Wakapunku Boutique B&B

The location was perfect, 2 blocks from the plaza de armas and right next to the San Blas neighborhood. This is a great home base for walking all over the historic city center and catching tours in the morning and getting back to the room quickly when you return from those tours. Camila, the boutique owner, was outstanding and helped us with everything. She was very kind and made our stay that much more wonderful.

Camila, who runs the hotel was an excellent host, checking in with us over Whatsapp frequently before and after the trip, making sure we had breakfast or some snacks to take with us for the day and helping to coordinate laundry and luggage storage. She also worked extra hard to bring a doctor when some of our group fell ill and helped us adjust our plans for travel and accommodation. The location of this hotel is also excellent! It's very close to many of Cusco's attractions, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

Customer service was excellent! The staff tried to help us on wvery aspects. The trip became valuable because of them!

B&B Wakapunko Boutique em Cusco oferece uma experiência maravilhosa graças aos anfitriões Camila e Cesar, que são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. Eles dão ótimas dicas da cidade e ajudam com tudo, inclusive guardando as malas durante a viagem a Machu Picchu.
A localização é excelente, bem no centro e perto de tudo.
Café da manhã muito bkm tb. Em 2 dias tivemos que sair as 4:00 am para pegar o horário do passeio e Camila deixou lanches e sucos embalados para consumo no passeio.

You could not ask for a nicer staff. This is a family-owned and run small hotel, and they are absolutely wonderful. You really feel like you are being invited into a home they are proud of and happy to share. When our flight was canceled (thanks LATAM), they accommodated us with late checkout and storing our luggage. Wonderful suggestions about things to do and history of Cusco.
