HÓSPEDES FURTADOS NESTE HOTEL
Pros:

A localização é boa, apesar de ficar próximo a baladas e ter muito barulho . Limpeza boa, café da manhã também , mas nada disso compensa os furtos que ocorrem no local.

Cons:

Nós e outros hóspedes fomos FURTADOS neste hotel e fizeram várias compras com nossos cartões de crédito. Chamamos o gerente que se recusou a comparecer ao hotel. Fomos à delegacia de turismo de Cusco e abrimos denúncia. A polícia recolheu as câmeras do hotel, mas as imagens foram apagadas. A policia segue com a investigação e as câmeras foram enviadas à Lima para perícia.

confortábel, ótimo café da manhã, boa sala para espera.
Pros:

Amamos ter chá a disposição no quarto, camas boas e roupa de cama limpa e bem arrumada, boa ducha quente e carpete no chão bem aspirado. Janelas sao anti-ruido. Há serviço de quarto diário. Café da manhã ótimo, bem completo. A recepção foi muito gentil em nos ajudar a trocar de quarto pois o primeiro não nos comportava.

Good spot for pre-Inca hiking
Pros:

Decent location. Hard to get uber in and out of but overall very central.
Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Not very soundproof but we did stay during June festival so that was to be expected.
Weird that we had to leave our hotel keys at reception

Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff.

Cons:

Terrible sewage smell from bathroom, which could have been smelled in entire room. There was hot water outage during our entire stay. Also power outage during the night. Only this hotel was impacted with these outages. Staff promised to get back to us with potential partial refund, but never contacted back to us. Even ignoring booking messages.

Gostamos do café da manhã, da ducha quente, do custo-benefício dos serviços ao preço pago

Cons:

Embora a localização seja muita boa, próximo a praça e de varios comércios e restaurantes, há restaurantes e barracas de comida na rua do hotel (ficamos em um quarto na parte de frente do hotel, na esquina) que trabalham até de madrugada, com som e falatório dos usuários, então, o silêncio demora para acontecer e atrapalha um pouco o sono.
Outro ponto é que o cheiro da rua não é agradável (sugiro pedir aos responsáveis da cidade lavar rua e calçada e rede de esgoto)

The location is great

Cons:

When we arrived, there was no water in the hotel. There was no electricity that night or in the following morning, so we had breakfast in the dark. On the second night, there was no hot water for showering. Besides that, the towels could be better, the heating system works intermittently and the decor is outdated. On a positive note, after we complained the hotel manager apologized and explained what had happened and charged us just for 1 night instead of 2.

Buen hotel precio / calidad. Cerca de plaza mayor.
Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado, el desayuno estuvo bien . Siempre amables en la atención , nos ayudaron con nuestras dudas .Siempre disponible te de coca, y muy limpio.

Cons:

En invierno el desayunado no estaba calefaccionado.

Pleasant but insecure
Pros:

Location is excellent. Breakfast was very good. Bed & pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

Highly insecure. The key situation needs to be reviewed. Currently, you are required to leave your key at the front desk and often they’re just left on the counter for you to pick up when you return. Literally anyone could come in, grab a key and enter your room. It’s not safe.
