Great location, lovely room, excellent service. Highly recommend staying here. They are so kind, so helpful, so thoughtful. Available at all hours. I was even given a packed lunch as I left early and couldn’t sit to eat, so it was made for me to take on plane. I really enjoyed staying here and the location is perfect. Thank you so much 😊

1. The hotel is well located. It is 3 m from the Inkarail office and its terminal(portal). Wonderful!. It also is 10 minutes walking from Plaza Mayor de Cusco(Armas). It is also very close to Qorikancha Catedral. There are many sourveniorshops around the hotel. Especially for koreans, two korean restaurants(K-food restaurante and Sa Rang Chae) are close to the hotel.
2. The hotel manager(Sr. Daniel) is really kind to the guests. He did his best to help us. He taught me how to get Machu Picchu.
3. Free pickup service from the Cusco airport to the hotel. (No free pickup service from the hotel to the airport)
4. The bedding is clean.

O hotel está super bem localizado, permitindo que você vá aos principais pontos turísticos do centro histórico a pé e também é próximo a estação, para quem vai a Machu Picchu. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e solícitos a tudo que você precisar. O quarto que fiquei tinha uma linda vista para o Qoricancha.

El hotel está cerca del centro historico, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, al igual que las camas. El desayuno muy bueno y lo mejor de todo la atención recibida.

The staff were excellent and very friendly, all of them were very attentive to our needs. The room was clean and big enough for what we needed. The location is perfect considering the main square is less than 10 min away and the end point for the Inca rail bimodal service is next door
The hotel itself is a little dated but that does not affect the comfort

Por poner una pega, por la noche cerraban muy pronto la puerta y si necesitas salir tienes que llamar al recepcionista para que venga a abrirte.

El hotel es hermoso, cómodo y sobre todo céntrico. Solo dos detalles para que mejoren. La trampa del lavatorio está oxidada, cambien, no habla bien de ustedes, las toallas de mano en mal estado. Por lo demás la gentileza del personal de restaurante. Super amables.

Schlechte Erfahrung.
Das Frühstück wird in einem kleinen Café im gleichen Gebäude serviert. Hotelgäste dürfen jedoch nur einen schwarzen Kaffee und Eier mit einer Scheibe Brot zum Frühstück haben. Eine Alternative wird nicht angeboten, obwohl das Café ein umfangreiches Menu hat.
Außerdem haben wir unsere "boletos turisticos" im Wert von 140 Soles im Zimmer gelassen und waren diese bei unserer Rückkehr nach der Reinigung des Zimmers nicht mehr auffindbar. Vom Personal an der Rezeption wurde auf mein mehrmaliges Nachfragen, wo sie sein könnten einfach mit "no" und "impossible" geantwortet. Der Umgang mit dieser Situation war von Seiten des Personals unfreundlich und unprofessionell.
