Great hotel and Mr. Elmer’s kindness.
Pros:

The property is wonderful and very close to all the sites. What really set the property apart is the caring staff. I travel a lot, and Mr. Elmer was the most welcoming, kind, and attentive staff member ever!! He’ll make your stay at Wakapunka wonderful.

Espetacular
Pros:

O espaço é espetacular, um casarão antigo com piso original de madeira. A história do local faz parte da decoração, tudo muito lindo e aconchegante. Por ter poucos quartos, o espaço fica bem reservado. As instalações são muito noas, com quartos espaçosos e camas confortáveis. Embora próximo da Plaza de Armas, a rua é tranquila e não exige subida muito íngrime no caminho. Além disso, a cortesia dos funcionários é um ponto alto. Fomos acolhidos tão bem que nos sentimos realmente em casa.

Cons:

Poderia haver uma prateleira abaixo das bancadas da pia para usar como suporte da necessarie e demais objetos de uso no banheiro.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, perto da praça de armas, restaurantes, ... Funcionários muito atenciosos, em especial Sr Hermes. Chuveiro com água bem quente. Café da manhã muito bom. Guardaram nossas malas qdo fomos a Machu Picchu sem custo.

A localização é ótima, muito próxima a tudo! Além disso, o quarto é bastante confortável, o chuveiro é quente e é ótimo por que realizam a limpeza todos os dias. O atendimento é incrível, desde a recepção até a preocupação em oferecerem preparar lanchinhos para os passeios, já que geralmente é necessário sair muito cedo. Um agradecimento especial ao Elmer pela receptividade e cuidado durante a nossa estadia!

Pros:

El staff fue demasiado amable y el alojamiento estaba en muy buenas condiciones. Se encuentra en el mero centro de Cusco y puedes ir a pie a la plaza principal y otros sitios interesantes. Mi habitación estaba muy bonita, pero el techo era muy bajo debido a que estábamos hospedados en el último piso, esto debe considerarse bien si eres muy alto. Tienen opción de empacarte el desayuno si vas a ir a algún paseo temprano como la montaña de colores o la laguna humantay.

Great, cozy place to stay in Cusco next to the main plaza.
Pros:

The location was perfect, 2 blocks from the plaza de armas and right next to the San Blas neighborhood. This is a great home base for walking all over the historic city center and catching tours in the morning and getting back to the room quickly when you return from those tours. Camila, the boutique owner, was outstanding and helped us with everything. She was very kind and made our stay that much more wonderful.
