Estancia perfecta.
Pros:

Todo era perfecto. Ubicación excelente.

Cons:

Por poner una pega, por la noche cerraban muy pronto la puerta y si necesitas salir tienes que llamar al recepcionista para que venga a abrirte.

Pros:

El hotel es hermoso, cómodo y sobre todo céntrico. Solo dos detalles para que mejoren. La trampa del lavatorio está oxidada, cambien, no habla bien de ustedes, las toallas de mano en mal estado. Por lo demás la gentileza del personal de restaurante. Super amables.

Schlechte Erfahrung.
Das Frühstück wird in einem kleinen Café im gleichen Gebäude serviert. Hotelgäste dürfen jedoch nur einen schwarzen Kaffee und Eier mit einer Scheibe Brot zum Frühstück haben. Eine Alternative wird nicht angeboten, obwohl das Café ein umfangreiches Menu hat.
Außerdem haben wir unsere "boletos turisticos" im Wert von 140 Soles im Zimmer gelassen und waren diese bei unserer Rückkehr nach der Reinigung des Zimmers nicht mehr auffindbar. Vom Personal an der Rezeption wurde auf mein mehrmaliges Nachfragen, wo sie sein könnten einfach mit "no" und "impossible" geantwortet. Der Umgang mit dieser Situation war von Seiten des Personals unfreundlich und unprofessionell.

Me gustó, volvería a quedarme :)
Pros:

Buen desayuno, todos estaban dispuestos a ayudar, fueron súper flexibles, las camas super cómodas y está a 6 cuadras de la Plaza de Armas

Cons:

No pudimos usar la tele por un problema satelital. Netflix está bloqueado en su wifi.

Le personnel d’accueil très agréable

Cons:

Pas de restaurant mais une cafetière avec 3 choix.
Petit dejeuner impensable pour un hôtel, pas de choix. 2 tartines de pain on a dû réclamer du beurre qui était chaud, 1 œuf battu un cafetière qui est pas café. Mouche morte dans la salle de bain, poubelle non vidée des gens d’avant.

Great Value Stay at Central Location
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and did their best to make me feel at home. Even though my flight arrived very late at night, they were still there to welcome me and help me settle into my room. The breakfast was excellent, and on mornings when I had early tours, they kindly packed a grab-and-go breakfast for me. Overall, it's fantastic value for money.

Cons:

Didn't really find anything I didn't like!
