Personnel très accueillant et très serviable quand on a besoin de quelque chose. Bon déjeuner. Grande chambre, lit très confortable et douche chaude. De plus, il y a un chauffage d'appoint dans la chambre! Je considère que c'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Great location and great staff. Whatever need we had they were quick to attend to it.

The staff at the property is really good, accommodative and courteous. The location is quite walkable to the main square of Cusco. For the price; excellent value and experience.

We stayed at the property, then left our luggage in storage and went to Machu Picchu for a couple days and returned back to the property. Everything was very smooth

Poor management

Ubicado a dos cuadras de la Av. El Sol y Quoricancha, el hotel es una casa antigua transformada en hotel. El staff es muy amable y todo está bastante limpio.

La habitación era muy espaciosa, con piso de madera y techo alto. Debido a que es una estructura antigua, es muy fría. Teníamos que tener puesto el abrigo en todo momento dentro del hotel. En la habitación había un calentador portátil, pero tenía el enchufe quemado y no lo utilizamos. Las camas eran muy cómodas y la ducha tenía buena presión de agua caliente.

El desayuno era básicamente fruta y pan. A pesar que se supone que durara hasta las 9 am, en una ocasión nos llamaron a la habitación para informar que acabaría a las 8 am. Preparaban muy pocos huevos revueltos y cuando se acaban, no volvían a poner, aunque aún faltara una hora u hora y media para finalizar el servicio del desayuno.

Ofrecen servicios de tours con una compañía privada y fue muy buena. Don Carlos fue muy amable, nos explicó todo y siempre estuvo atento a nosotros. No realizamos uno de los tours y nos devolvieron el dinero correspondiente.

The hotel was just okay

Very accomodating. I enjoyed my stay. Right in downtown. Which allowed us to be picked up for our tours. Only gripe was the street noise level. But that isnt the hotels fault.

I am quite surprised this hotel has such good reviews. While it was not the worst place ever, it had a lot of problems. It would be fine for a night, but would not recommend it for a longer stay. The room we got was not as pictured on Expedia and did not have a separate sitting area.

Multiple things in the room were broken, hot water was intermittent (once ice cold, many times like warm), and the place overall is very tired. On the first day there was extremely loud construction noise all day. Staff was very aloof.

The good things were the location and the bed and linens were decent. Cleanliness was acceptable.

Good value and clean but a bit tired and in need of some maintenance. Not the best part of town but only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Cusco. Breakfast was ok.

A pretty quiet location. The service is professional. The rooms are clean and tidy. The only complaint is the water pressure is unstable.

It was a beautiful stay, would recommend !

Estuve ayer y tengo que agradecer por la atención no solo del desayuno que está incluido nos dieron el cuarto temprano sino que nos hicieron hasta la reserva del restaurant que íbamos a ir nos pusieron agua frutas en el cuarto todo estuvo perfecto definitivamente lo recomendamos

El personal muy amable; es un hotel antiguo pero muy comoda la habitación y amplia, el desayuno gran variedad, recomendado para "one night stay".

Eine insgesamt gute Unterkunft, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und Modern eingerichtet und es ist nachts auch ruhig. Ganz in der nähe befindet sich ausserdem ein Supermarkt und das Stadtzentrum ist in ca. 7 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Leider funktionierte das Warmwasser zum duschen nicht immer was etwas unangenehm war.

Foi no geral nota 5, no quarto não tinha frigobar, banheiro sem box(cortina), café da manhã sem muitas opções.
