Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IGV), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Clean rooms, heater available in the room, friendly staff, 10min walk from main plaza, lots of vegetarian/vegan restaurants in the area
Excellent rooms and location in a lovely part of Cusco. Somw great restaurants within walking distance. Really felt like a place to chill and relax and our room size was great. The shower was strong and the best we had in Peru. Lovely gardens and courtyard. Breakfast from 6am was convenient and the coffee was good.
Breakfast had a good selection but hotel very slow to refill the items especially later in the morning. Would have.preferred some variety with hot breakfast items

Beautiful hotel, quiet in the San Blas neighborhood, close to very good restaurants, about 10 minutes walk to the main Plaza.

The only problem is that guests are aloud to smoke in the 2 courtyards. For people who don’t smoke, one person who smokes can change the experience for many others!
I wish for the hotel to prohibit smoking in its premises!
Location is great, it’s very clean and breakfasts are good. The team is lovely and very helpful.
Rooms are very dark and there is no soundproofing at all. You would literally hear your neighbors all the time, including all physiological processes…and vice versa. It’s a rather major issue, never experienced anything like that on hotels.
This was the best stay in a very long trip. The staff is so kind and helpful; they were friendly when we checked in pretty late after a flight delay, checked in and made recommendations when my husband felt sick, and helped us move into a different room when we needed to extend our room at the last minute. Spotless, quiet, delicious breakfast, and incredible location in San Blas. If you're staying in Cusco I can recommend this hotel enough!

Location is fantastic.
Breakfast was nice and different each day.
The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The court yard where the majority of the rooms are is very noisy due to people leaving early from 3am for planned trip’s.
No Netflix, just the news, stayed in many hotels at this price range ( even cheaper ) in San Blas due to traveling back and forth and they all have this option. Felt it was dated here.
Please note - where it offers a shuttle bus to the airport, YOU PAY for this where the other hotels in this area do this as part of the service with no charge.
Amazing hotel, super clean, situated in old town with loads of character, breakfast was incredible ans staff were super helpful and spoke really good English

Beds were short, breakfast was average and whatever you do don’t get put in a room near reception,,,, NOT fun
