You can also hear each time someone calls reception. The room can be quite cold as there’s only one small heater which takes a couple of hours to heat up.

Cons:

קוסקו קפואה. לא היה מזגן בחדר (כמעט בכל המלונות אין) הרדיאטור הקטן שהיה לא באמת עשה את העבודה וקפאנו מקור בלילה. אין מעלית (גם את זה אין ברוב המלונות) והחדר היה בקומה שלישית מקשה בעיקר עם המזוודות וגם לעלות ולרדת כמה פעמים ביום

The personnel is very helpful and caring.
Pros:

The location was perfect, the surrounding is very quiet. The breakfast was simple but good and the room was very clean. There is a portable heather in the room which was really appreciated as the nights can be cold.

gutes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Cusco
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist ziemlich unscheinbar. Leider aber in sich doch relativ laut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Man bekommt immer den Coca-Tee kostenlos. Es gibt 3 Etagen im Hotel und keinen Fahrstuhl. Sehr positiv ist ein kleiner Heizkörper im Zimmer, da es im Juli/August recht kalt wird. Das Zimmer und Bett war sehr groß. Bis zur Innenstadt ist es ca. 10-15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Wenn man sehr früh los muss bekommt man ein kleines Lunchpaket mit auf dem Weg.

La gentillesse du personnel qui est très compréhensif vis à vis des horaires ( départs et arrivées ), l’emplacement calme sur les hauteurs de Cusco, le petit déjeuner très copieux et original, la propreté de la chambre, le service de bagagerie

Finalmente la camera che avevamo prenotato
Pros:

Quando siamo rientrati da Machu Picchu ci hanno assegnato finalmente una stanza come King Deluxe.
La camera è grande e confortevole.
La proprietaria è sempre molto gentile.

Cons:

La tendina della doccia potrebbe essere sostituita con un vetro.
Dite espressamente che non volete la camera con gli armadi in bagno, altrimenti vi rifilano una fregatura!

Ci hanno assegnato una camera piccola e non all'altezza

La gentilezza della proprietaria.
L'hotel è poco fuori dal centro, raggiungibile con una salita fattibile.

Cons:

Nonostante avessi prenotato una camera King Deluxe, ci hanno assegnato una camera piccola e polverosa con, cosa mai vista, gli armadi in bagno (allego foto). Quando ho chiesto di avere un'altra camera mi han risposto che non ce ne erano altre disponibili e mi han domandato:"Non le piace questa soluzione?!" A chi piace una soluzione con gli armadi in bagno e la camera minuscola???
