Great stay in Cusco.
Pros:

Fantastic location on Plaza de Armas and very friendly and helpful staff. Pretty good breakfast with balcony overlooking the Plaza.

Pros:

Localização e conforto da cama, chuveiro, café da manhã.

Cons:

Embora o hotel tenha vedação acústica, as buzinas nas ruas a noite toda e as badaladas do sino da igreja incomodam um pouco, mas a localização e facilidade de deslocar ainda faz compensar muito ficar no centro da cidade.

Da localizacao e do café da manhã a partir das 6h.

Cons:

Do quarto barulhento a noite ineira de frente para a rua principal. Cheguei cansada e com dor de cabeça por causa da altitude. Nao ha isolamento acustico.Motoristas buzinando e trânsito de madrugada por causa dos passeios turísticos.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Cusco, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié( fruits frais et jus de fruits maison) et le personnel du restaurant en étage très aux petits soins et souriant.

Cons:

Nous avions commandé un taxi de l’aéroport à l’hôtel bien à l’avance par mail car arrivée tardive. Or celui ci n’est jamais venu. Mais fort heureusement, des chauffeurs de taxi attendaient tardivement à l’aéroport.

Don’t stay there again
Cons:

The staff was impolite. They were caring only about getting paid and they were not professional. I had booked a taxi to get me to the airport. I told them to confirm and they did not. I ask again and of course they haven’t booked it. At the day of departure I had to wait the taxi for 10-15 minutes to come, a taxi that I had already tried to book with them. Also they charge me extra money for a friend that came to visit me for like half an hour. The room has no a/c. First time I saw this.
