Camera per niente insonorizzata sia per i rumori dall’esterno ma soprattutto per i rumori provenienti dalle zone interne comuni (esempio la mattina per le colazioni si sente molto rumore nelle camere)

Pros:

I stayed here for 4 nights. The room i got for first night wasnt that great. It was late at night and the hotel couldn’t change the room. However next day, Lia changed the room for me; and since then my experience was great!
I also enjoyed the breakfast a lot!

El personal muy amable, la cercanía a la plaza de armas. Muy buen desayuno

La pieza en general buena, pero falta mejorar el aislamiento de las puertas, ingresaba luz y mucho ruido.

Falta de organização e cominucação entre reserva e recepção.

Cons:

Não encontravam minha reserva nas 2 vezes que dei entrada no hotel. Havia confirmado dia antes a reserva e também enviando o comprovante de pagamento. Cheguei cansadissimo após uma viagem longa e não localizavam minha reserva e quando localizou, faltava o pagamento, e mesmo mostrando a conversa no whatzap com a area de reserva e mostrando o comprovante me fizeram esperar. E depois tive reingresso e mais uma vez aconteceu exatamente a mesma coisa. O atendimento na recepção, foi grosseiro e me responsabilizou pelo acontecido.

Pros:

My stay at the Rojas Hotel was incredible. The rooms are very clean and organized, and the atmosphere makes you want to stay longer. Also, it is close to the city's main hotspots.

The breakfast is excellent, and the hotel offers full assistance for altitude sickness. The staff members are lovely, and Lia provided all the necessary support.

Pros:

Posizione comodissima per plaza des armas e tutto il centro storico. Buona la colazione con frutta, pane, yogurt, uovo ecc…. Non mancava nulla. Personale gentile camera tripla spaziosa.

La camera dava sulla via della movida e c’era tutte le notti una gran confusione. Con l’aggiunta di spiedini cotti propio sotto la finestra fino alle 5 del mattino. Farsi dare una camera interna
