10 on 10 experiene at Tierra Viva Cusco San Blas. Close enough to the square but enough of a distance to have a quiet night in too. Great staff and location, well appointed rooms and just perfect breakfast too. Atmosphere was quiet and beautifully designed. Great value for the room, breakfast, turn down service and extras from the team. I often requested a hot kettle of water for the evening and was promptly seen too by the team.

Great location, good hot showers with strong water pressure. Good breakfast. Lovely staff. Nice good sized comfortable rooms, with heater provided. Would definitely stay there again. Tea’s available at reception 24 hrs. Some nights got turn down chocolates.

This hotel is a gem.
It's one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Latin America, and in my opinion, it deserves more than three stars.

The rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable.

But what makes this hotel truly special, however, is the staff.
Vanessa, Liz, and Phaty are always there to help, no matter the time of day or night. They are kind, professional, and always looking for solutions in any situation.

Miguel Angel also went above and beyond to make our stay even better by taking care of every detail.

And finally, Kelly made breakfast one of the highlights of our day by always checking that we had everything we needed.
There are certainly other team members I haven't mentioned, but everyone at this hotel was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

I don't usually mention staff members by name in my reviews, but this team truly deserves the recognition.

Location was perfect and San Blas was a joy to explore. Rooms were clean and large, plenty of room for our bags. Atmosphere relaxed, loved the breakfast room and staff were delightful. It was very quiet and I could see the Cristo Blanco lit up at night from our window. We were pleased to have the use of a radiator as mornings could be cold. Also the hotel provided 10 mins of oxygen for me for my altitude sickness which really helped and I had no issue afterwards. There was coca tea on tap. I really liked this hotel.

Excellent rooms and location in a lovely part of Cusco. Somw great restaurants within walking distance. Really felt like a place to chill and relax and our room size was great. The shower was strong and the best we had in Peru. Lovely gardens and courtyard. Breakfast from 6am was convenient and the coffee was good.

Beautiful hotel, quiet in the San Blas neighborhood, close to very good restaurants, about 10 minutes walk to the main Plaza.

Location is great, it’s very clean and breakfasts are good. The team is lovely and very helpful.

This was the best stay in a very long trip. The staff is so kind and helpful; they were friendly when we checked in pretty late after a flight delay, checked in and made recommendations when my husband felt sick, and helped us move into a different room when we needed to extend our room at the last minute. Spotless, quiet, delicious breakfast, and incredible location in San Blas. If you're staying in Cusco I can recommend this hotel enough!
