Pros:

Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni. Poloha nenápadného hotelu je velmi výhodná. Leží ve slepé a tiché ulici, v blízkosti obchůdky, lékárna, prádelna, restaurace a také malé, ale příjembé tržiště. Do centra kousek. Skvělé výchozí místo k památkám i do přírody. Personál byl velice ochotný a splnil všechna naše přání.Pokoj byl čistý, postele pohodlné. Snídat bylo možné i na pokoji. Po celý den byl k dispozici coca i muño čaj. Moc doporučuji.

Cons:

Na pokoji není k dispozici fén, ale je možnost jeho zapůjčení na recepci.

Memorable Service and a Restful Stay
Pros:

The room is very clean, and the bed quality ensures a restful stay. While you do have to wait a moment for the hot water to kick in, the service more than makes up for it. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful; they even ask for your breakfast preferences, which you can enjoy on the top floor. If you need to leave early, they will even prepare a custom sandwich for you. They were also very proactive in offering luggage storage.

The staff’s service made this a truly memorable stay.

Cons:

No. For improvement: If the water pressure were improved and the toiletries were switched to bottled liquids, the facilities would be perfect.

Comfy layover sleep
Pros:

As we had stayed there before and really enjoyed the 2 nights we came back for 1 night as a sleepover in Cusco S we were getting to Lima on Sunday - we were looking a comfortable bed, clean room, good breakfast included and accommodation with great staff. They waited up for us as out train from Aguas Calientes was delayed by over 1.5 hours! We had the super queen on level 1/ground floor. We had breakfast brought to our room. Great value for money once again!

Pros:

Buiten het centrum, kwartier/20 minuten loopafstand. Heel aardig personeel. Verzorgen ontbijtje voor je en je kunt zelf de tijd kiezen.

Enjoy Central Cusco with lots of stairs
Pros:

Room was comfortable with an oil / fin heater, bar fridge and if you ask for hair dryer they provide you one.
Shower was good with great pressure
Staff friendly and accommodating and gave us an early check in
Ordered a taxis for us
Breakfast was fresh and different daily
Place has a lot of light and a nice sitting area at reception and on the first floor (ground floor) there is a lounge with the cafe on 4th floor
The property, and I would say most of Cusco does not lend itself to people with mobility issues - lots of steep stairs and very narrow pavements. Very close to the San Blas area so 10 minutes walk from Cathedral.
There is also no lift.
There are a few independent laundry services nearby.
