Lovely time in Cusco
Pros:

Good rooms, decent price and friendly staff. The breakfast hours were very flexible, commencing 5 AM, helpful if a day trip commencing early morning is planned. Would like to specially mention Reme at the front desk.

Cons:

Nothing. Some people may find the walk up from the main square tough specially in view of altitude, taxi options are available

Nos hospedamos una noche, la del 20/08, y la experiencia fue maravillosa.

Llegamos a hacer el check-in alrededor de las 19:30 h, un poco tarde, después de haber terminado el tour de Choquequirao. Después de un tour súper exigente y agotador, necesitábamos, sobre todo, un lugar donde descansar. Y en Tierra Viva San Blas no solo encontramos un lugar para descansar, sino casi un hogar.

Desde que llegamos, todo el personal nos trató con muchísima educación, amabilidad y cariño. Todos sonríen, están pendientes de ti y siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a hacer que tu estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. Es de esos lugares en los que realmente sientes que te cuidan y, sobre todo, que te hacen sentir bien.

Ya habíamos tenido una muy buena experiencia en 2022 en la sede de Tierra Viva Cusco Histórico, por lo que volver a elegir Tierra Viva fue una decisión acertada. Y si tenemos una próxima oportunidad, sin duda iremos a conocer la sede del Valle Sagrado.

Todo es maravilloso, pero queremos destacar especialmente al personal. La atención, el cariño y la disposición de todos hacen realmente la diferencia. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa, especialmente después de un día tan duro.

Pros:

Bonito el lugar y cerca a la plaza, tiene buena ubicación!

Cons:

Falta de amabilidad, llegué y no me ayudaron con la maleta, tuve que subirla yo solo y la persona que me acompañó ni si quiera me preguntó cómo me sentía.

El desayuno es demasiado básico sin cariño sin cosas ricas...por el precio del hotel (q no es económico) debería estar mejor surtido y atendido (la atención en el desayuno dejó mucho qué desear)

Comfortable hotel in San Blas area
Pros:

Comfortable hotel, with nice courtyard. Conveniently located in the San Blas area, in close reach of shops and restaurants. However, despite the central location, the rooms were very quiet. Good shower, one of the best we had during our trip. Very warm welcome by the receptionist. Breakfast was decent. Would recommend this accommodation.
