Cusco in comfort
Pros:

About a 15 minute walk to the square so was a great location to get to the action but have a quiet night when settling down. Great staff. Clean. Full breakfast brought to your room. Staff arranged transport to and from the airport. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Cons:

Can’t find any complaints.

Atendentes muito prestativos, nos deram ótima dica de restaurante próximo e nos prepararam um box lunch para levarmos no passeio muito bom.

Cons:

o piso do quarto era frio, e a janela dava para o corredor tirando a possibilidade de abrir cortina em razão da falta de privacidade.

Todo el personal súper amable, cama cómoda, siempre tienen disponible té de coca y muña calientito en el lobby que es buenísimo para la altura. Tuve que salir super temprano para los tours y me prepararon un box lunch para no perderme el desayuno. Al regreso de cada tour, la ducha con agua caliente super agradable.

Cons:

Se escucha un poco de ruido proveniente de las personas en los pasillos. No fue algo grave, pero podría ser un punto a tener en cuenta para quienes son muy sensibles al ruido.

Pros:

Lo staff é gentile. La posizione é vicina a San blas. Si puo fare a piedi. 15 min a piedi da Plaza de Armas.
Colazione in camera.

Cons:

Non ha l’ascensore.
Troppo rumore.

La amabilidad del personal

Que no tiene ascensor , el desayuno se da en la última planta y el personal tiene que subir y bajar varias veces para servirnos me parece un poco inhumano cuando tienen espacio perfectamente arriba para gestionar la cocina . En nuestro caso cada día nos cambiaron el desayuno que le pedimos pero depende de lo que toque , un día toca dulce , otro salado . El día que toca salado que es huevo sino te gusta o no quieres no suelen cambiarlo , en nuestro caso se lo pedimos y si lo hicieron la excepción pero creo que para tener un 9 y estar como un hotel de esas estrellas no se corresponde con eso . Es un hotel que está bien para dormir si no te importa andar 15 minutos cada vez que quieras ir a la plaza de armas
