It was good.
Pros:

We didn’t get to spend much time since we arrived late and left early the next morning. I was so happy to take a bath after an intensive hike. Lots of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good place to stay at Cusco Centro
Pros:

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Josselyn and Vanessa at the front desk

Cons:

The room that we had does not have an accessible window to open to increase air circulation. It is fronting the main streets which tends to be noisy during peak hours

An Oasis in Central Cusco
Pros:

Great location if you like being "in the center of it all" as you're a block from the public market and a 5 minute walk to Plaza de Armas with many restaurants, shopping, etc. Spacious room with great amenities although the WiFi was a bit spotty. Enjoyed the courtyard in which to relax and enjoy a great breakfast buffet with numerous options. Also, the staff was very amenable and friendly in all regards.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our room was near a nightclub which had very loud music until the early hours.

Home away from home
Pros:

I stayed at Tierra Viva Cusco Centro at Cruz Verde for 3 nights. The hotel is strategically located near to attractions like Plaza de Armas, Cusco Cathedral, Centro Historico de Cusco and good restaurants, just a walking distance from the hotel. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. To name a few, you will always be greeted with smiles by Phatrycia, Jhonathan, and Fernando. If you have questions and need help, just ask and they are happy to assist. I'll definitely book again in the future.

Such a lovely place to stay
Pros:

It was a cute hotel away from the noise of the city with beautiful views. We loved how easy it was to walk to a coffee shop or restaurant and fun to poke around the stores nearby.

Awesome Stay!
Pros:

It was my second time staying at this hotel. I like it because it is close to the main square (five blocks). The hotel is nice. It is a typical old hispanic house. Its price is reasonable. My bedroom was nice, wide, clean and quiet (despite the traffic outside). The washroom was nice and clean.
I checked-in on my birthday ... the staff surprised me while I am having breakfast the next morning with "birthday pancakes" (see picture) and sang "happy birthday". It made my day! The buffet breakfast was very delicious :-)
Yes, hotel's employees are the best. Thank you! I have already recommended this hotel to a colleague who plans to travel to Cusco in July.
