Pros:

Friendly staff, go above and beyond, breakfast brought to door for time you request it. If you’re leaving before 6am they will provide you with a breakfast bag to take away with you. Always cleaning and ensuring your stay is ok. Great location, couldn’t recommend enough

Eles aceitam pagamento em cartão sem cobrar taxa extra da maquininha(comum pratica em nos locais em Cusco).
Cama boa, perguntaram se queríamos que limpasse o quarto ou somente trocar toalhas, banho quente todos os dias, café ok!
A localização não está tão próxima de alguns pontos turísticos, mas nada que 15 minutos de caminhada não chegue. Foi legal também estar um pouco afastado pois conhecemos a realidade mais local. Eles arrumaram transfere até o aeroporto por 15 soles.

Cons:

Não teve nada que não gostamos.

Hôtel agréable, confortable et avec un personnel chaleureux et disponible à toute heure.
Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner qui varie en fonction des jours. Personnel très sympatique et disponible. Hôtel sécurisé et relativement propre. Literie confortable et salle de bain très pratique avec de nombreux rangements.

Cons:

Manque d'espace pour la disposition des valises. Absence de vrai gel douche et bouteilles d'eau payantes. Quelques cheveux et poils retrouvés dans des draps censés être propres. Hôtel un peu éloigné du centre quand on souhaite se déplacer à pieds.
