Great location, quiet and peaceful hotel.
Pros:

Very close to main market and walking distance to many attractions. Despite being in a very busy part of town the hotel was quiet.

Cons:

Offered airport pick up but the driver never arrived so we had to take a cab which was considerably more expensive. Unable to reach the hotel to clear up the mix up.

Pros:

Walking distance to Plaza de Armas, on a noisy street, but eccellent windows, cant hear any noises. Staff was super helpful and allowed us to check out later for a small fee. Breakfast was excellent.

Hope to stay again someday!
Pros:

The property was quiet and so comfortable. We kept hearing complaints about other nearby properties being loud and really needed a good nights rest. Couldn’t have been happier that we booked with Tierra Viva!! The room was so cute& comfortable and the staff went above and beyond!

No complaints at all! We loved it

Bien mais pas le meilleur rapport qualité prix de Cusco
Pros:

L’établissement se situe proche du centre donc idéal pour la visite de Cusco
Le personnel y est sympathique.

Cons:

Attention l’hôtel est proche du Marché San Pedro dans une rue animée donc attention au chambre donnant sur la rue.
L’insonorisation pourrait être bien meilleur au vu du standing de l’hôtel.
Enfin le petit déjeuner pourrait être encore pu complet au vu des prix pratiqués.

Pros:

Stanza accogliente , calda e pulita. Doccia calda e con getto potente, phon presente nelle stanze.
Servizi disponibili e rapidi.
Ci hanno fatto avere la stanza un'oretta prima del check in perché eravamo arrivati alle 5:30 in hotel.

Cons:

L'unica nota negativa era un odore un po' sgradevole in bagno

Bonito, personal amable y bien ubicado.
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Las instalaciones parecen de una casona antigua, con una plazita al centro, muy lindo.

Cons:

Llegamos cerca de medianoche y no había personal que nos ayude con la maleta. Nuestra habitación estaba en segundo piso y no cuentan con ascensor.
